We were a party of 5. 2 adults l, 3 teenagers. Plenty of room, space for everyone. Great location to Keystone, Cooper Mountain, and Breckenridge. Close proximity to Frisco's downtown area, as well as 2 grocery stores and other restaurants. We loved our stay. Look forward to staying here again.

The property is super conveniently located, close to I-70, and close to all major ski resorts. The house has a bedroom on the first floor (garage level) and on the third floor. The second floor is the kitchen and living room. The quality of the house and the amenities is good. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Our family of five stayed three nights at the townhome and it was set up perfectly. Lots of extra blankets, games, dvd’s and a well stocked kitchen. There is a beautiful path to downtown Frisco that takes you through the park and over the river — it’s about a 10-15 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit we rented 681B Meadow Drive was a very lovely unit. Having three bathrooms was very nice. It was well appointed with bedding and kitchen furnishings. It was well located next to a bike path which lead to a beautiful park by the river.

It was clean and had plenty of supplies such as towels, linens, paper towels, coffee and more. The location was convenient since we had rented a suv to get to the ski areas, dining and shopping. The only issue we had was having to pick up and drop off the key for the property at the management office rather than simply providing an electronic lock on the front door for guests. We did lose the key in one of the bundles of clothes and ending up eating a lot of time finding it and as mentioned picking up and returning keys to management in snowy weather. Strange but the housekeeping closet had an electronic lock but not the main door. Ugh

This was a perfect place to stay for four nights. It's smartly decorated and as great mountain views. Has a wonderful gas fireplace that made it cozy. Has great lighting and window coverings. Has a garage to keep the car warm(er). Is close to the grocery (Safeway, etc.). Is in a quiet area. Is close to Breck, Keystone, Copper Mtn. (I skied all 3). The kitchen was so well-equipped and inviting that I went out to dinner only one night ... staying "home" was more appealing. Only drawback was miscommunication from the rental agency. This included a note saying that I had to make a final payment through a portal or my agreement was subject to cancellation within 24 hours (in fact, the entire thing had been paid on my card) and confusion over garbage that was to be placed "inside the complex dumpster" (no detail on where that was and when I called, it was not a quick and easy exchange of information). All in all, though, was very pleased and would love to come again sometime.

Perfect location, and this place is stocked with everything you need. We especially appreciated the garage, laundry, fireplace, fully packed kitchen (we ate breakfast and dinner in the condo), and games. Beautiful mountain views and great snow removal crew. We rented ski equipment from a locally-owned shop right next to WalMart for a much cheaper rate and great customer service. Also took a day-trip to see Vail from here. Check-in was easy, and key drop-off convenient. Highly recommend this reasonably-priced home.

It is centrally located to access all the Summit County ski areas and a short drive to Vail & Beaver Creek. It is well equipped and a comfortable place to relax after a full day of skiing.

Checking in and out was easy and convenient. Rental was spacious and comfortable, only complaint was the jets in the master bath tub are in need of a proper cleaning, I turned them on while bathing and tons of black flakes shot out.

We loved how close the location was to everything and it was very nice to be able to park inside the garage and not have the car frozen every morning. Great board games and dvd/ entertainment for the family to enjoy.

We booked this place to relax in the mountains and it delivered on that. Unit was in a great location to grocery stores and was only a short walk downtown to restaurants/shopping. Unit had a well-stocked kitchen utensil/pans/dinnerware. Would recommend.

We enjoyed the property itself and the walkability. The management company made our stay challenging from before our stay even began. Incorrect charges, surcharges, and unreasonable requirements were frustrating before we got there. When we arrived there was an issue with the cable that was not communicated well or addressed timely. The instructions for the property were also general and did not apply or were contradictory in many instances. We loved the place itself but wouldn’t want to stay again with this management company.

The only thing that grossed me out was when we put my 2 small children in the jacuzzi bathtub in the master bath. We filled up the water, then turned on the jets and then all this black stuff came pouring out through the jacuzzi jets. I don’t know if if it was mold or just dirty, but either way my kids were surrounded by thousands of mysterious dark pieces in the water. We took them out and sprayed them off in the shower. Stay here, but don’t take a bath in the master!
