The house was beautiful and located just steps from the beach access path. The layout of the home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I appreciated that the majority of the beds were king and queen sizes. Often in rentals, they squeeze in more twin, full size and bunk beds which are not comfortable for most adults. There were lots of beach toys and a wagon for the little ones and the pool was a hit with everyone. Will definitely rent again on our next trip.

We have stayed in Pensacola Beach many times always with Paradise Beach Homes. This particular home was absolutely perfect and met all of our needs. The location near the beach, the layout of the floor plan, the landscaping and pool, the cleanliness were all perfect. The back deck and front porch were used both to watch fireworks over the Santa Rosa sound from the upper level back deck and for watching the blue angels show from the front porch and beach.. We highly would recommend this home and Paradise Beach Homes. We look forward to our next family vacation in 2024 at TV!

This property is great! 4 Bedrooms each with own bath is really nice. It is just a few steps away from the beach with nothing blocking your view, although having a private pool was great with 2 infants too. House was stocked with lots of beach toys, a beach wagon, pool floats, a cooler, a baby pool, and lots of outdoor seating.

My family had a great week at this beautiful home. The accommodations were perfect. Spacious home, beautiful pool with landscaping and so close to the beach!! Home was clean and very updated. We also really enjoyed the fireworks and Blue Angels Show for July 4th right from our beach area or balcony. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

Wonderful week at the beach house. We loved the beautiful space and having so many bedrooms/bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and the best thing was how close we were to the beach. It was easy to walk back to eat or relax in the pool or get out of the sun. Clean house, great location and great views.
The only small issue we had was with downstairs bedroom fan/light combo. It seems to be an ongoing issue since it is in the instructions given for house. I think it needs to be reprogrammed because that bedroom didn't have a working fan due to light always coming on at night. Time needs to be taken to fix that.

Best trip ever!! The house was absolutely beautiful, and the pool/landscaping was out of this world gorgeous. Loved the tiled turtles in the bottom of the pool. The beach was excellent and not crowded. We will definitely stay here again.

We love this house, it is the second time we have rented it. The quality of the house has definitely gone down hill since our last stay. The garage door was broken and would fall down if not propped open. Too dangerous to let the kids even go into the garage. The microwave is unusable. When we got there you could tell the shower in one of the bedrooms had not been cleaned. It had half used shampoo bottles and bar soap on the bench. Made us wonder what else had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Very pleased with our beach rental. The home was beautiful and very nicely furnished. Very comfortable and with great views. It was across the street from the beach which was convenient. We were able to leave our beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach all day. The rental company was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we contacted them. They contacted us as soon as the house was ready on Saturday which we appreciated. Will rent again from Paradise beach rental. We would also rent this home again!!

Our group consists of older, former Navy guys + spouses. We have been renting the house for several years now, and love the place. The rain and wind storm during our stay exposed some weaknesses, such as leaking sliding doors. Overall, the place is great, and we hope to stay there several more times
