Warm and spacious with enough room for adults to retreat away from the kids, though ours didn't allow it. *smile* I'm accustomed to our RV getaways--comforted knowing I have everything I need--so was a little nervous with the unknowns and over-prepared and over-packed (if there is such a thing). Absolutely no need, this property has all the comforts of home and plentiful indoor and outdoor games. There are special details throughout the home and you discover something new every day. My personal favorite were the walls adorned with the messages left from previous visitors. Truly a wonderful experience for our families.

This property was amazing! Enjoyed the cute decor and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Just a pleasure to stay there!

We loved our stay in Toquerville. It was perfect for 3 couples. We used the house as a base to explore Zion. At the end of the day it was nice to leave the chaos of Springdale/Zion and return to our quiet house to relax and cook dinner.
Spacious, well appointed, and comfortable with great hosts that live next door.
Given the prices and crowds of staying in Springdale, the 25 min drive to/from the park was no problem at all.

House was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Plenty of room and the backyard was especially lovely. Lots of special touches to make us feel welcome. Great location for our daily trips to Zion.

We looked forward to relaxing at Sue and Gary’s warm, comfortable home after our hiking excursions! An excellent home base for day trips to Zion.

Property exceeded expectations !! Incredibly equipped throughout including kitchen, yard, accommodations, location, spacious living room with comfy furniture, cleanliness and attention to details !!! If you have little ones they will be overjoyed to see and play in the adorable playroom!!! Wonderful location with easy access to Zion and Bryce and St George for Costco & other retail needs. If you have younger children don’t miss a trip to Dinosaur Museum and Thunder Park in St George!! Looking forward to returning again in the future! Gary and Sue are lovely hosts and so responsive to any needs! Another memorable family vacay for the books at The Enchanted Forest home. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The entire family loved the theming and atmosphere. The location was great and we were able to thoroughly explore the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to this area of Utah.

A wonderfully unique log cabin home. The 2nd floor has some interesting spaces and configurations that would be perfect for a family with kids of all ages. The "basics" are also just fine, with a nice kitchen with a big table and a wonderful covered deck with a table and outdoor kitchen. Our party of older adults were at Zion most of the time, but enjoyed the house with no problems. For a family with kids for stays longer than a few days, this house could be a big benefit with its unique spaces and play areas/board games (especially if it rains). The house gives you a positive vibe the moment you walk in, which is a big plus, as travel can at times be slightly stressful.

We had a wonderful experience. The house was warm and cozy with everything we could have asked for. The home was clean and large enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. Our grandchildren loved the hidden play house and spent hours in there. The outside grill area was a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and the view was amazing! I highly recommend this property! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

The cabin was perfect, very clean, very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and checked in to make sure all was good. The help booklet had all needed instructions and hints needed for the cabin. We immediately felt at home and the overall cabin was just nicely decorated and themed. Loved the outside Christmas lights, was a great view as we drove in each night. Overall one of the best vacations our family has had.

Natural beauty surrounds the property, and it is close to Zion. The house had everything and more than we needed. Gary was a great host and very accommodating to our group.

This is a beautiful property - better than the pictures. It is truly like being in a magical forest. The home is filled with beautiful touches and decorations. While we do not travel with children, it is a wonderful and magical place for children to visit.
Gary, our host was wonderful and greeted us personally to walk us through the place and explain how everything works.
The beds and bedding were luxurious, and the home is filled with everything needed.
If we are ever back that way, we will book it again. We highly recommend!

Property was so ‘Homey’ and decorated so nicely. The Host could not have been more accommodating. Met us and showed us around, such a special touch. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

We came to hike The Narrows in Zion and hike Bryce Canyon. There were 4 couples in our group and the log home was perfect! The location is near a great grocery store and gas station. The home has plenty of room and is very comfortable. The owners Gary and Sue were very accommodating. I definitely plan on returning with my extended family and staying here again.

This house was the perfect place to come back to and kick up our feet after venturing through Zion National Park and surrounding areas. It was spacious, yet cozy, and provided a serene environment to relax and rejuvenate. Gary and Sue were the perfect hosts…very warm and welcoming, and eager to help in any way they could. This will definitely be our go-to place when visiting southwest Utah.

We enjoyed our stay at this magical cabin with close proximity to Zion and Bryce. If you have children, they will love this home with rooms packed with areas to explore. The home is fully equipped with what you will need to prepare meals and BBQ. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed the comfort of watching TV in the spacious living room. Upstairs there is another space for kids to play video games, which we did not use. This quaint town has access to markets and restaurants, which we found helpful after arriving late in the day from Southern California. Overall, we loved this beautiful home and the owner was just a text or phone call away.

This Dad and his 3 kids loved staying 2 nights in the Mountain Charm Retreat. The layout of the home and the way it was decorated were incredible. The surrounding views were amazing as well. 5 stars.

The location of this home was perfect for our Mt Zion hiking adventure. Plenty of great restaurants- we loved Oscars in Springdale and Casa Tequilana in Lead. Hurricane had the best ATV at Southern Utah Adventure Center. This home was 15 min from everything we wanted to do. With only 4 days we were able to pack everything in including a private chef that cooked dinner for us. There was plenty room for 5 of us ladies to have our own private sleeping space. We had a lovely dinner on the patio. We would love to rent this home again for another Utah adventure.

Overall absolutely amazing experience, I was pleasantly surprised at “the enchanted retreat,” the pictures do not do it justice. It is absolutely breathtaking and really does create a calming atmosphere. The hosts are very good at communicating, make you feel welcome, and are the nicest people. Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed having a location near Zion for our hiking adventures. We enjoyed the large kitchen, being able to grill out, time on the porch, and dining room to plan our trip. We had a wonderful experience at this property.

We had a wonderful vacation. The log home had everything we needed and the hosts were fantastic. There was enough space for two families of 4 (8 total) to spread out. We enjoyed making s’mores out by the firepit at night. We visited Zion and Bryce National Larks and went tubing in Brianhead Ski Resort. Book this place - you won’t regret it!

This home not only enchants you with a forested theme, but entices you with nearby nature firsts! You may want to wade The Narrows at Zion, hike amidst the hoodoos at Bryce Canyon, or walk through the magical canyons at Antelope Canyon...or just relax by the fire, or outdoor kitchen, or waterfalls in the yard. This is a great site for any age for your group activity!

This home in Toquerville is a gem. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and for our group in a great location. We had a combination of breakfasts and dinners on the deck listening to the backyard waterfall and ate at the local restaurants in La Verkin and Hurricane. Gary and Sue are wonderful, they were available for and all questions we had and gave us information on the surrounding area. Zion National Park is a treasure. We hiked all over the park and were able to receive the permit through lottery for Angels Landing. We all highly recommend this lovely home and would love to come back in the future. Thank you so much.

Fantastic owners. Can't say enough about how great the hosts were. We left something behind and they were so kind and send it to us and followed up to make sure it arrived. The house is awesome. They have thought of everything to make your stay amazing!

We LOVED our week at this home. It is a spacious property, and was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time on the deck for meals or just relaxing. We were located about a 30 minute drive from most of the hiking we wanted to do, and appreciated being a bit distanced from the crowds. The host was very responsive. A grocery store and a few restaurants are just minutes away.
