Second stay. Everything was perfect. Hated to leave.

We cannot say enough about the property and the owners. The condo was awesome, the views and location is amazing. Extremely well equipped. We would not even bat and eyelash at staying again. It is without a doubt, the best vacation rental we have ever had.

We've stayed in Starboard village several times. The location can't be beat, and the views from this particular unit were great.

Excellent location. Wonderful view of beach and water. Very quiet inside and no noise outside. Except for climbing stairs, our stay was exceptional.

This condo has everything you need and the hosts are fabulous! The beach right outside the condo was our favorite and having the chairs, towels, and beach toys made enjoying it a breeze! We will definitely be back!

We were surprised at the unit when we first entered. It is well designed and decorated. And the view.... no words can describe the immediate feeling of relaxation when you look directly to the gulf. Beautiful!

The location is absolutely fantastic for the Emerald Coast. Right on the beach, close to some great restaurants. The condo has everything you need including chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. It made our stay so much easier. The condo is also equipped with everything you’d need in the kitchen and other household areas. The host was extremely communicative and made us feel like true guests.

If you want to best possible view worth the closest proximity to the water you can get in pensacola.... this is the place for you. Nothing else matters. Absolutely amazing view and everything about this rental was great.

We loved our stay at this condo! It’s truly Gulf front, with a balcony off the living room and a second off the master. We really appreciated the ground floor enclosed garage and all its beach toys - very nice to leave the provided chairs, umbrellas and floats there instead of lugging them inside. The location is ideal in that you’re away from the crowded beach center and almost directly across the street from one of the best seafood restaurants around - Peg Leg Pete’s.

Condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation!

Me and my family of 5 stayed here and we really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was clean and had many amenities already there for us to use and enjoy. I loved that I could park my car in the garage. The chairs and umbrellas were very helpful. We would stay here again, only down side is the stairs by the end of the week there our legs were killing us lol

We plan a girls trip every other year and this one was one of the best. The condo and location was very convenient. In addition, this condo was definitely well stocked with quality items, unlike others that we have stayed. Jill and Brad were very accommodating to let us park in the garage prior to check in time so we could go to the beach and Jill even found us on the beach to say hi and that we could check in early if housekeeping was done. Would definitely recommend. The only downfall was the steps so if you aren’t able to climb a flight of stairs each time you leave, it may not work for you.

We hav stayed at many condos by the beach but this one was the best by far. The views are incredible and the beach is so close to the condo. Every morning we were able to watch the dolphins swim by while drinking coffee on the balcony. The condo was very clean and the owner supplies you with everything you could need from cooking to beach necessities. If you are looking for a great place to stay this one is for you. I deffinatley look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The location was perfect to be away from the crowds, but close enough for shopping or eating out! The condo was beautiful, comfortable and stocked with games, movies and books for those rainy times. We will definitely be coming back!!!

This was our first stay at this unit, although not our first stay in this complex. While there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit, we were expecting this from the description. The unit was exactly as described, most importantly for us a beautiful view of the ocean. Also, very convenient walk-over to get to the beach and (except for the day of Blue Angel's show, which we expected a crowd) plenty of space to set up on the beach. I took daily morning bike rides on the paved path and we were in easy walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's, Tom Thumb's and the dog beach (getting our dog fix as we were in pet withdraw). The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, even containers with lids for storing leftovers, which in my experience is unheard of. We were able to check in right on time, the unit was spotless and we felt right at home. Also, the owners were quickly and pleasantly responsive to the few questions I had. We love Pensacola Beach and the Blue Angels, and couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy both!

This property is so close to the beach and has a great view. Loved the availability of chairs and umbrellas that were in great shape!

We absolutely loved our stay here! I booked this property based on all the other 5 star reviews, and I was not disappointed. The condo had a great layout and was so close to the beach, we really enjoyed it. The beach was beautiful! My favorite thing to do was sit on the deck in the morning with my coffee. We watched dolphins right from the deck! We travelled to the condo during severe weather and weren’t sure what to expect in the Pensacola Beach area. It was very stressful, so I contacted Brad and he was super nice and helpful! We also absolutely loved all the books and movies and games that were in the condo. These made the place feel like home! The sand toys, beach chairs, pack n play and all other extras were so helpful! The condo area and beach were never crowded and everyone we met was super friendly! It seemed like a very nice area! We enjoyed several restaurants close by and rode the trolley to the Ft. Pickens beach area and got Kona Ice and let the kids play on the playground. Overall, it was a wonderful family vacation!

This is my family's 4th time staying here. We just keep coming back. The owners are accommodating, the place is clean and beautiful, the views are perfect, and the beach is incredibly close. Perfection!

Perfect location with breathtaking views from private balconies. The condo had every amenity you could need and was clean, comfortable and very cute. Property owners were very responsive, helpful, and informative. Would recommend to anyone!

Had a great time and Bradley was a fantastic host! He was prompt with answering questions and upgraded some of the beach equipment for us while we were there. Condo was in very good condition. We had everything we needed and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The place was spotless with great view, we loved the smaller complex compared to some of the high rises we have stayed in. The owners are great and available for any questions . look forward to coming down again .

Great location ~ beautiful condo. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we did not realize was the amount of stairs. 3 flights to bedrooms from parking ~ then more stairs to beach.

The condo is even better than the pictures. It's spacious and equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable beach vacation. Being right on the beach it has a perfect view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. During our stay mid- April the beach was never packed. We will be back to stay in this condo again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It had everything we needed and more. We had children ages 17 and 10 with us and they fit well in the second bedroom. I loved the master bedroom with the view of the gulf laying in bed. It was a fabulous way to wake up in the morning! A couple of things I'd like to mention is that the main level of the property is actually on the second floor, so be prepared to climb a couple flights of stairs to get to the door. No biggie, just wanted people to be aware as in my mind I thought it was ground level. We weren't initially going to rent a car. We took a transportation service to the unit the first night but later realized that aside from Peg Leg Pete's (which was great, btw!) It was quite a distance to walk anywhere else. We rented a car from Turo which was another first experience for us and it turned out well. The property is also just a few miles away from Fort Pickens where you can watch the Blue Angels practice which was fun. (Check the calendar) All in all it was a really great experience and the beach therapy is just what we needed.

My family and I loved our stay, the condo is right on the beach with an amazing views and two outside balcony’s! The condo has everything you need (beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc.) Their is an amazing seafood restaurant in walking distance (Peg Legged Pete’s) and the best coffee just a long walk down the beach (Bear Fruit Bowl and Coffee). The only downside was the ongoing construction which woke us up a few mornings, but is totally out of their control :)

This place is amazing! Every single part about it was amazing! So many steps so you will get a workout! The hosts take care of you! All the extras are there for you! From cleaning products, TP, coffee( did bring our own and left the extra) to all the beach needs (towels, chairs, toys)! The view was great from both balcony’s. We spent time on both of them! There were so many games and movies too! I can’t say enough about our stay! I would tell anyone coming to the area to stay here and would come back again! Thank you!!

This was a great condo for our family with two grandkids ages 7 and 3. The rooms were nicely furnished and great to have two full baths. And the bin full of beach toys was a huge hit with the boys! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Loved this place! We have been vacationing on the Gulf Coast for 30 years. This was the most thoughtfully furnished condo we have stayed in during this time. The extra touches from the coffee provided to the “nice” toilet paper really made this space feel like home! The views were amazing and we loved the garage parking! Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Can’t wait to stay here again!
