We had a nice weekend stay. Great location along the beach, not too far from restaurants and shopping along with easy beach access. Bedrooms were perfect for us, and a nice large family room / dining area. It was very clean and all instructions were clear. We’ll keep it in mind for future visits.

Very adequate! Only issue is that only one bedroom is actually "adult-sized". Other two are very fine for young children and pre-teens. If someone has that age profile, this is an excellent rental for you!

My husband and I along with our grown daughter and her husband came for the weekend. The house was clean, nicely equipped. You can't beat the walk to the beach! I like that there is fenced in area if you want to bring pets. The shared living space was set up great! There are TVs in all the bedrooms and living room - the one in our bedroom had a fire stick which needed to be set up - I did not know how to do that without an Amazon account so we did not use it. But we were at the beach so probably only would have had that TV turned on for less than an hour anyway. I like that sheets and towels are provided, as well as plenty of starter toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing liquid. The only minus for us is that we are two adult couples. From looking at the photos I expected two queen beds on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Instead the queen beds were bunk beds pushed against the wall. Because the trip was birthday gift for my daughter and son in law, we insisted that they take the master bedroom, leaving my husband and I with the bunk beds. In my opinion, it would be very difficult for two people to get into these beds. So I slept on the bottom bunk - with a very low clearance, I could not sit up and it was tricky getting in and out of the bed. My husband slept on the top bunk and did not enjoy going up and down the steps. The only ding on stars was because of the bed situation. Other wise this would be on my list for a return trip.

The house and the location were outstanding. We have three teenagers and there was plenty of room for all five of us (and our small dog!). The proximity to the beach was as advertised so I would highly recommend the house. Everything that was promised was delivered!

My family and I stayed in February 2022. Checkin was easy and the house was very clean. Only a short walk to the beach. Our fur babies loved it. Hope to rent this place again.

No problems at all. We had a storm come thru that knocked out one outlet in the kitchen for the microwave. Other than that no problem with anything else at the house. Management was easy to work with. Sheets smelled so fresh and were really soft. Overall it was a great experience and we will probably stay again!!

This is our second time staying at this property. We liked it so much last year that we wanted to come back again this year. For us, it was like a home away from home. Location is perfect and is a very quiet at this time of year. Everything we needed was available to us. We love watching the sunrise and for the first couple of days it was nice to make coffee and be able to climb up to the crow’s nest for a beautiful view of the ocean. The new wooden fence for the small yard was a nice addition to the cottage. It felt more secure and protective than the old chain link fence that was there last time. Our dog enjoyed resting on the front porch and watching all the activity along the sidewalk and road. We hope to stay there again in the future. Nice place.

House was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, appliances, and the view from the Crow's Nest was awesome.

Comfortable and clean cottage, with an awesome crow’s nest. It was just right for our family! Definitely stay here on our return to Nags Head.

Property was older than it looked in the pictures-But it was close to the Water about 50 Yards away. We where told to not come early so we got there at 4pm on Friday-The owner was supposed to call to say we could go in-BUT we recieved no call-So I tryed the Code for the door-It opened-we made our way in and of course after a long drive from the airport we had to use the bathroom-My wife yelled from the bathroom -NO TOILET PAPER-Then My daughter yelled from the other bathroom-NO TOILET PAPER-well to our surprise there was NO TOILET PAPER ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE-SO we used napkins from the fast food store-we walked to the beach and my daughter decided to get her feet wet -so did my son-so did my wife-no problem until we walked back to the house and we quickly realized the house had NO TOWELS ANYWHERE-so we figured that the cleaning crew must have forgot to supply the toilet paper and Towels -It was getting later so we decided to stop at a store on our way to dinner and pick up toilet paper and towels-after dinner we went back to HOUSE and got ready for bed-TO our surprise The beds HAD Blankets but NO Sheets-I Know what your Thinking " this is a PRANK--But NO- this house had no sheets-well by now its 10pm-I was fed up I called the 24 hr Maintenace person-He said its not his job to bring towels and toilet paper -I should call the owner Ronni Moldovan-called her she said the items im missing should be in a bag on the Dresser-I said we looked everywhere -No sheets no Toilet paper no bath soap no dish soap . She said-DID you order the 'AMENITY PACKAGE" I said I was not sure what such a PACKAGE is.WEll she said its written in the lease to rent the place--Well I said there are lots of things in the lease-it mentions a POOL-theres NO POOL-it mentions a HOTUB-There NO hot tub--it mentions a lot of thing that are not in this unit-I certianly in my wildest dreams didnt think an 'AMENITY PACKAGE ' INCLUDED TOILET PAPER AND SHEETS AND TOWLES AND SOAP-well I was wrong and owner Ronni Moldovan-said this PACKAGE costs $150 BUCKS-and if i wanted it I had to pay and then WAIT UNTIL sometime the next day to get it. But couldnt tell-me when!! I own beach front property in Florida-If I charged EXTRA for Basic needs I would be laughed off VRBO and i should be-this is the worst thing I Have ever heard of-this is so bad and the way its mentioned is very cheap and sleazy-Please dont rent from these folks until they stop this STOP THIS NOW-Its not GOOD business Not GOOD

The trip was fun! Easy access to the beach and the cottage is just as described. Enjoyed our evenings on the porch, within walking distance to the pier and other family members. Can’t wait to go back!

This was a perfect place for me, my two kids and puppy dog. The location was great, the house was clean, and nicely stocked and the fenced yard was so helpful to have for our pup.

We had a great stay at this property - the fenced in front yard was especially helpful with dogs and we loved being so close to the ocean. The well-stocked kitchen made preparing most of our meals a breeze. With two little ones the washer and dryer were key! The only thing that could be improved upon would be the mattresses. Our old backs found them a bit too soft. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful, wonderful time at this property! It was the perfect 'beach house'! The location was great, the several places to relax within the house was great and just an overall excellent experience. Beach access was perfect as well. Simple and beachy. We will go back another time!

The home was clean and perfect for our stay. Even though the home was not ocean front, the short walk to the beach and the crows nest, made it feel like you were. We didn’t need for a single item in the home. We loved our stay, and will stay again

The fenced yard for the dog was perfect for us. Our pup is used to that freedom at home and could safely spend time on the front porch watching folks go by. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of table space to accommodate meals AND the jigsaw puzzle we made. The short walk to the beach was easy and the location put us close to the things we wanted to do. Ronnie was great and called us early to let us know the house was ready. Weather wasn’t great but no fault of anyone and we made the best of it as we bundled up to sit on the beach. Had a great time!

A short walk past three neighboring cottages got us there quickly to scope it out. If weather would permit it, getting on and off the beach would be a "breeze" :-).Overall, this rental unit worked out perfectly for our group and our trip.

This house was located in a nice quiet part of Nagshead. The house is well updated and very clean. This location is dog friendly. This location allows access to the beach. This location is central to many interesting events in the area. We really enjoyed our stay. We will look to come back here in the future.

We had a very nice stay in Nags Head! The house had all the essentials. We definitely appreciated the washer and dryer. I think this house would be great for a family with small kids. We had fewer people than the house allowed and it still felt a little cramped, but with little ones it wouldn’t be so bad. The short walk to the beach was great and we loved the crows nest. The selling point was the pet friendliness!
