Wow! What a beautiful home. Well organized, clean, and fully stocked with everything you could need. The property was so spacious. There were 8 of us. 4 adults and 4 children, we were there for a week and no one felt like they were on top of each other. It's also very close to local stores to pick up anything additional you may need. The pool and club house was clean, it's within walking distance of the condo. The park is outside the door, you can see your children from the patio area. The pond is also very close if you have anyone in your family that enjoys fishing. My son loved it so much. We had an amazing time in the area. We visited Sand Hallow and Mt. Zion. The only thing I would mention is that the driveway does have an incline. We had several utvs on trailers so that was tricky but we were able to make it work, We got in pretty late and Jane was super responsive and able to help. If you are like me your going to read all of the reviews.. save your self time just book it! All of them are true, it is a really exceptional place.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. Exceptionally clean, well organized, stocked with anything you need. Great pool and hot tub access. Would stay here again anytime we’re in the area

This was perfect for our family of 5 and my parents. The bunk room is great for kids. Right next to the park and within walking distance to the pool. My kids really loved the games they provided and the home was just what we needed for a long tournament weekend of baseball. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying in Jane's home. We love the spaciousness and comfort of the floorplan, but especially noted how spotlessly clean the entire home was. It was a perfect stay! We will definitely be back.

I can’t say enough good things about this place…. It had every single thing we needed and the house is absolutely beautiful!! Location was perfect and super easy to find! Our kids favorite part was the pool, actually “pools” we travel a lot and this was our families favorite pool area!! And the host is wonderful with communication as well… do yourself a favor and stay here, you won’t regret it! If we ever return, we will for sure be staying here!

This property was perfect for our family needs and the location was what we wanted. We could easily get to the multiple parks we wanted to visit and was a peaceful, relaxing place after mornings of hiking. Everything we needed was an easy drive away. We would definitely stay here again if we made it back to Southern Utah!

This home is so wonderful, even more than the pictures! The park is right next door, we could have our coffee on the porch of the property and watch the kids play in the mornings. The pools are amazing, we didn't realize there were 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. There were many families and kids to meet. The inside of the home is so comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and will equipped kitchen. We can't wait to be back!

Our stay at this Bay Hill beauty was amazing! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed.
The BBQ grill got lots of use! The board games were a great addition, we played games every nights.
Communication from start to finish with the owner owner was great!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean, well stocked with linens, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. It was very roomy and we had plenty of space. The host was very good at communication and replied in a timely manner. We definitely recommend this rental!

We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful and clean and had a great open layout. Lots of towels and blankets, which we loved for the pool and watching movies. Jane was very easy to communicate with.

Loved how Jane had thought of every detail to kid frequently games, multiple charging ports, the cleanliness. And loved how open it was perfect to be able to relax and enjoy everyone’s company. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and we’ll stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable! We had fun with the board games provided.
However, there was no grill as described in the listing. I had planned and purchased food to grill, but we just adapted. Not a big deal to me. Would definitely stay again!

We came to St George for a dance competition and stayed with another family in this condo and LOVED it. It was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. The sheets and towels were soft and high quality! We didn’t come across anything that we needed that this condo have! The neighborhood is quiet and clean, the pools were super warm, which was nice since we were here in a cooler weekend. Huge bonus that there is 2 pools and 2 hot tubs.
If you have a little one, there is a pack and play and high chair which was extremely helpful and convenient. Another major bonus if you have kids is that it is situated right next to a little playground.
We loved it and would definitely stay again! The owners were very helpful and easy to contact also!

This property is exactly as described. All of my children found fun things to do here. The clubhouse swimming pools were heated during the winter and were a lot of fun. The host was very responsive to our text messages during our stay. The home is very spacious and very clean. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a great time here. The house is right next to a small playground, and we could watch our daughter from the patio. Some of the kids enjoyed swimming at the clubhouse (it was winter, but the pools are heated). Everything was very clean and we were able to cook our own food in the kitchen. The surrounding area is nice too. Multiple Walmarts and other stores nearby. The scenery is gorgeous. Our favorite day was probably when we went to Kayenta Arts Village to shop and walk the Desert Rose Labyrinth, drove through Snow Canyon, and then went to Veyo Pies.

My family of 8 spent over a week at this property during Thanksgiving Break and it was lovely. We swam at the pools every day, and the water was warm. We are so glad they were well-heated! The property had everything we needed. I cooked most of the days we stayed here, and I made good use of the crockpot, blender, and casserole dishes. The sheets were so soft, the towels all smelled so fresh and clean, and there were plenty of games and puzzles to pass the time. The owner was so responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Oh, the fishing pond down the road is super pretty and enjoyable to walk around. Next time, we will bring our fishing gear!

The rental was perfect. Everything you ever wanted in a rental was there. Lots of space, modern and clean bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Location is perfect for mountain biking or hiking in the area. Communication was great too. I will definitely come back!

Our family family went down to St.George for the St. George marathon. We stayed at a lovely townhome in Washington. The townhome was very clean, well furnished. Our grandchildren loved the room with the double bunk beds. There is a playground next to the townhome and club house with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs in walking distance.
We recommend this townhome to our friends and family.

This property is beautiful, comfortable, and provides many extras that help you feel right at home. Clean, comfy, and stylish decor. TVs, games, and books are great for entertaining kids. Kitchen is well-stocked. Costco and Walmart are not far from the property. We loved the pools, pond, and nearby golf course too!

Very well maintained townhome in very quiet neighborhood. The “community” pools were beautiful, and also well maintained. Owner responds quickly to any question! Also, the home is stocked with all you need. Big spacious porch area to enjoy as well! I’d stay here again for sure.

Very pleasing neighborhood, well kept, beautiful facilities. We hiked in Zion for two of the three days we stayed here and it is about 30-35 min from the park entrance, we have four kids and the area had something for all of them. The home was spacious and comfortable, even provided some nice extras in the kitchen I don’t normally see, along with lots of games and linens and beach towels! 5 minutes from Quail creek state park which was a fun water day for the kids! Reasonably priced for size and location.
