This unit was exactly as shown. Very clean, had everything we needed and perfect size for our family of 4. The individual TVs mounted for each bunk were an excellent idea! Overall would recommend and would definitely book this property again.

I brought my two sons here for a boys weekend. I chose this unit for its awesome built in bunk beds with tv screens and quick beach access. The pool with the waterfall became shaded about 2pm so that was terrific after they got tired of being out in the sun all morning. Great location. We walked to the water park and putt putt across the street and had a quick drive to go karts, the harbor, and Fud Puckers. They had a great time and said they liked it better than the other places we have been on the Gulf!

My family of four spent the week here. The condo was very cute and in a really great location. It’s right above the pool, so if you’re on the balcony it’s really noisy. The good thing is that the sliding door sound proof, so there’s no noise inside of the condo.
The cafe downstairs has wonderful customer service and food.
Can’t wait to return next year!

We had such a wonderful family beach vacation! We traveled here with our 6 and 8 year old kids. It was the perfect size for us. Comfy beds and couch. Great view. Right next to the elevator. Reserve your beach chairs early. Having front row chairs really improved our beach experience and you can’t put personal chairs in front of the reserved ones. We did have some issues with rowdiness around the pool and loud music, but honestly, that’s what we expected for Destin. We would absolutely come back to this exact spot again!

Very family friendly, close to everything, great pools and beautiful beach! Was definitely one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in. I probably wouldn't recommend this resort if you are looking for a party spot as the resort is pretty strict about the rules. But we actually appreciated that as we went with two kids under 8 over spring break and weren't worried about having to deal with the typical spring break scene and had a great time! We will definitely be back!

What a relaxing stay! The condo is beautiful and very upscale with every amenity. We like to cook in and the gourmet kitchen had everything we needed and much more with plenty of dishes and cookware. We have stayed in many condos in Destin and this is one of the best. A great location with a beautiful view of the beach. Teresa was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

The continuous loud noise went from morning till night. The deck was blocked. We could not open a window for fresh air. We can not walk to the activities cafe bar or pools. They were closed for the winter season
The unit did not have cooking pans, hot pads, or utensils. It did have many wine glasses. A large picture crashed off the wall of the unit during construction. I called the owner. She told me we could move. She knew we flew in to Destin. We had no car. I loved the managers at pelican Beach resort. I would never trust vrbo.

It was just what we needed! Time together for a few days for my husband’s birthday! The condo was decorated beautifully and clean….so time on the beach as well as the time in the condo was perfect! And we could see and hear the waves from the balcony! 💙🌊🎊

This was a wonder Vacation and the place was outstanding. Very clean and organized and it had everything you need. We added couple of surfboards to the beach equipment for the next customers to enjoy. We are beyond pleased and we will be back.

We stayed at this condo with our two young children and the setup was perfect. The owners were wonderful to deal with and very helpful. Location was great and the condo was in excellent condition. We would definitely return!

We had a great few days at this property in Destin despite bad weather most of our stay! The location was perfect and close to all the restaurants and other activities. We had our two small children with us and they loved our condo and the pools and hot tub! Hosts responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful. Would recommend and would stay again!

We loved our stay. It was our third year at this property and this was the nicest condo we have stayed at. Very bright, updated and clean. The bunk beds with TVs were a hit with my two young sons. The main bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

The beach here was quite pretty. We loved having a beach view. We reserved beach chairs for the week ahead of our trip. Sadly, you have to book a month out to get a front row. People are packed in tight and you are subject to their music choice and kids. The resort itself is aged but they are trying to update it.

Stayed here for a week over SBreak with two teens. The condo was just as shown! Beautiful beach decor, incredible view right on beach! Fully stocked with all you need and no WD in condo but it’s in the hallway 5 steps away and hardly used by anyone! Pools and hot tubs huge were hot and very clean and loved by teens. Only downside is Beach chairs are pricey but Def recommend booking ahead to get first rows and save hassle of lugging chairs and sitting in back row. Would def recommend my unit and our hosts!

We loved out stay in our condo at Pelican Beach Resort. The condo is beautifully decorated in a beach theme and is very clean. The owners have put in a lot of work to make sure that you have everything you need to made your stay great. The view from the balcony is amazing and so close to the pool and beach.

The condo was clean, well stocked convenient to elevator, great view! It was decorated in nice colors & cute accessories. Our biggest problem was weather. We were only there for a few days with rain & cool first day. The biggest problem was the red tide which apparently causes respiratory distress. We spent first 2 days on beach coughing,sneezing with runny nose. The last one not as bad but then smelled like dead fish. I know weather is not controlled by humans but it sure would be nice to have a warning for that before you go and I didn’t see any on the weather forecasts I looked at. ( again no ones fault just very disappointing & likely unhealthy)

Just want to say how much I appreciate Teresa and her property. It was a beautifully decorated condo that was very spacious for my husband and I to stay for the week. However, it could sleep 6 people. We loved our mornings there. We sat on the balcony every morning and watched the dolphins flip just off the shore. We enjoyed a couple of different restaurants thanks to Teresa’s recommendations. Then we went deep sea fishing and got to witness a sea turtle rescue at Okaloosha County Fishing Pier. We got up early one morning and found tons of beautiful seashells at Navarre beach. The condo was fully stocked with many items that we needed and Teresa already knew it! We had beach gear and a cooler to use on the beach and grilling essentials for dinners in. We made lasting memories during our first vacation to Destin, FL.

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and amply furnished with everything you could need in the kitchen. The weather was perfect and the water was the clearest I’ve ever seen in the gulf. Communication with the owner was outstanding! Overall great stay!

It was our first time visiting Destin and we had such a great time! The Condo is just like in the photos and the ocean view was amazing! The swimming pools and beach were not congested at all which was awesome given that July is a busy vacation month. I enjoyed listening to the waves while enjoying breakfast out in the balcony. The condo was super clean and just overall there was such a relaxing/positive vibe. We loved it! We hope to visit again soon! Thank you Teresa & Victor
