Incredible house with amazing views and good communication with property management and Enrique and Co. were all great. Would definitely stay here again!

To celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family we searched for a magical place to call home for 10 days. We chose Casa Cascada for the gorgeous pool and the incredible views from all the rooms. It was everything we expected and more. Enrique, Maria and Marcella greeted us warmly and served up a delicious dinner on our first night, including frosty margaritas and the best guacamole and salsa ever! The housekeeping by Marcella and the groundskeeping by Carlos was top quality.
Of course nothing is ever 100% perfect but whatever issues we had were dealt with quickly and professionally.
We highly recommend this beautiful slice of heaven!

First off, the house was lovely -- as good if not better than what's in the pics. That being said, less than two hours after we checked in, the home was burgled and three guests had wallets and electronics stolen while we were hanging by the pool. Knowing there was someone less than 75 feet away, in the living room and bedrooms, going through our things, ruined the rest of our stay. Host and management were apologetic and tried to be helpful, but overall it was not a pleasant experience and I would not stay here again.

San Pancho adventure
Everything exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly loved our stay at the villa! The accommodations, the gorgeous setting, the ocean view, and the staff were top-notch! Be prepared for the steep road to the house like other reviews mention. Exceeding this experience would be hard so we hope to return again for our family vacation!

Wedding weekend
This setting exceeded our expectations for our stay in San Pancho to celebrate our daughters wedding!
The photographers photos are stunning, such a beautiful background. A perfect home for families with plenty of space to enjoy. Five stars!

Paradise Found
We loved the spaciousness of the home, the open spaces and lovely views. Jungle bird song woke us in the morning while crashing waves lulled us to sleep at night. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The beach access is close but is a sharp descent from the house. Then a mile walk to town. The roads are cobblestone so driving is slow going with a steep, narrow and winding ascent to the house. We loved the pool and gardens and the fabulous views.

Gorgeous
This house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Enrique and the house staff were amazing and kept the property in great shape. The drive up to the house is a little steep but the walk to the beach is super easy and about a 10 min walk along the beach to San Pancho. I can't recommend this house enough!

Fantastic House!
This house was awesome. It’s in a great location short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk into town. The layout of the house let everybody spread out and then come together in the big gathering room or by the pool.
Enrique and the house staff were fantastic. They did all of our grocery shopping for us prior to arrival and cooked the first night meal for us. After a day of traveling it made everything stress-free.
Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Vacation!
So tranquil and beautiful. Great vacation for our family with teens. Close to the beach and far enough from town so that it's quiet. We loved the design of the house.
