Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for our families to be together and not feel on top of each other. There were some maintenance issues that had to be addressed while we were there that could have been addressed before we got there, some foreseen and some not. Perfect place for a large family!

Property was great. Beds were super comfortable. Spacious layout. We will be using this condo moving forward.

Great view

Absolutely love this place! I came for a festival over the weekend with 8 of my friends and everyone was so in love with this condo. So much space! We were never crowded or uncomfortable. Beds are super comfy and the view is absolutely incredible! I will definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone with a group to stay here as well. Check in was simple and the resort amenities are awesome!

We loved this unit! We took my teen daughter for a little Spring Break getaway and thoroughly enjoyed this unit. Very well kept and nicely decorated.

This is one of the nicest units that we have stayed at the Carbie! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the floors weren't mopped very well.

Very Spacious with a great view

Beautiful views, awesome condo with plenty of space. Condo could use some TLC. Cracked floor tiles, white socks were quite dirty after 30 mins walking around. I think the recovery from Sally probably has slowed overall recovery. I would totally rent this unit again.

We had an amazing week in Orange Beach! Condo was outstanding! We had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 4-16 and we all had a blast. Beach was perfect and very close. Pools are wonderful, lazy river and water slides were a huge hit. Hot tube were closed and the kids were a little bummed about that but no worries.

I've stayed in my fair share of hotels and VRBO offerings. This home is everything that I expected and more. The furnishings are very comfortable and the home is very well appointed. The view, though, is beyond compare. I took some family members to the beach for their very first beach trip and everyone was super happy with the accommodations! Definitely the best VRBO experience I have ever had. But lets talk about that view again...

We were attempting to social distance, and it was so easy with the location of this condo. We were away from everything, but still close enough to do anything we wanted. The balcony is HUGE and the views go on forever. We spent a good deal of time watching storms roll in off the ocean and watching boat traffic go out and come in. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to come and visit again!

Great accommodations!

Beautiful place & a beautiful view! However the parking situation was very confusing upon arrival! Also, the drive to the beach each day was a hassle for our family of 11! Other than these two things we had a great time!

The condo is gorgeous! Beautiful views and tons of space. We had 10 people staying and We never felt crowded! Great location with wonderful views. We are already looking at dates for next year!!

The place was lovely. The only problem we had was with the coffee maker. It either overflowed or would stop brewing about 5 seconds after we started the brew process.

This property was very nice and felt like home. I didn’t receive all of the check in information prior to arrival and the signage wasn’t too great to figure out how to get in the building. However, the property manager was very helpful and accessible during that time. Once we got that figured out, we throughly enjoyed the condo and the resort. The views of sunrise and sunset were beautiful. Would totally recommend this property to anyone considering it.

Loved Caribe, great location with awesome views and lots to do! Condo was exceptionally spacious even for 10 of us; resort had lots to do with multiple pools, hot tubs, slides, lazy river—great place for families especially! Wet bar in the room and ability to bring our own coolers, drinks (no glass) made for relaxing poolside days for the adults too! Marina within walking distance was convenient for an afternoon boat rental. Cooking utensils in condo could be updated or replaced, but plenty of dishware for our large group. Parking space in parking garage is somewhat tight for large vehicles.

The Caribe resort is a beautiful property with great views of the gulf and Perdido Bay. The actual unit was nicely appointed and comfortable. The fourth bedroom really is more like a study as there is no closet or dresser and no direct access to a bathroom. The unit had two coffee makers, but only one really worked well. Also had an above the oven convection/microwave which did not function well(the door would not stay closed without holding it in the closed position). These few imperfections were far outweighed by the rest of the unit. Spacious and open living space. Huge balcony. A really nice master bedroom/bath with huge walk-in closet. The biggest problem with the resort was the parking. This was a busy time and vehicles wound up having to park on the grass in drive through areas as well as parking areas. Vehicles also had to park in the trailer parking area. One night I had to park the vehicle at the next door affiliated marina. Each unit had one designated parking space, but the assigned space for this unit was too small for the 15 passenger van we had rented to fit in. The resort really needs to look at this issue and come up with some solution. They had vehicles parked on both sides of the entrance lane for a while, but had to relocate one side because a fire truck had arrived for a medical issue and could not get through the narrow lane. Wouldn't surprise me if the resort received a fine for not having an accessible fire lane that night.
