We loved our stay at this property. The condo was spacious and very clean! Great location to walk to the beach and some restaurants. Highly recommend Salt Life restaurant. The only downfall was the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and it was very light at night due to the outdoor street lights. Otherwise, we loved it!!

As other reviews noted, there was a musty smell at first but it dissipated quickly and the living room chairs need new cushions. Otherwise good condo with three bedrooms in good location and distant ocean view.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving with my adult kids. The kitchen was well- equipped. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and spacious. Had to light a scented candle, though, to address the smell of mildew.

We loved the property and location as usual. We have rented other properties from Marty and are always happy. Check in process was a little inconvenient but all in all everything was great

This property was perfect for our stay! The condo was spacious, super clean and nicely appointed. The community is well maintained, quiet and close to the beach and downtown. Many things are within walking distance. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened in patio without any bugs! We were sad to leave and definitely would return. The only improvements we would recommend would be better pots and pans and more comfortable chairs in the living area. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

We loved our stay at the condo. It was close to everything and we all enjoyed our nightly trips to Rita’s. The kitchen could use more dishes since there were 7 of us and we had to run the dishwasher after every time we ate. There was only 8 plates/cups etc. Besides that location and condo were great for a week at the beach.

The condo is beautiful, and fit our age ranges so well! We had my 5 year old daughter all the way to my 63 year old mom for a wonderful girls weekend. We loved the location across the street from the beach and the 3rd floor was such a great view!

The condo was beautiful and accommodated seven very well. Right across the street was the beach. Lots of great restaurants and 5 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Will definately stay here again.

Really enjoyed the stay. Short distance from downtown. Had mainly what we needed as far as dishes and such. If you’re a “stay at the place” vacationer, the tv’s are small in the bedrooms, but comfortable beds and plenty of room for 6. It’s a little frustrating chasing keys down and such when u get there late after a long drive, but not too bad. I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in the condo. My kids loved the pool and being so close to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream!

The place has a great location , clean and spacious for our group of four . All is accurate from the photos so that is a plus because sometimes it doesn’t match but this was spot on . Coincidence that the fireworks show was outside our balcony so kudos to that .

This is a really nice property. The condo was beautiful and very updated. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Short walk to beach. Pool area was nice. Absolutely no complaints, We will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful property. My family of 6 had plenty of room. Large condo, nicely furnished, with great views of the ocean. Definitely the best condo on the property. Elevator come in handy for sure with getting groceries and luggage up 3 flights of stairs. A plus for sure! Great restaurants near by to walk to. Will definitely stay here again. I would suggest 3 sets of keys for 3 families booked. My husband, daughter and husband and our son and wife. Another sofa or loveseat is also recommended. Not enough seating for all in the evening.

It was a great condo. Close to the beach and my son loved the turtles in the pond at the condo.

Spacious condo short walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Loved the balcony with ocean view. Quick, easy drive into downtown St. Augustine. The towels in the master bath were cheap and worn but otherwise, everything was great for a big family group. Management was very responsive to our questions and check in was a breeze.

This was a beautiful condo to stay in. Our kids loved the jacuzzi tub in the room and the heated pool! Very nice!

Good communication and nice condo. The only thing I would say negatively is some of the furniture is worn. The 2 wing chairs are worn and uncomfortable. The outside furniture was dirty. Other than that, everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Family and I rented this for the night to enjoy the beach and fireworks. The condo is very clean and modern. Beach is a short walk away. Very much enjoyed it!

This property was updated and it's location is great. If you plan on staying for more than a few days be prepared to purchase toiletries (no tissues and only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom provided). This property has a great screened in balcony but we were not able to use it because it was so dirty. Everything else was great and these few small inconveniences would not deter us from renting again. You can't beat the location and the close restaurants and entertainment.

The condo was beautifully decotated with nice amenities. We loved walking over to"Salt Life" every night to listen to great music to get a bite to eat after a long day in St.Augustine The beach and pier where also a short walk away. Excellent star gazing!!

The property: The condo was very, very nice. Spacious! Appeared to be freshly painted. Everything was clean, clean, clean. The beds were top quality, as were the linens and bath towels. The furniture was close to new I think. Seaside at Anastasia was nice overall. We did not use the pool - the weather was not quite hot enough tho I think the pool was heated. I have rented from VRBO 3 times before, always in FL beach communities. I was surprised this time that beach towels and an umbrella were not provided tho I do understand that VRBO does not require that of the landlords. Unlike most renters, probably, we (a family of 4) do not eat out but instead prepare all our meals in. That's why we rent a condo rather than stay in a hotel. The kitchen was very nice - new appliances and adequate counter space. I missed certain kitchen tools, tho again I understand that VRBO requires certain tools and accessories and those were provided. What I missed was a medium sized saucepan, a lid for the the small frying pan and a vegetable peeler. There is no gas grill on the property and we missed having a broiler pan for our steaks. We used the shallow jelly roll pan in the broiler which was fine for us but impossible to clean as adequately as we could have done with a heavy duty broiler pan. These small complaints did not spoil our vacation but I think they are worth noting. The plus-es outweighed the minus-es by far. The YMCA is close - a big PLUS. The ice cream stand Conehead is terrific! The biggest PLUS is ST. Augustine Beach's proximity to St Augustine. We spent two lovely days touring this charming city. Lots to see and do. We also took an Eco Kayak Tour, visited Marineland, witnessed a turtle release and took a surfing lesson.

Has have being mentioned in other reviews the pictures are not deceiving in any way, what you see in the pictures is what the property looks like. My family and I spent 4 nights here and honestly could not have asked for a better experience and place. The owner was more than happy to help with any questions, and was very accommodating. It’s basically diagonal from the county pier, and while you cannot see all of the beach you will be able to enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony, and of course get that nice ocean breeze. If you are traveling with small children you do not have to worry too much about the balcony because of high railing and the entire balcony is screened in. I honestly cannot day enough good things about this property and the owner, both were great and I would most definitely stay here again and again. If you want a awesome place to stay, then this my friend is it.
