Room wasn’t clean! Air conditioner took almost six hours to cool the room. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Bugs on bathroom vanity, refrigerator door was broken and unable to close so I couldn’t use the refrigerator, microwave wasn’t clean from previous uses! Just a mess!

Friendly and helpful staff.

the staff here at the speedway in went above and beyond what was exepcted. I have never been at a hotel that had a more kind courteous and caring staff than this motel. I will be doing an extended stay there soon.

the only dislike i had was there was no coffee pot in the room, but i brought mine with me. plus there are plenty of places within walking distance to get a coffee. still wouldn't trade this place for any other motel in the bristol Tennessee area

The older man that cleaned the rooms, he was a complete sweetheart.

The toilet had pee all over it, it was poorly cleaned. The mirror wasn't cleaned. Everything was dusty. The location was awful. If you visit from out of town, expect to be visited by the police. According to police, it is a known drug location, so they will single you out if youre not from there.

There was nothing not to like

There was nothing about this accommodation that was pleasing or good. It was a terrible experience overall and the owner of this hotel was one of the worst individuals I’ve ever met in my life. His business should be removed from your platform, it tarnishes the booking.com reputation.

The owner was absolutely awful, he wasn’t nice at all, his attitude was terrible and he didn’t refund my money back to my card so basically he stole from me. I will be writing further reviews about this man booking.com should remove him from the platform.

The bed was great n it was such a great place n everyone was so nice
