Large comfortable room, friendly staff, free breakfast and close to the airport

More availability on snacks/essentials to purchase as the hotel isn’t close to any stores

Staff is good

Plenty thing : No secure parking No microwave in room , not even water bottle in room . No crockery in room . No swimming pool in hotel .( worst part )

Beautiful property, clean, classy and inviting

Breakfast needs a bit more variety, especially for children (cereal options, chocolate spread, bacon)

The facility were as good as any first class hotel. The staff were helpful & obliging & their breakfast which was outstanding & well done without any hassle. I would strongly recommend to any one flying in or out of Calgary

This hotel was a gong show! No parking anywhere. The spots they had were all taken with vehicles that were covered in snow as if they had been there for weeks. They must rent them to people who go away on trips because there was no where to park on the property at all. When we got there after a long day of travel and specifically writing them weeks In advance to let them know we would be coming in late and to make sure they didn’t give our room away we got there to find out our reservation could not be honoured. They said they didn’t have any rooms left that we reserved. We are a family of 5 so booked this property because they had rooms for 5. When we got there at midnight they said “sorry we don’t have anymore of those rooms left”. My kids were exhausted as were we. I was angry and voiced my concern about parking and double checking to make sure our room would not be given away 3 times as this was super important only to find out it had been. After watching “Jay” the front desk man play on the computer for 1/2 hour and telling us “sorry no rooms available” he magically found one that fit our family after making us stand there for 30 minutes in tears. It was so unexceptable. The worst customer service we have ever experienced. This hotel left customers high and dry and didn’t seem to blink and eye at overbooking. The hotel was beautiful and clean rooms with a good breakfast but I no longer have any confidence in this property as they don’t care about their customers or reservations

Location, breakfast at atmosphere

Front desk made us wait till after 4:15pm for check in said that there's no available room for us and they're been busy night before that day. Told her check in time was supposed to be 3pm right?and the excuse was there, while waiting for our room two front desk (Girl) was just standing there and chatting and laughing. Front desk should know or trained how to help the housekeepers atleast for the sake of emergency . But overall was great except the delays and service.
