Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this house. We had a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to St. Armand’s circle. We loved the little private backyard and all the kitchen & beach accessories you would need. Loved our stay here!

We loved this home! It was clean and comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax. Loved the backyard! We had kids with us and it was perfect for them to play(glad there was no pool). The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to St Armand’s circle and a 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. It was a lovely home- we’ll come back!

We loved staying at this Lido Key cottage. We had plenty of room to spread out and it was very well stocked with just about anything you might need with the exception of a wagon for carting things to and from the beach. We especially loved spending time in the sunroom! The location was perfect and we will definitely stay again!

Fantastic location, well equipped for a relaxing day/dinner at home, trip to the beach (towels/chairs/umbrellas) and lots to do that is easily accessible. Sun room/back yard are fantastic features that we all enjoyed. Clean, quiet, as described. We loved this place and would definitely come back!

Loved everything about our stay
The house was great for us. Abundance of kitchen supplies, and utensils, Kleenex in nearly every room, more than enough toilet paper for the three of us, and beach chairs. The sun room was great for relaxing and spreading out. We wanted to return but sadly next year is already booked!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. They have every need supply for a wonderful beach vacation! The house was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Usually the hosts don’t have enough garbage bags etc but that wasn’t the case! We stayed for 4 nights and would come back in a heartbeat!

Cozy
We had the best time on our trip to Lido. This little house was perfect for our family. We flew to Florida so we couldn’t bring all our beach stuff. But no worries because everything we needed: pack snd play, towels, toys, chairs, etc we’re there waiting for us. Also, we enjoyed fresh mangos for breakfast from the mango tree in the back yard!!

Location was perfect and house was very well equipped and as described. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Only disappointment was that guest beds were very hard and AC very loud for sleeping in front guest room.

Recommend this property to all. One of the nicest properties we have stayed, being at the beach we are always concerned about mold smells. This property had no adverse smells so was perfect for our mold conscious guests.

Amazingly relaxing
We had the most relaxed and enjoyable stay in this lovely home. The location near the beach allowed us to walk to the beach periodically during the day. The wash area outside the house allowed us to clean up before entering the house. We will definitely be back!!

Convenience, comfort and quality on Lido
This spacious and well-appointed home exceeded all of our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Florida room and backyard were wonderful for hanging out. We used the bikes available in the garage to ride over the bridge to Sarasota for dinner. We used the beach toys and chairs for hanging out on Lido Beach. We walked to St. Armand's Circle. The bedroom set up worked so well for our group (4 adults and 2 kids). I want to book our next vacation at this home.

Wonderful house/wonderful location
The house was perfect for our group. We were able to stay for 3 nights before Christmas. We loved the renovations of the house and particularly the sunroom! It fit all 5 of us comfortably. The house had pretty much everything you would have at home in terms of amenities. The location to the beach and town and even the park at the end of the island was wonderful. We greatly enjoyed the place and location. We did prepare by bringing a lot of food ahead...but it would be wise to point out that the grocery stores aren’t as close as you would like and with traffic would likely make them seem a lot further. Probably best to stop at at the store to get a few things before you come on to the island. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a family getaway
We stayed here for a multi-family vacation with 3 toddlers! It was perfect for us! The sunroom was nice for the adults to hang out after the kids went to sleep and we didn't have to worry about waking them. We also loved the fenced in backyard to spend time after our beach mornings. It took only a few minutes to walk to the beach, and we easily rode bikes to St Armand's circle for dinner one night, about a 3 minute bike ride :)
The house was very clean and looked just as pictured. We forgot something after check-out and Davidson was very responsive and helped us retrieve the item.
We all absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great little getaway. One block from the beach, short walk to the restaurants at St. Armands. House was the perfect size for 2 kids, with everything needed to cook at home, if thats what you like. Good Wifi, too.

Wow. What a beautiful and immaculate home. We were shocked that the photos didn't even do the house justice. What a wonderful place to stay. It is well equipped, comfortable, great beds, spacious and clean.
5 minute walk to beach access. 10 minute walk to St Armand's Circle. We will be staying again.

Really impressed with the property and location. The villa/house was spotless on arrival, and had everything you could want. Mt family really enjoyed our stay, with my wife especially loving how close it is to the beach (the provision of beach chairs etc, is superb!!). Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

This home is a real gem! A lovely interior and yard, had literally everything we needed, we immediately felt at home. We enjoyed beach time daily (great beach chairs provided) and walks to St. Armand's Circle for dinners and fun shopping. We definitely would love to plan a return stay!

The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. It was very neat and clean and we really appreciated having the towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella for the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to St. Armand.
