All the little things provided were a nice touch. Toulet paper, paper towels, coffee, towels. Will definitely stay again!

This was a relaxation vacation and we did a lot of it. Though the fishing is bad in the lake, get a trout stamp and great fishing is just minutes away. The back porch was wonderful and our host was very accessible.

Me and 2 of my sisters and their families came from GA,NC,and IN to a Family reunion in Johnson City and we had a great time. My other 2 sisters and mom who live in TN were able to come to the house and we ordered pizza from pizza place just a few houses from us, then we made home made ice cream on the deck which was late large enough for us all. We had a great time with the family.

I was in town with a group for a conference, and there was more than enough room to house us all. The location was beautiful. Sadly, we were preoccupied most of the day, but enjoyed peaceful evenings on the back deck. The host was wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend that you book this property.

We all had an amazing time! The house we stayed at was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room, close to everything, clean and the host was great at communicating the entire time! I will absolutely stay again in the future next time I come. Very happy with this rental! Everything you need was there at the house! And the river view from the patio was great! Our 2nd time at this house for our annual family vacation. We love the house and property. Very clean and the property owner was very helpful. There is a good pizza place across the street that was great for the first night since everyone traveled a distance. We enjoyed game night, football on tv and went ice skating at Bristol Motor Speedway. We had three families 11 people total the house was plenty big enough for all of us. We would definitely rent this house again.

We stayed at this great home for the Country Thunder Music Festival, it was perfect! Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked with the exception of a pizza cutter lol. Plenty of clean towels. Karen was excellent at communicating and even picked up a grocery delivery that I accidentally had delivered a day early. I definitely recommend this house and host!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! So convenient to the racetrack. Loved having the beautiful view in the back and fishing on the lake! Very sweet owner who made sure we were taken care of and was so easy to communicate with! We will be back!

This was a perfect location for us. We spent two full days riding in mountains of TN. Karon was very attentive to make sure very thing was good with our stay. We will be back to stay here again.

The host had excellent communication and was very helpful before and during our stay. The whole house was perfect for our family gathering and had everything we could need. Watching the boats and ducks on the water from the huge back deck was our favorite relaxation and gathering spot! Hearing how great this rental was, we booked it a year in advance and I would love to rent it again in the future!!

Karen has this home stocked with just about anything you would need aside from personal items, and she went above and beyond in making sure our time here was comfortable and relaxing. We had our younger grandchildren with us and she even had a supply of toys ready and waiting, which was perfect.
If we come through this was again, we’ll definitely see if her bungalow is available!

This was our second stay at Boone Lake Bungalow and I've just booked a future stay. The house is always very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect. Host is great. I highly recommend.

This house was so cozy and inviting. The water was rising on Boone Lake so will try to meet up again with our Aunt from West Va in the fall. The pink dogwood was beautiful.
This house has plenty of sleeping space, hot water and tv channels. You and your family should also be pleased.

Our group of 11, ages 7-69, enjoyed our stay! Our host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions. We loved the deck and being able to cook meals in the large kitchen. The kids are already asking to come back and visit. If we come to the area again we would definitely stay in this home again. It was very convenient to many fun activities and we were very comfortable there. Thank you for having us!

During a family trip to the Johnson City, TN area, this house worked very well for our large family. There are plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space for our family of eleven. The back port is especially spacious and very useful for family meeting and relaxation time. The river level was very low, so we did not get to do any boating, but we hope to return to this property again.
