Easy check in and easy excess’s to beach , grandkids had a blast.

our family enjoyed this condo very much. there is a grassy landscaped area that was perfect for yoga, leaving our fishing rods and all of our floats which helped keep the sand inside to a minimum. in the mornings the sprinklers come on so don't leave your towels out. being on the first floor was so easy and care free. the beach was easy access and absolutely beautiful. the condo was clean and perfect for our needs. the kids ended up sleeping in the two recliners and the pull out sofa and the beds. they slept where they sat. lol! great trip. great condo. highly recommend.

Very nice, would rent again

The condo was great. Loved it was on the bottom floor and the pool was right in front of us. There were 5 in our family and we had plenty of room and lots of things available to take to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great trip. The accommodations were wonderful and the walk to beach was easy. Beds and other furniture was very comfortable. Only issue is that we had 7 people and only had 6 towels and not enough wash cloths. Had to go out and buy some in order to shower.

Overall was a pleasant stay. Great location to the pool and beach and condo was clean and had most everything that was needed. A couple small things to note. This is more like 20-30 mins to Destin with traffic, and I would not consider walking distance to pier (quick drive though). I wish there was a better picture showing the pool from the condo itself, the description is a bit ambiguous and made it seem like you could watch/see kids from your patio. This is possible with older kids maybe but not with younger kids. Pleasant enough and close to pool yes, but not what I expected based on pictures/description. Also, I’d recommend some plastic cups/plates for kids (unless I missed them) it made me nervous having my 4 and 7 yr olds use glass; add in that the dining table is glass, it felt like an accident waiting to happen. Lastly, a box of Kleenex would be welcomed. Great space, kids loved how close it was to the pool and beach and the grassy area was great. We didn’t feel over crowded at all. The hosts were very responsive and flexible. Honestly a nice little place.

Property was great--everything the listing said it was. Easy access to beach. Was little disappointed that it didn't have washer/dryer but property had access to paid laundry mat.

The property faces the beach and is beside the pool on the ground floor. Doesn’t have an ocean view, but easy access in and out of the condo to the pool and ocean. Nice place to stay

Beatrice was quick to confirm my last minute booking that I just made the night before arriving. She emailed all the details you needed for checking yourself in/out all on your own. I personally slept in the king bed, and it was super comfortable! But there are also two full size beds, and a large couch if needed. There was a lot more room than I expected. No complaints or issues with neighbors for being on the ground level. Pool & beach access are so conveniently close to walk right out to. Not over crowded beach area. Very comfortable to reach the owners with any questions. Hope to come back again!

This is our second staying in this condo and we love the location. Right off the pool and second s away from the beach. Great for little ones! Can't wait for next year.

We arrived to find a beautiful condo. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a closet full of beach toys and necessities for our use. We will definitely book this in the future.

This unit was perfect for our vacation. It was everything we expected and more. The location was perfect especially with two small children. Easy access to the pool and beach. It was everything as advertised. The unit was exceptionally clean and felt like a home away from home. Everything was in working order and everything that it was supposed to have was there. The parking was close to the unit and was easy to load and unload our items. Carts were provided for us which made it very easy to move in and out of the unit. We liked being on the ground floor so we didn’t have to struggle with the elevator or stairs. This condo complex is conveniently located to great restaurants and shopping . We highly recommend this unit and hope to return to the exact same one in the future.

Loved the location. Plenty of room for us .great pool right at the beach. Military discount was a plus. Reserved parking place for unit which I liked.

This condo is located in the perfect location for the pool and beach. It was clean and comfortable. This was a girls trip for 3 moms. We had the best time! The only suggestion I have is that since it is on the first floor, maybe bring a broomstick to put in the bottom of each sliding glass door, just for some added comfort. The pool system/pump is located in the backyard of this condo so the pool guy was in the backyard on some mornings during our stay- so yes, maybe a broomstick to make you feel safer. Other than that, it's perfect just the way it is.

Overall the facility was good. It was nice that we could check in an hour early when the unit was available. The owner was very helpful. We had beds and baths. There were just a few things that could be improved. The large burner on the stove did not work. Made it hard to cook breakfast. We did not cook but once but it would have been nice to have all burners especially if you cooked a lot. Not me on vacation, though! We did have trouble with door lock. Would be nice to make it easy to determine if we had door locked. Thanks!

The condo was very nice and convenient for the pool or the beach. We had a great time and plan on going again next year. We liked the assign parking spot and key code for the condo as well.

This condo was perfectly located right on the beach was nicely appointed for our group of family and friends. There were many water toys to borrow while we were there, which was a pleasant surprise. We are already looking forward to staying here again!

Excellent location! Right beside the pool and steps from the beach. It was an amazing moms and kids spring break trip. Beatrice was wonderful to work with and so quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Actually, I would most likely look this exact unit up next time we stay in Fort Walton Beach!
