The recent renovations were perfection! The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the daily happy hour/comp drink. The property hosted a lovely musician on the patio Friday night and we really enjoyed ourselves! One of thr highlights of our trip honestly, she was very talented! Property is under new management. I cannot speak to the old ones but the current ones were helpful and quick to respond to any wants/needs/recommendations. Loved being right on main street where we had endless restaurants and bars right outside the door!

Wish parking would have been free but the free city lot was only one block away.

Loud, no breakfast and parking was very inconvenient. They had paid parking ($15), which we were not made aware of when we booked. Free parking was 2 blocks away in a construction zone. Very disappointed.

Our rooms location in the front by lobby was not ideal for a 1 year old. Lots of foot traffic. The shower drain was clogged and the shower pan filled with water quickly but the staff jumped right on it and and fixed it up for us.

Extremely nice and helpful staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Beautiful location. Family atmosphere. A homey, clean, pretty place.

Hotel canceled the reservation on us at 11 am the day we were supposed to check in. Has not reached out to "make it right" with a comp night later in the season. Left us scrambling, very disappointed in customer service.
