The property was not clean, the primary toliet ran and ran, stained sheets were on the beds. One unit was filled with items and bins marked owners property so much it made some closets useless. No light in the refrigerator or ice maker, chickens crowing started at 3 a.m. and kept going after that. The beds felt like they were 20+ years old, neither of the 2 inflatable beds held air. The pull out couch was broken with a board under the cushions. We saw several cockroaches in the unit, in general it felt like a cheap motel. We were there 10 nights during Christmas and paid a premium to stay at this dissapointing location.

The 11 of us enjoyed being able to spread out and relax. Location was great, with a 3-minute walk to Napili Bay and 15-minute drive to Lahaina. Kitchen was well-stocked. We ate at home for many meals.

We had a wonderful family vacation, neighbors were very nice. We were worried about the 8pm quite time. They said we were fine and have a good time!

Very accessible to everything we needed

The rental was great. There were enough beds for everyone in my party to have a relaxing stay. It was easy walking back and forth between the units. The best part is the beach is less than 5 mins walk away.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was beautiful, safe, and close to so many things. They had beach toys, boogie boards, and towels available which was great bc we had kids of all ages with us. The rooms were good sizes and the bathrooms were great too. We loved waking up and sitting in the beautiful backyard to drink our coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

Our experience with Vrbo on this rental in Maui was excellent. It was easy to book, easy to communicate with them after the booking and check-in and check-out were a breeze. We rented the two condo package where the buildings were right across the driveway from each other. This made it so nice to get together yet have time to ourselves if needed. The property was as described. We loved being in a small gated complex which we found provided everything we need inside and outside. Access to the highway and local markets and restaurants were very good.

Both units were in good shape. My only nit is that in one unit, the kitchen faucet spout has buttons to switch from stream to spray and they would stick, shutting off the water. I used my pocket knife to pry them open. I would gladly rent these units again.

The location was perfect for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Unit 4 had an issue with the air conditioner, master toilet and the Wi-Fi kept going down. Those were only small issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others stay here.

I stayed with my family and we had 2 younger children. My daughter mentioned to say that both places have sand toys. Great for the 2 & 4 yo. Also #12 has a pack and play bed, we rented one so knowing one was available would of been nice. The town homes do need a little work to bring them up to par but the Beds are comfortable and the A/C worked great. I wish the kitchen and living room furniture was a bit better in # 4. Ice maker did not work in #4. My daughter said that the bathrooms needed work in #12. The Icemaker and the living room furniture was up to par in #12. Like I said the little things. But overall a very nice place to stay and right in the middle of many good beaches.

The plus side is the location--- close to beaches, golf, and we enjoyed walking along the Kapalua Coastal Trail every morning. Check in was easy and the property manager, Dan was great. Overall it was clean. However, as in previous reviews this property is in dire need of updating. Not sure what happened to the couch cushions in Unit 4 but they had taken some sort of foam mats and folded them as a replacement for the cushions. Accent pillows were stained and smelled so I just set them aside. New furniture, new bed spreads and a coat of paint would make a huge difference in these units and would make them a very desirable rental. Bottom line--I would not stay here again.

Family trip with 14 people. We stayed in the Getaway Combo, units #4 and #12. It's a good deal. Comfortable. Little tight on sleeping. Had a few folks on couches and one air mattress, but worked fine. Short walk to fantastic beach. Beach gear was a real plus. Dan the property manager is great. You can see rays of Aloha shooting out from this guy. Rooster noise is a definite presence, so if you like roosters you'll love it. Condo #4 had some rickety chairs that were concerning, but all in all two thumbs up and if the owners are reading this: Dan deserves a raise, whatever you're paying him. He was just a real pleasure to deal with. Went above and beyond and just very accomodating.

Beach was awesome with lovely layout of property. However, appliances did not work and/it needed maintenance. Request to property manager went unanswered. Installers for upgrades happened while we were there to “not inconvenience owners stay next week”, per property manager. Drilling, scaffolding, and installers were quite annoying starting at 9AM.

Overall great location. Felt very safe and secure. Quick walk to beach and tide pools. Units contained all beach equipment and made for no-hassle fun. Only downside was 40-45 min. from airport.

We enjoyed the location and working with the rental agency. We were disappointed in the furniture and drapes which were worn. One morning a rodent was seen on the kitchen counter- top eating some food. I don't know if that is normal in Maui, but not pleasant to say the least.
