We got a nicer price for a rental at Phoenix west 2 from vrbo than we could find otherwise. The apartment we had was great!

The place was great! Garage was handy. 10th floor was easy to get the beach/pool. Kitchen was outfitted well. Balcony was private, great view & comfortably furnished. Baths were nice, beds were comfortable. Layout was great and worked for us (couple + 4 teen boys). Pool/beach and amenities were awesome. Boys enjoyed the fitness center too.

$35 per vehicle to park is high but, if you park on the 10th floor it's the most convenient parking. My father was recently told he would be put on hospice. So we decided to suprise him for Father's Day with a short beach vacay with all of his kids from KY, CO, and MO. Pros: Beautiful condo, beds are super comfy, A/C works amazingly, excellent ceiling fans, and having 4 bathrooms is priceless! Cons: My biggest complaint is cleaning. and disruption of literally everything. Initially on the surface everything looks clean. But, literally under everything I touched I found trash and food. Underneath the couch cushions there was enough popcorn to fill a bowl, gummy candies and more popcorn stuck to mattress of pull out bed, under couch a whole water bottle more popcorn, candy and food wrappers, under beds in double queen, and living room ottoman beside bottom kids bunk, more trash. I didn't call because you don't see the mess until it's bedtime, you're exhausted and what can be done at 11pm? The following day Im told inspectors will be testing sprinklers/ smoke alarms in our room and WILL be given access, pissed isn't close to how I feel. My father needs breaks throughout the day and didn't need anyone barging in on him. Pools, lazy river, kids sprinklers were also all closed on Tuesday, Beach was super packed more than I've ever seen and I go to PCB every year. So for only having 2 full days and one of them being inspection day is crap. I would suggest not renting your condo on that day or maybe given your customers a heads up beforehand or even a hourly time frame would be acceptable but, a two day window is just crap. The nice jacuzzi tub in master also doesn't hold water. 30 minute plus waits for the elevators, dishes still in the dishwasher. I left the cleaning crew a note as well. Beautiful dirty condo with poor customer experience.

Blinds over windows are electric and remote was missing. Someone came out and said if they could not get remote the next day they would come and do something to shield light from master bedroom as we were getting woken up at first light. I never received any followup. Also, dishwasher had no power, one shower drain was clogged, and one toilet ran constantly. Reported these issues and told they would be addressed but never were. Also wifi was very slow as there was no password and I'm sure everyone in surrounding units was using it. My kids were trying to do virtual learning and internet made this a challenge. For what I spent to stay at this complex, I expected more from both unit and customer service I received.

The only issue we had while there, was the refrigerator was not working and the loaner from the management company was in the living room so it was not very convenient when preparing meals. We got used to it after a month long stay but it would have been nice to have had the owners fridge repaired.

This property is everything you need! Great location. Great amenities and the unit was super clean and equipped! We had a great trip with our teenage sons !

We stayed at Phoenix west 2 unit 1004. The overall property and unit were great. Very clean. Also like the huge open space outside the unit in the building....my kids and I played frisbee and threw the football in this huge open area. Only complaint I have is that they only had 1 indoor pool andwater was dirty. Constantly had hair in my fingers and water wasn't clear, but merky. I get it alot of kids and guess crammed in this one indoor pool (weather and water were still chilly at this time in mid March). Hot tools werent in greatest shape and always crowded....again we knew coming in though that we may not use the outdoor pool due to weather still not being completely warm. Overall great stay and will definitely like to stay there again, same unit 1004.

We had a great time. Condo was super clean and spacious.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and full of all the items we needed. The accomodations were perfect and plenty of room for 9 people!!! We're making plans for our next stay.

The condo was excellent. Would stay there again, no problem. The layout worked very well. The location was right next to the beach which was great. The place was furnished very nice. The Master bedroom and bathroom were large. The first spare room had 2 beds and a bathroom that was great for two teenagers. The second bedroom had bunk beds (3 beds) and a pirate ship bed plus a private bathroom. The kitchen seemed new and the spare bathroom was a full bathroom (not half bath) with a washer and dryer. The family room had a crazy large TV and a nice large sectional. The dining room was large and easily accommodated 5 people. The balcony was great to watch and listen to the ocean waves. The facility had nice amenities, such as a lazy river/slide for the kids and indoor/outdoor pools plus plenty of hot tubs. There is also a small cafe and a vendor selling Italian ice next to the pool. The exercise facility in the building was nice. Parking was no problem, but it is tight going up and down the garage, if you have a large vehicle. You are required to wear a wristband, so they know you are supposed to be on/at the property. The family felt safe in the building. Recommend the first morning going to the beach early to rent a couple of chairs from 3rd party vendor (fill up fast; pricing for 3 days was about $100; no refunds).

This property meet all of our needs with additional amenities

We enjoyed our stay here. Our boys loved the pirate themed room. Kitchen had all needed items. My only complaints are I did not like the glass doors in the master bedroom that open to the dining area and the owners do not leave the remote for the power sun shades available for renters. The glass doors in the master are not kid friendly, let a lot of light into the room, and there is no way to lock them closed. Not having curtains or access to the remote for the sun shades was very annoying. We like to sleep until 8-9 some morning but the light was so bright into the room and then into the master that it woke us up every morning about 6:30am. Other than that a great experience. Hopefully the owner will eventually fix those issues for future renters.

This condo was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and spacious. The kids loved the “pirate” room. The view was amazing. The only disappointment was the slide at the pool was broken but the kids got over it pretty quickly. We will definitely be back.

The gym was also great. The beach was clear and water was great.The only disappointment was the kids were looking forward to the slide and lazy river. Great location, close to everything. The building was close to the water and still offered pools, lazy river, and splash pad. It was a great time for the whole family! Can’t wait to come back.

This was a very nice property. Great location, great view. My only issue was the master bedroom had very little privacy because of a sliding glass door that you could see through. Also, the pool would get shut down every hour for kids just being kids. Other than that, a great stay in a great location.
