The location was great, only a few minutes from town but still very secluded! Good central location to a lot of different places in Door County. Loved the log cabin, made it feel warm and cozy. We used the fireplace during some cool evenings in May and it was great. We had an issue with hot water during our stay & Karen was able to help us out right away and found that it was a quick fix. We will definitely be back!

The cabin was great, even our stay was cut short by a snow storm that took out the power. It is set back on a wooded lot, which makes it feel secluded. Our host was always easy get in touch with and to communicate with. We ended up checking out early due to the power issues and our host did everything in her power to be sure we were refunded. We are already making s plan to return for another stay.

Enjoyed our off-season trip to Door County at the Egg Harbor Cabin. Impressively built, yet simple cabin was comfortable and cozy for our family or three. Didn’t want to leave!

We found the cabin to be relaxing & nice to reset in after a day of fun in door county. In a good central spot for exploring all of door county!

The property was very clean and airy, with modern conveniences (newish kitchen appliances, cable tv, spacious walk-in shower) built in without disrupting the feel of a rustic cabin. It's surrounded by trees and felt private and isolated, but was only a few minutes easy drive from Egg Harbor businesses. I checked in late on a Friday evening but the owner was waiting for my check in text and replied immediately. The cabin temp was perfect when I arrived, and I had no trouble sleeping although I'm a light sleeper. Do pay attention to the owner's warning that the loft bedroom isn't suitable for very young kids or folks with mobility issues, as the stairs are not vertical like a ladder but are much steeper than a typical stairwell (with a good sturdy railing - older kids and fully abled adults should have no problems with it). Overall great experience, I'll definitely be back!

The log cabin was so cozy and was nestled in a wooded property but yet close to town and convenient! Property owner was so helpful and had excellent communication. We will be back!

The cabin is in a great location. You feel like you're in the country but you're minutes away from town. The wood burning fire place makes the cabin extra cozy and relaxing. It was just a very peaceful place to spend the weekend in the middle of winter. I would like to come back in the summer!

Very clean! Has all the amenities you would want - full kitchen utensils, pans, plates, grill, fire pit. Bedding (sheets and comforter) very comfortable! TV. Super cute and relaxing cabin.

This was a perfect get away cabin for our Christmas vacation. The cabin was amazing, had everything we needed as well.

Many times advertisements about hotels, resorts, vacation homes, virtually everything, can fall short of expectations when you see it or stay at the property. I will say that EVERYTHING advertised about the property at which we stayed was understated. Every aspect of the property, the cabin exterior, interior and amenities were much more beautiful, well-kept and high-quality than any photo represented. We loved our time at this property and plan on returning as often as possible.

It was a beautiful. The only negative is that there are no steps to the porch. It could use one step.

Karen is very helpful and easy to communicate with planning your stay. It’s a beautiful cabin with everything you could possibly need.

We’ll be staying here again if our travels take us back to Door County.

The cabin was perfectly located near egg harbor. It was perfect for us to enjoy a long fall weekend. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We plan on coming back.

This place is such a gem and the owner/host, Karen, is fabulous. My husband and I spent a week here with our dog. It was so easy to get to town but felt really private and quiet while at the cabin. Any question we had was answered immediately by Karen and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to provide anything we needed. We used the fireplace a lot, which was great. All kitchen items, including the fridge were clean and organized - no cabinets filled with random stuff from past guests. Highly recommend this place!!!

The cabin was great. Easy to find, close to lots of fun things in Door County, and private. Just what we wanted. Would stay again.

The cabin was cute and met our needs. It felt remote but is only about 3/4 mile from Egg Harbor shops and restaurants. Bailey's Harbor and Fish Creek are very close. We cooked several meals and enjoyed the porch in the afternoon before dinner. Being so shaded it is very dark inside and better lighting is needed in the bedroom. I had to remove lamp shade to read and had a hard time seeing my clothes to dress. I would also recommend a new shower head and regular cleaning to prevent minerals clogging the new head. Jane responded quickly when we arrived with an incorrect door code.

Our second time staying at the cabin, and it was just as great as the first! Our family of 4 plus 2 dogs love this cabin right outside of Egg Harbor. The location is perfect and the space is cozy and has everything we need. The porch is my favorite space for coffee in the morning with the dogs (always leashed, we saw deer almost everyday on the the property!) The kids loved the fire-pit at night for relaxing and of course s'mores. We also really appreciated that the cabin was nice and cool over the very hot Labor Day weekend. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we love Door County and look forward to a third visit soon!!

Relaxing and beautiful log cabin!

Great cabin secluded in the woods yet only 2 minute drive from town! Wood burning fireplace with adjustable blower lets you control how much heat you want which came in handy on a cold and rainy night, and outdoor fire pit when it’s dry was our favorite spot. We brought our own coffee for the little pot in the cabinet to use instead of the Keurig. Great response when we had a little problem w the TV.

My family (2 adults, teen and tween) enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a quiet place in Door County to relax with our dog (Standard Poodle) while adult and tween were busy with Door County Tri. This cabin was everything we needed for a quiet place near the race and restaurants/market at Egg Harbor. Thanks!

The cabin was a great place to relax and unwind. Close to main strip, but far enough away to feel secluded. Karen was a great host! Answered right away to our questions. I highly recommend.
