My husband and I spent three nights at Linda’s property. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in the six years we have been visiting Southern California. It is close to the beach, canals, and restaurants. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. Linda was the greatest host! The house was super clean and literally had every amenity we needed (kitchen supplies, bathroom necessities, etc.) Linda was a great communicator and made everything super easy. We didn’t want to leave and plan on going back next year!!

My husband and two teenagers had a great stay at Linda’s generously appointed vacation home. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and she had absolutely everything you could ever want! Huge wins for our family were: lots of pillows, beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, every appliance you could imagine. We felt very safe at her home and in the evening it was very quiet. We enjoyed sleeping with the doors open in the bedrooms as the security screen doors made us feel very safe. The back porch was so nice! I enjoyed reading my book and enjoying my coffee in the morning while my teens snoozed. The beach is a short walk (maybe a block and a half?) from the house and it was clean and quiet. The sand is smooth and there were no rocks so no need for water shoes. Linda gave us a great list of restaurants in the area and was very clear in her directions & quick to respond to questions. You will enjoy your stay at her home I am sure!!

My stay was awesome. House was fully equipped with everything one would even think about needing. Very clean and the owner was a please to communicate with. She really picked the right name “Linda’s home away from home” because that’s exactly what it felt like.

This property is exactly as advertised. It was very clean with a very comfortable bed. We did not use the sofa bed. Furnishings all appear to be new. Walking distance to the beach, Venice Canals and Abbott Kinney Street, one of our favorite places to shop. Linda was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Only one parking space, but Linda was very helpful and accommodating when our son came to visit and needed a parking space. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for a beach vacation for 4. Linda, the host, thought of everything. All we needed was food and drinks. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you don't care to cook. Parking for 1 car was easy. There are plenty of app rental bikes and scooters available as well. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed a surf lesson with Aloha Brothers and Linda actually went out and picked up some boogie boards for them to play in the waves with. A stroll or jog around the canals is A nice break. We also made the 45 min drive to do the Hollywood tour. Linda was really friendly and helpful. We hope to return in the near future.

The place was clean and exactly as advertised on VRBO. The location is perfect for Venice Beach and many very good and unique restaurants within walking distance. Also close enough and far enough from LA, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood. Linda was very helpful and always promptly responded to any questions we had. Would absolutely do it again!

We had an awesome stay in Venice, especially in this unit. The owners were great, super friendly and accommodating. My husband and two kids (9&10) stayed for a long weekend and the location was perfect! We loved walking to the canals and only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the bars/restaurants. The unit was immaculate and had all new bedding and towels, a huge plus! We plan on booking again very soon, you can’t go wrong with this place!

Great location. Very quiet at night. Thoughtful touches including a lovely welcome basket. I would definitely stay here again!

Linda was a super-gracious host...helpful, responsive and welcoming. She provided in-depth info on the place and the area, and promptly answered all our questions. The apartment was well-maintained and beautifully furnished, from the really comfortable bedding to the well-equipped kitchen. The place is a short block to the beach, and less than a block to the charming Venice Canal area. We felt right at home.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience renting Linda and Michael’s lovely home away from home. It was just as advertised on the website. We especially appreciated Linda quick response to any questions and great suggestions for where to dine and have fun. We look forward to a return visit in the future.

The bed is so comfy, great shower, nice towels,and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room to sip some wine, catch up on the news or enjoy a movie. When it’s nice you just want to be walking around the neighborhood or going to great restaurants. I loved staying here and plan on returning again soon to visit my son.

Linda is very friendly and ready to assist in anyway. Directions and response to any questions is immediate. location is great . I would stay here again ....

We had a great time. The property is close to the beach, walking distance to great food and bike rentals etc. The property itself is wonderful, with lots of attention to detail to make the stay comfortable. Everything is new and in great shape. Linda was great to coordinate with. Overall a fantastic experience!
