This condo was very comfortable, for our five night stay. The community is beautiful! The swimming pool/hot tub/playground areas all got ***** from our grandson. Communication with owner was easy and he responded quickly.

My wife and I will stay again on our next visit to Surprise! Super clean home, in a gated community, located close to dining, recreation center and shopping! Includes use of beautiful outdoor space with pool and spa! Great get away!

The location was perfect for our stay. Our grandsons live in Surprise and their house and school was minutes away. The pool was great for the boys and the property was well kept. All the utensils for the kitchen were provided. Thanks we will be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Location was excellent with a grocery store and plenty of places to eat out very near. Nice par 3 golf course 5 minutes away. We were able to enjoy the stay even though the beginnings of the coronavirus scare was happening. We would love to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Property was as advertised - gated just off of a quiet street. We did have a nonworking TV when we checked in, but John addressed in right away and had a nice new TV delivered and refunded us some additional money for our trouble. Very pleased with how he handled it. We will definitely look to stay there again next year.

From the location of the property, to the cleanliness, and amenities, this property had everything we needed for a great vacation. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

This condo was perfectly located for our stay in Surprise. It is close to everything and the owners were great, only a text away. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool but It looked nice. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. After a full day of hiking in the White Tank Mountains or shopping in the many wonderful stores, it was always a pleasure to go home to a quite, restful home. I also must add that the bed passes my "Goldilocks" test. It was not too hard, it was not too soft, it was just perfect! Thank you.

This condo was very convenient to everything. It is located in a quiet lovely neighborhood. Within walking distance to the Surprise spring training ballpark. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place. Has everything you could need!

Clean, spacious, and great value. I can’t imagine anything better in walking distance of the stadium.

Property as advertised. Great location, close to ball park, shopping, restaurants. Neat and clean. The entire condo is upstairs so you must be able to navigate stairs. We would definitely stay here again. Owners made the stay simple and rewarding.

I needed a place to stay for a month while I visited my aging parents. Dad 89 ..Mom 90.. They have lived in Surprise year round for the past 30 years..This condo was in a great location 5 min from their home, 5 min from library, grocery & drug stores..plenty of excellent restaurants. The condo itself was in excellent condition..very comfortable & relaxing. I really liked that I could simply walk to the pool & fitness center.. Lots of great walking paths with beautiful landscaping.. I also liked that it is a gated community. Very quiet even though it is not a plus 55 community. I would highly recommend this condo again . FIVE STARS !!

Have rented in the area for the last 15 years for the month of March. The condo was what we expected and much more. Very clean and well furnished. WiFi and cable made our spare time enjoyable. Looking forward to next year. Pat and Sandy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was so well equipped, it was like cooking in my own kitchen and living in our own home. All of our questions were answered promptly by the owners. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the condo for 4 days for USTA tennis event. The unit was very close to our event, grocery stores, coffee shops, shops, and restaurants. Owners were great explaining everything (as it was my first VRBO event). The place was neat, clean and well furnished and met all our needs.

We stayed in the Townsquare at Sierra Verde condo for one week, over the Christmas holiday, while visiting family in Surprise. The condo was lovely, immaculate, and perfectly located...we were just a few minutes from a great grocery store (Fry's) and many restaurant options, as well as every store you could ever possibly need (Target, Best Buy, Bed Bath Beyond etc.). The gated community is well-kept and feels very safe. Our 2-year old enjoyed the playground and had the weather been warmer, would have loved the pool. We enjoyed easy day trips to Scottsdale and the Phoenix Zoo, and a hike at White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Our host, John, was very responsive and accommodating...he arranged to have internet installed for our stay so that I could maintain my business while away. We highly recommend this condo to short and long-term renters, and will play to stay here when we visit family in Surprise again!
