Great place. Quaint and close to all Richmond has to offer. Just 10 min from YVR and a 20 min walk to great restaurants. Its quaint and clean, with more than your usual rental. Hosts were great and have a great garden to look at.

Sylvia our host was great! She was very friendly and always around if we needed her. She even shared some of her fruit and vegetables from her garden with us. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and the backyard was so enjoyable to sit and relax in. It was well equipped with anything we needed….coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, honey and more. We would definitely stay at Sylvia’s place again. Thanks for a great stay!

We were very happy with the cleanliness and comfortable beds. Airy, lots of windows in quiet cul de sac.

The apartment was as advertised 2 small bedrooms and a kitchen which was well equipped; there was a damp musty odor and a lot of dust and spider webs in corners; the beds were hard and had shiny mattress covers so the cheap sheets kept sliding around. We were in Richmond for a memorial service for my husbands uncle so we were away from the apartment except to sleep; we had a dog and he stayed at the uncles but came with us when we came and went. No where in the listing was there any mention of pets not being allowed. The day we checked out we received a notice from VRBO that a charge of $150 had been made to our credit card!! We had left the place cleaner than it was when we arrived!! They accused us of stealing a green bowl! and staining the towels - Nonsense!! Who would even want the ugly bowls??? They had provided one towel per person and we only used them after our showers. They also accused us of having 5 people which is absolute fabrication!! We are a 4 person family (husband, wife and 2 adult children). The apartment is a dark, dirty place. There was a lot of dust everywhere and all of the wood trim was chipped and dirty.

We had a great experience stayed at this property for a week. The owners of this property were very easy to communicate and very nice family. The location is great. A few minutes drive to shops and restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Liz, our host, was very nice but the listing did not show or mention the shower was in a tub with sliding glass doors and the high edge of the tub made it impossible for me to access.

The property was so clean and spotless. The location is very convenient yet quiet. The owners are super friendly. The only thing I wish were different is the check in process. Maybe the owner will consider sending out the check in procedure a little ahead of time?

We did not enjoy our stay as Liz (the owner), did not allow us to have our relatives and Friends to come over and see us. There was a lot of noise and dust because of demolishing work next to where we stayed. We checked in late after 12 mid night around 2 am and the light around the house was so dim. Rooms were too small.
