A very secure, well built house, top floor rental. Beds were great, almost no sound coming up from the downstairs. The outside stairs are tricky but well installed. If you have bum knees I don't recommend this unit. My only real disappointment was the lack of a cooktop. Somehow I missed that in the description. A microwave and oven unit was available.

Perfect place to stay for our Zion visit

Loved this property! Quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. The perfect place to stay at the end of long days of hiking. The hosts are wonderful!

Great location - not far from Zion where we hiked each day. Grocery store around the corner, along with gas station and restaurants. So nice to come back to a homey place to rest after a long day of hiking! n/a

Loved all the space, and the recliners were perfect after the long days hiking! Owners were available if needed and thanked us as we were leaving.

We spent a couple days in Zion National Park and this was a perfect affordable place to stay. Only 25-min drive to the park. It was comfortable and private and hassle free.

Close to Zion. Went hiking all day and relaxed in dual recliners at night. Very enjoyable. Scary spiral staircase but we managed just fine. We highly recommend.

It was a small, clean home conveniently located near ZION.

Met the owners who live on site only because we wanted to. I am sure we would have never seen them unless we wanted to. Even though they live onsite, we felt like we were alone. Everything with booking and confirmation was done through VRBO, seamless and easy.

Really enjoyed our stay. The LV5 Up was excellent. Only had a hello with a person twice, but the emails very easy to understand and helpful.

Thanks to you all for the great accommodations. We hope to see you again! The team was absolutely wonderful to work with and helped us out so much. They want your experience to be memorable.

We had 4 people staying and it was plenty of space for us. The beds were large enough to share, the couch seemed like it would have also been very comfortable to sleep on. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The rental process was very simple

This property checks all the boxes! I have stayed at more than a few VRBOs over the years, and I must say this has to be one of my FAVORITES! The price point alone for where and what it is, is just silly good! We were there only for a single night and loved the place! The staircase could be a barrier for some, but we felt that it added such character to the place! The inside was VERY well appointed, seriously if I could rent it out for myself indefinitely I would! Just beautiful! Well stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom! When I look for VRBO stays, I want something similar to my own home, this place put mine to shame! Owners share the property, but only interact with you if you want to, great neighborhood and owners. Chickens to interact with were great, GREAT outside space for gatherings! Wonderful and easy communication through booking process! Cannot recommend this place enough for Zion and other destinations!

Lots of room , great views, easy to find and a great neighborhood. About a half hour outside Zion national park. Would highly recommend this one. Very comfortable too!
