Love the location!

Well appointed, spacious and comfortable house in a great location.

Great location, the hot tub and stairs were a big hit with the kids, the adults enjoyed the hot tub as well. Very comfortable place to stay with plenty of rooms to sleep in.

We loved the property plenty of room for everyone. We were informed before our stay that the microwave didn’t work. Someone from property management brought us a counter model. Really appreciate that extra attention. Will definitely be returning!

The house is spacious with bedrooms on three levels, so there was plenty of room for our family of nine to spread out. There’s a hot tub in the backyard. The house is centrally. Located to lots of great beaches, the Skunk train, and other activities in the area

House is ok, old as is most homes in Mendocino. It is not as close to the beach as advertised, you have to drive. Property owner demands to know your home address which I have never seen with other properties. The cleaning fee is above average for a typical rental property but yet they require you to clean when you leave, empty all the trash and do the laundry. If I pay that much for cleaning I expect them to clean the property! Then they also charge a large fee for something they don't describe? Not worth the cost. I've stayed at better places for less in Mendocino.

We really enjoyed spending the holidays together in this beautiful home. It was very comfortable and well stocked with games! A huge storm blew through and we lost power but the fireplace kept us cozy and warm.

The house was beautiful and clean. It offered the perfect escape for my family to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday. We had a ton of help anytime we needed it and overall just a great stay.

Such a perfect location to the oceans, downtown Mendocino and Fort Bragg. There were nine of us in the house and we never felt crowded or cramped.

Pat at Robinson properties is so kind and wonderful to work with. All my questions were met with quick responses. The location of the property is amazing. Just beautiful and close by are 2 amazing beaches and a lighthouse. We used the house for a bachelorette party and it if all our needs perfectly. One night we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit (wood provided). The next day we hit the beach. And our last day was rainy but no problem we all hung out by the fire and enjoyed some games before heading out. We would happily rent this spot again.

Had 5 couples from 1 family together for an anniversary weekend and loved that we could all hang out together. The hot tub was a big hit!

Very clean home. Funky and outdated a bit, which we expected, but charming and super clean. The master bed upstairs was dreamy. The loft is great, but know that the noise carries a lot if people are still awake downstairs. Great location if staying in Fort Bragg or Mendocino. Great house for groups.

This is a perfect house for a group of friends to spend time together. Easy to find, very quiet, beautiful landscaping, large windows to enjoy the view, large deck and hot tub. The house has four levels. The kitchen, dining room, and living room on one level for everyone to gather. Bedrooms and bathrooms on multiple levels which allows for privacy and a quiet space. Perfect for a large group wanting to enjoy time together. Wished it had a more updated stove. We all cook, so the temps were a little off in the oven and burners, but do not let this stop you from renting the house. Highly recommend.

A bit smaller than it appears on the website but not an issue. We had a wonderful weekend Neighborhood was quiet. Family dropped by to visit and celebrate with us. Amazing weather we all had a great time.

We loved our stay! The house is fantastic and well equipped. It felt like there was a lot of care put into the details and comfort of the place. The beds and furniture were comfortable and had nice pillows/bedding. soft towels. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our kids had a ball with the different levels and “hiding spots” under the stairs. I don’t think it was listed that the back yard is fully fenced, which was a welcome surprise as it gave us more peace of mind giving the kids and dogs a safe/contained place to play. This was the worlds best spot for an Easter egg hunt!! The host was very communicative, friendly, and responsive/easy to get in touch with.

Great location. We walked to Russian Gulch and Point Cabrilla. Cool floor plan with plenty of space. Property manager is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

The home was beautiful and spacious and was perfect for a family get together. The communication was excellent and the property manager was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and it was really nice seeing the stars at night. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable!!

Super cozy house with lots of unique features. Loved seeing the deer in the yard in the morning and evenings. Lots of space for everyone in our large group. We had a wonderful time.

Stunning views from the big windows... the loft area was our favorite. Carpets are cozy and plush... you can tell they were recently replaced. One night we sat on the floor and stargazed from the comfort of the warm room. Great spot for adults to spread out. We loved the big table. You can tell that there have been some wonderful memories made here. There were some things that raised an eyebrow...serving dishes were oily (hadn't been washed properly), and the waffle maker had spider webs in it. Spices are 15 years old. The laminated guides are sticky and have spills on them. Normally I'd shrug, but its COVID time. A deep clean should be considered.

Everything surpassed expectations. The property, the nearby activities, the weather! (maybe we got especially lucky with that last one haha) My group all wants to come back again!
