Our three generation family truly enjoyed our long weekend. The 5 king beds made it very comfortable for all. Between the pool and pool table and golf area-we all had a wonderful time. We hope to return next year!

Perfect for a 5+ people with individual large rooms/bathrooms for all. Location was very convenient to PS downtown, but tucked away enough for peace and quiet. Host was helpful and accommodating.

Spacious!! Great property to stay at with couples. Each room has their own bathroom which is always a bonus. Amenities inside as well as outside are well thought out! When arriving, the property manager Josh, was very nice and helpful while we went through the house, he shows you how to operate the amenities and patiently answers any questions you may have. Definitely recommend staying here!

The best property we have rented in PS over the past 6 years. If you have a group of 8-10 people, this is the house for you! So comfortable, amazing decor. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. We had a huge morning brunch, there was ample supplies in the kitchen to cover all. Everyone can be spaced out, each bedroom has its own full bath. 3 car garage to keep your vehicles out of the sun. Plenty of pool towels to go around ! All controls/switches labeled/pool, hot tub controls labeled for easy use. Perfect location, just a few minutes to downtown and the grocery store. We will definitely be booking this amazing home again in the future.

House was beautiful. Overall everything was great. The only negative was I guess the niegborhood is really strict on the no outside music policy. We were told its a $2k ticket so we were very quiet. Sucks you cant have light music while doing bbq by the pool. Other than that everything was great.

Beautiful home and backyard conveniently located near two excellent golf courses. We loved the spacious great room/kitchen layout, complete with pool table. Each bedroom had its own bathroom - perfect for our couples group. We will definitely be back. Can’t imagine a more perfect home in Palm Springs.

We had a fun and relaxing stay at this home! It was a beautiful quiet neighborhood less than a 10 min drive from the scenic Andreas Trail hike, and around 10 minutes to the cute downtown. The pool was perfect with a shallow large step for the little ones to play in. We had a room that seemed to heat more than others, and the manager was prompt in coming to assess and help. Would definitely stay again!

Great location! How was.perfect ans i loved.that each bedroom was and ensuite so we didnt have to share bathrooms. We used the Jacuzzi and he dining room table was perfect

The overall space, furniture, energy of this house was excellent. The images of the basketball court, pool, and putting green give the viewer a somewhat larger perception than is actually there. That's not a complaint at all but rather just noting that those areas are somewhat compact -- especially the basketball court. The pool waterfall features and overall functionality was excellent as well. I highly recommend this house.

The house is amazing, great layout, outside pool area is perfect. Close to downtown shopping and restaurants.
Feels like home, everything you need and great location! Check in was fantastic and the property manager was great at communication.

Wonderful home for a golf trip in Palm Springs.
Great facilities at the villa and plenty of room to relax after golf in the pool etc. Very easy process to check in and out.

Really, really beautiful house in a great, quiet, convenient location. Everything about the house is first rate from the pool, the jacuzzi, the pool table, kitchen, laundrey room, etc. Only two of us so more room than we could possibly use, but the house has multiple bedrooms and a casita so could accommodate several folks. We appreciated that the house is in a quiet residential area so it felt like you were really going "home" when you returned. Very close to Smoke Tree Stables if you're interested in horseback riding and close to hiking trails. Joshua was great. Showed us around the property and was extremely responsive. Highly, highly recommend this house if you're interested in a Palm Springs getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Even though the temperature in Palm Springs was lower than normal, the heated pool was a delight for us. We all enjoyed the other amenities: the pool table, the putting green, and the basketball hoop. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we enjoyed grilling outside. Would definitely choose this property again.

Great house for 5 couples. Lots of spaces for hanging out inside.The pool table was used more than anticipated because the weather was so much cooler than normal. The outdoor area is beautiful but small. So if you have a group of 10 and everyone wants to sit outside in the sun, this might be too small of a backyard. Bedrooms were all nice and spacious, especially the master and the casita.

There were 4 couples and we were in Palm Springs to enjoy the Tour de Palm Springs. golf and hike. This home is an ideal location for all. The home is equipped with everything you need. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy themselves.

The home was better than the listing. If this make sense, it felt like a resort, but had a comfortable homey feel. The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed, we cooked a few meals in the chefs kitchen, and all the pots/pans equipment you could want were there. The folks who operate this listing were wonderful and responsive, I could not have asked for a more perfect spot. You will not regret the stay, but you will hate to leave.

The property was well appointed with all the necessary amenities. From the entry, you will already feel like you’ve escaped to a luxury resort. For our family of 6 adults and 4 children, it was the perfect size. The kitchen has more than everything you need. Both the indoor and outdoor dining area feels grand and easily fit the entire group. The landscaping outside made the it truly feel like a getaway and helped it feel cooler. All the beds were comfortable and it was an added bonus that each had a private bathroom attached. The property is well cared for and communicating with management was a breeze.

Our family of 10 loved this beautiful and quiet neighborhood.. The pool was perfectly positioned with high Summer temps and misting system an added bonus.. We loved having 5 King bedrooms with privacy. The large, fully equipped kitchen even had air fryer, pressure cooker, multiple coffee services, and large pots to cook for a big family. Kenny and Chris were very attentive to our needs We we’re met at the home to go over each detail. We are accustom to large, fine accommodations when booking for family fun and this did not disappoint. Our ages from 18-68 all expressed that selection of this home helped make it a perfect vacation. Book this gorgeous VRBO, you will not be disappointed.

I stayed at this home with four girlfriends and we had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided for and the house manager was helpful and prompt. We loved hanging out by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

The house is large and easily accommodated ten of us. Bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishes, pots, etc. though lacked essentials like condiments and spices that are sometimes found in other vrbos. The house is in good shape and appears to be well kept up. Pool and hot tub were great and were well heated--important since it was pretty cold weather during our stay. Cell coverage at the house is quite weak, but the home's WiFi was solid. We had a very nice time.

This was the perfect property for our family Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully appointed, super spacious with a great floor plan. Every bedroom with its own bathroom and spread out, plus the casita, is the ideal layout. The kitchen amenities were the best I’ve ever had at a rental property!
We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub, plus the fire pit. Everything was as advertised and exceeded expectations! Our check in with Stephen was super easy and he was very friendly. Would rent this house again

We had 9 family members together for a wedding. House was very roomy with a beautiful pool setting. Enough room for everyone to spread out. House was exactly as advertised which was fabulous!

We went for a couple’s trip, and the property was a great size and layout for 5 couples. each of us had our own space, but could easily gather for games and cooking. The in-law unit is a little out of the way for coming and going, but is a great space and very private so it still works. It’s about a $15 Uber/Lyft ride away from the downtown area. I would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect place for celebrating my mom's 80th birthday with family. Very spacious & elegant. The kitchen was fantastic having everything we needed & more! The pool, hot tub & BBQ was great!
