We felt the condo was the perfect size for the two of us. It was quiet and the scenery was beautiful. When entering the building and the condo, you are hit by an overwhelming musty smell. The place did not have an exhaust fan for the bathroom or stove which may have contributed to the musty smell. The white throw pillows used on the couch shed white threads all over the place. They were on the living room and bedroom carpet when we arrived which led me to wonder if the carpets were vacuumed.

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at The Landmark for our annual anniversary trip to Door County.

The area was absolutely beautiful.

We loved our weekend getaway here. It was the perfect place to accommodate our needs. The owner was very responsive! Overall, we recommend this place to stay on your Door County vacation!

Very nicely equipped small condo perfect for a couple or family of 3.

The resort was nice and had wonderful amenities for the kiddos, including several pools, a playground, and fire pit. The whole resort was well maintained. The location is great, only a short drive to most of the little towns. My only complaint is that the owner tried to cover up a musty smell with a very strong cleaning product or some other smelling product (which was too strong when we first arrived). After a couple of days, the intensity of the cleaner smell wore off, and it was much more pleasant.

This property is located on the most beautiful resort! It has everything! I’ve been coming to Door County for 7 years now and it’s the only place we’ll stay!

We loved the views from out back by the pool & the ability to rent equipment to play games such as pickle ball. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but for only two nights we were fine.

My kids and I had a great experience at the property - the room was clean and as-expected. The pools and overall facilities were great and provided for a very meaningful time overall. Would certainly recommend!

Strategically located with easy drive to all attractions. Landmark is a picturesque, heavily wooded setting.

My daughter and I take this trip yearly and this was a great place to stay. The condo we stayed in was clean and cozy. Perfect for the two of us. The building itself was loud, had a hotel feel to it, being able to hear kids in the hall and people above us. But for the little amount of time we spent in the condo it was fine. Loved the amenities of the resort also. Brian was great to work with for any issues that came up.

Horrible water and no bottled water available. Wet, stained carpet on arrival. Check in crew very cold and perfunctory. Room was dreary it’s shedding shag pillows! Bathroom was clean but without amenities like shampoo or conditioner. Bed was comfortable. Wide array of TV offerings.

Place was clean and cute. Close to amenities described in listing. We look forward to staying again in the future. Place is perfect for a couple looking for a getaway!

My girlfriend and I had a great visit! Place was very clean and had everything that we needed. The owner even called us the day before we were to check out and offered a free night!

We had a great stay at The Landmark Resort! Such beautiful scenery and the condo made you feel like you were in the woods. The condo was decorated beautifully with nature pictures and was very cozy, comfortable to relax and read books by the electric fireplace. Very clean and had everything 2 people needed for a nice stay. 😊

Upon opening the door to the unit, each time smelled cigarette smoke. Owner warned us to bring towels and TP, I guess to avoid further charges. Dated unit. Would not recommend this unit. Some of my clothes smelled of smoke after leaving. Unit is extemely overpriced for its condition and comparison to other units.

We have stayed at the Landmark multiple times! We love it there and this place was no different. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway to enjoy Door County!

We had another great visit to Egg harbor. We always stay at Landmark because it is central to everything we like to do. This unit was nice and clean and quiet. Only one hiccup was the check in process. The management team couldn't find our reservation even when we showed them the booking. It would be helpful to have the unit number in the check- in instructions. Would definitely book this unit again if available!

We had a great time staying here for a birthday celebration! Great location, clean, adorable interior- had everything we needed. Had no issues during our stay. Owner sent a warm welcome email and started our vacation off right! Would recommend and re-visit.

Smaller than expected - so very cozy, and yes there is a musty smell throughout building. This apartment doesn't face the water and so it feels even smaller. Check in person sent us to the wrong building so toted luggage all over. This is such a great location and property that we were disappointed with the accommodations. Place needs a facelift.

We visited Door County for the first time and chose this property "blind". It turned out to be lovely. It is a large resort in a wooded setting with excellent views of the bay. The entire stay was really lovely and the unit we rented was pristine. One problem that was quite unpleasant was the odor in the common areas of the our building (Flagship bldg) It was a combination of nursing home, stale tobacco and mildew. It permeated the unit a bit but we quickly opened all the windows and even simmered cinnamon on the stove to dissipate the odor in the unit. However, ALL of our clothes now smell of the odor in the common areas and require laundering. This is NOT at all the fault of the unit owner. I hope (if he reads this review) he will contact the resort. We did report the odor to the front/check in desk. Aside from this one problem we are totally happy with our stay at Landmark and will definitely consider staying again.

My teens loved the indoor pool, hot tub and steam room. Plenty of room for 3 of us to share the 1 bedroom and pullout sofa. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time for our girls weekend! Our only concern was the musty smell throughout the building including our room.

Brian is great to work with, 2nd time here. Property has the best sunset at the resort and Plenty for the family to do.

I liked that there was ample public space. We always were able to find a chair in the deck or by the pool when we wanted. Beautiful sunsets. A quick drive into town, though the road isn't really walkable. No shoulder/sidewalk.

Two friends and myself stayed and enjoyed the resort. We had a great time and enjoyed the beauty of the locale. Once we found our way to the resort everything was much easier and very convenient!

I always enjoy the staff and amenities at the Landmark. Brian’s unit is conveniently located by the bonfire, pool and restaurant. The appliances were clean and worked very well. The bed is very comfy too. The sofa bed was good as sofa beds go. All in all a great stay.
