Andrew's house was perfectly located in town, fully stocked with every possible toiletry and amenity- including food, and very cozy and comfortable. I dont have anything negative to say about our stay- it was perfect.

Andrew is at the top of the list when it comes to hosts. Everything was as described, and we had a great stay in Lake Placid among four old college friends. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew's house as a wonderful place to stay just minutes away from the Olympic Ice Arena and the downtown scene in Lake Placid.

Place was spotless and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our Lake Placid getaway!

Seize the opportunity to stay at this Lake Placid home. You will not be disappointed. THE BEST VRBO we have ever rented as far as cleanliness, having every single thing stocked that you could possibly need, very comfortable furnishings, super comfortable mattresses( a big deal when staying in a rental ) and thoughtful touches. Host Provided bagels, eggs and OJ!! Never in all the rentals we have stayed at has a host gone out of their way to leave breakfast. We were even able to have a little fire on the patio area in February! The kindling and wood were nice and dry and cut to just the right size. Location of the house to the Olympic Center was perfect for our son’s hockey tournament. We were able to walk there in 10 minutes. We skated on Mirror Lake, walked the village, skated the Oval , had dinner at Lisa G’s - delicious!! Perfect house for a Lake Placid winter get away!

Such a great home to stay in while visiting Lake Placid - clean, comfortable and well appointed - yet the best part for us is that you can walk all around the village of Lake Placid easily from the house (skating rink, restaurants, etc.). Andrew was great to deal with as well - Have stayed twice and will probably stay again!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The house is lovely. Our host, Andy, was terrific. He supplied us with so many items that many might forget when packing. He also left us food and beverages in the refrigerator for breakfast. On our first night he even came when we called to address a television issue. We were unsure how to do something. We will definitely return in the future.

This house was super cute and comfy. The host was really responsive and friendly, plus he left us some breakfast goodies in the fridge which was very appreciated. I am not a great packer and I always forget numerous little things…this house was so incredibly stocked with anything you could have possibly forgotten. Worth the return trip just for that! Great location.

We just got home from a Thanksgiving stay at Andrew's house in Lak Placid. The house was clean and very nice. Communicaton with him was good. We highly reccomend his house.

Very nice house! The house was very clean , superbly stocked and organized! The front porch was great and the deck/patio area was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the fire stove. The beds were very comfortable. The master suite was just lovely with lots of room and and a large bathroom. The location was excellent! One of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Enjoyed ourselves immensely! Highly recommend!!

This was a beautiful home, very convenient to downtown Lake Placid. The home is very well appointed, very comfortable, and the host provided many unexpected amenities. We look forward to staying there again.

We enjoyed the 2 separate bedroom spaces. Upstairs bedroom and bath set up like a suite. Downstairs 2 smaller bedrooms and bath down a short hallway gave us and our friends a comfortable enjoyable home away from home. As other reviewers noted, Andy has fully stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies. The numerous indoor plants and decor were attractive and inviting. We used the back patio space everyday. The kindling, newspaper and firewood were kept dry and ready to go. The location was great! We walked to the town, area restaurants, and the Mirror Lake walking path everyday. Thank you, Andy!

Took my 2 adult sons on a fishing trip in the area and this was the perfect place for us. Able to walk to downtown for restaurants but also well furnished for grilling and enjoying the nice backyard deck area. Could not have been happier with the choice. Thanks for the hospitality.

The host was a pleasure to deal with. The house was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The location was excellent, and we were able to walk to anything in the village very easily. We had a wonderful week.

This house was the perfect setting to celebrate our daughters recent engagement Within walking distance to Town shops and restaurants ! And on the marathon route in which some of our family ran the half ! House is immaculate , completely stocked and Andy is super helpful , friendly and responsive ! Definitely coming back !

The house was ready when we arrived and very clean, extra of everything. Easy to find the property and plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. Ages ranged from 7 months to 89 years, and we were all comfortable. Andy was great to work with and communicated check in information, provided numbers should there be any issues during our stay, and reached out when the reservation was made. Nice family weekend in Lake Placid.

We loved this house. Highly recommend it, especially if you are there for an event at the Olympic Ice Arena. We were a group of four (2 moms and our daughters) who were there for the Synchronized Skating World Championships. The location was perfect and the house worked great for our group. Super clean, amazingly well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating, etc. The host was super friendly and helpful. No complaints from us, we loved it!

Such a great property and a great area. We came to Lake Placid to watch our son in a ski race - we were close to Whiteface for the races, yet when we were back at the house we were walking distance to the Lake Placid village which was incredible. Olympic history, restaurants, shops, etc. -- such a fun place to spend a weekend.

10/10 stay! Great location to all there is to do Lake Placid! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Also, close to Whiteface Mountain.. loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

The house was cozy and clean, this was the most generously stocked rental I’ve ever been to! The outside porch is so pretty at night and the neighborhood has a beautiful sunset!

Property exists as described. Very comfy and cozy home. To say it’s clean is an understatement. Felt like home. Check-in could not have been easier. We made the short walk to town several times. The only, small suggestion is larger sheets/blanket in back/downstairs bedroom. Items were too small to allow “tuck-in”. Had a hard time keeping covered during the night. Well done Andy!

Good location, well furnished and as advertised

Andy was very responsive to all my messages and the property was very nice and clean! Perfect location for walking into town and the whole process was very smooth from beginning to the end. I was very happy with my stay!!

We loved the house. We had a wedding to attend and the house allowed us time with our kids a bit more then separate hotel rooms would have. Nice to talk over coffee and getting ready and relaxing in the evening. We used the fireplace outside on a beautiful night. House was clean, had everything you could need. Basket of bathroom supplies was very nice. Staples in the fridge upon arrival was a surprise and very welcoming. We loved the house and the area and hope to get back.
