We loved our stay in this perfectly located beach house. Parking was not an issue. We definitely left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Laundry area was very dirty and the hall bathroom was not up to our standards. All and all, we had a great vacation in one of our favorite places on earth !!!!

We rented the property for a college reunion weekend. Space was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Kasey and Jim were wonderful hosts. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

The overall stay was fantastic but the real cherry on top of the cake was how communicative the property owners were. Even late at night before check in they were incredibly responsive and put my wife at ease. The property was well maintained and beautifully arraigned. Personally the bed in the master bedroom was a little too firm for my liking but that's a personal preference. The walk to the beach was only two blocks and after spending time in the sand the outdoor shower attached to the covered garage made cleanup a breeze. The complimentary beach tags and supplied beach chairs made packing for the week significantly easier. If you are looking to stay in ocean city this summer this property could not be a better choice.

We had such a great time! The check in process was very easy and the property was very clean! We were so close to the beach that it made the trip very easy with a toddler and baby. We would love to come back and stay at this location!

The property and surrounding is very clean. The access staircase to the 2nd floor was tight but the view from the balcony’s was beautiful. Would definitely visit again

My parents and I stayed for a week at this property after Labor Day. It is a wonderful location, quiet, friendly people in the area. I worked remotely and had no issues with wifi/connection. The townhome is nice and comfortable for 3-4 adults. The owners were very responsive. I’d like to suggest to the property owners that the lighting should be updated in the kitchen/living room area. It is not very well lit during the night hours. Thank you for a nice visit!

The property was lovely for the most part it was clean and well provisioned. There were a few things that could have been better. It appears a smoke detector was removed from kitchen ceiling but there were other devise in other rooms. At least 2 of the air returned ducks were missing filters. Screens were missing or torn on balcony doors and some of the windows so we really couldn't open the house up for fresh air. The views from the balconies and roof top deck were fabulous.
We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Good location but needs cleaned and better communication.
Great location but the place was very dusty. Property management did not seem concerned and would not accept photos to see the conditions. I had to dust myself as it took nearly 2 hours to get a response. Dust on the intake vent was so caked it looked like it had not been cleaned in well over a year. Tracks to sliding doors in the back were also filthy, curtains were stained. The place just needs a thorough top to bottom clean. Owners had a plumber show up to look outdoor shower and garage without notifying us prior.

The property really needs a top to bottom cleaning. Mattresses need to be upgraded. Very dirty. Needs some kitchen item updates.

Perfect beach house
The house was everything we expected, and more. Very clean, well furnished, and a great location. We really appreciated that there were beach chairs in the garage. We will definitely stay here again.

This house is close to all the we love about Ocean City. Large, comfortable porch, close to the beach and the owners were extremely accommodating. Our entire family (ranging in ages from 10 months old to adults) had the best time.

Great Weekend Getaway
My family rented the second floor unit and my brother rented the first floor so we could all be together for a long weekend. This place is updated with fun beach decorations, everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. Loved sitting on the covered front porch drinking coffee in the morning and seeing the ocean from the roof top deck. Access to the beach was quick and easy and Jim and Kasey made everything very easy.I would definitely consider renting here again!

Very good vacation location in OC
Wonderful property and location. We would just suggest more lights in the living room and better lighting outside. Some lights did not work. Also a better collection of pots in the kitchen. The property was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend it.

Great house!
The house was immaculate and smelled disinfected when we arrived. My family enjoyed celebrating NYE in front of that cozy fireplace with champagne. The block is quiet and we enjoyed early morning walks on the beach. Plenty of hot water for showers. The listing doesn’t clearly state that it is the 2nd floor of the unit. However, we enjoyed the house and would love to return again!

Property owner Jim was quick with questions I had. Great location near the beach. I would make one suggestion & that would be to include instructions for use of the main TV in living room. It seemed whatever we tried to watch needed a PIN#. Overall, a very relaxing time

Fantastic OC vacation spot
Great location! The unit was clean and exactly as advertised. The owners were wonderful to deal with and quick to reply when we contacted them. In fact, they messaged us the day of our check in to let us know the unit was ready ahead of schedule, which we really appreciated. Would love to stay here again!

Really enjoyable stay...
This was our 2nd year renting with another couple in Oct. House was perfect for the 4 of us and we love the roof top deck and location of the house. Disappointed that owner had not had blinds fixed in bedroom since we checked in mid week...time enough to repair. At least 4 verticals were missing which caused lots of light to shine in as soon as sun came up and left us with little privacy for dressing, especially in the evening. Other than that, it was a fun time.

Beautifully decorated, clean and close to the beach!
I loved our stay at your beach home. It was very convenient to the beach and beautifully decorated and maintained. The homeowners really thought of everything and it was all available for you upon arrival. My only suggestion would be to put a bigger bed in the master with a comfier mattress. My family had a great stay! Thank you!!!!

Great Place for Family
Thanks for a great stay. The house (2nd floor) was clean, spacious, and the porch rocked. We really enjoyed our vacation this year. A short walk to the beach, a short drive from the boardwalk but far enough away that it was quiet.

Memorial Day Get-Away
Although the weather was not cooperative, our family enjoyed the long weekend in this lovely Ocean City home which was within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed a few cocktails on the rooftop deck, biked on the boardwalk and just relaxed. Thanks Jim & Kasey;)

Great weather and location!
The home was a great size and had good accommodations. The only problem is we paid too much. We had to clean it, which took over an hour and pay for a third night when we only stayed for two. I would happy to recommend staying her if we can get some compensation for the cleaning at least. Jim was easy to access but the leasing company failed to make mention about the state of the house and the third days payment.
