Family from across the country travelled to this fantastic gem of a home for our annual vacation. The house is spacious, the screen room and decks were perfect to sit out and drink coffee on in the mornings or wine in the evening and the kitchen was very well stocked. Speaking of stocked, everyone from our four year old paw patrol rod wielding little guy to our seasoned pros caught fish right off the dock out back. There were really nice sized blue gills and other sunfish and some bass. We were happy with our catches and so were the many Osprey and Herons that we saw. The location of the house is super convenient, close to stores, pharmacies and the beaches. Beaches were super clean and not overly crowded and we went on the 4th of July. You can't go wrong with this house! We will return.

Great time in Bethany Beach

Wonderful big home with great amenities in a safe and picture perfect location.

We were able to get away with our kids and pups for a few night during the holiday season. It was exactly what we needed. We played games and visited the town of Bethany and Rehoboth. The house was super cozy and spacious. We loved the view of the water and really enjoyed the pool table. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean. Definitely book this beautiful place.

This is a great place to stay for a family vacation. It was a wonderful location to make wonderful memories together. It was centrally located to different things that we did together. We totally enjoyed staying here & would like to stay here again.

Large house with room for everyone. The family room, kitchen and covered porch are just perfect for a large group to gather together. Everyone was comfortable in the house and had space to be both together and separate. We made good use of the sands chairs and beach toys provided by the owners. The house is about an 8 minute drive from the Bethany Beach beach boardwalk area and 25 minutes from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. The gated community is nice and safe to walk around and the younger kids really enjoyed the community pool. We would love to come back again next year.

Nice home in a great neighborhood

Lovely home. Spacious. Beautiful neighborhood. Wonderful time with my sons and their awesome families. Easy access to beach, bike trails, golf course, fishing, and Bethany Center. The pool and other amenities were great, too. Thanks to the owners for their quick response to questions prior to arrival...and for sharing their lovely home.

Would love to return if schedule permits!

This house is spacious and the layout was ideal for our 3 generation family. Having a master bedroom suite on the first floor was very convenient. However, the air conditioning did not work in that area and the fan above the bed was set very high and could not be adjusted. The mattresses throughout the house were lumpy and saggy. When our teenage grandchildren tried to use the clubhouse facilities, they were harassed by a man saying he was on the board of the Homeowners' Association and he would call the police if they didn't leave. They had badges and were abiding by all the rules we had been given.

Property in serious need of updating - I had to place my mattress on floor (removing box spring) to get a quiet sleeping experience), kitchen pans old & grungy. Garage disorganized with fishing poles with hooks on them too easily accessible to young children - one of my children got wrapped up in fishing wire with hook on the end. “Shared” boogie boards broken & unusable. We were there Friday afternoon till Monday morning. Owners came by both Saturday (@ dinner time) & Sunday - texted prior to coming BUT didn’t ask when would be convenient…..just showed up. Entrance key replaced in lock box per instructions & pool passes (which I had to make request for) were placed in bowl on counter (per instructions) YET I received, call, text & VBRO message demanding to know where they were! Cleaners had used key & moved passes - no apology offered. Owner sent VBRO message 5 days after departure stating pool room needed to be repainted due to pool cue streaks & crayon marks on wall but admitted she hadn’t seen the wall - said she had pictures but said pictures not shared with me. Several wall marks noted all over house! Grill was great (used once). Very disappointing experience!

This house and property are one of the nicest we have stayed at and the host was quick to respond to all our questions. The water fountain in the pond made for relaxing times on the screened porch and helped make all our cares and worries disappear. The house was super clean and the trails through the woods, which were a five minute bike ride from the house are very easy to ride on, even for the children. The location of the house was close to the beach but was in a gated community which made it a quiet oasis from all the crowds. Love this place!

House was very comfortable and location is close to stores and beach. (Very nice grocery store in walking distance.) We stayed in the winter and could still enjoy the fountain view, walking around property and onsite basketball hoop. The owner was very responsive to questions and suggestions for the area as well as quick to address a plumbing issue. Lots of kitchen gear and seating for everyone. One suggestion would be just including sheets and towels in pricing but this doesn’t seem to be included in this beach area. Overall really nice location & house and seems like it would definitely be fun in the summer.

We so enjoyed this beautiful large home located in a gated community with a gorgeous view of the pond and fountains. The screen in porch was such a bonus and we spent many hours enjoying the view. There were many trails around the development where we got to see some wild life including baby deer, turtles and a blue heron. We also did a little fishing in the catch and release ponds. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. The only disappointment was the bikes. Definitely more for kids and one had a flat but it wasn’t a big deal. Definitely considering staying here again and bringing the children.

The property is exactly as described. Clean, well equipped house and all of the rooms have ample space and are well maintained. The community that its in, is well maintained and groomed and quiet for a home 1.7 miles from beach. You can enjoy the house and property or you are a quick car ride to the town and a number of different beach experiences. The owners expect you to care for the property, which shows--- feels like a friend lent you their house for the week. Even beach equipment is supplied. I have been renting from VRB0 for 10 years and this is was best managed property.

Upon driving into the development I was so impressed. Just gorgeous...it was a gated community with a gym and pool that we used. Deb was very accommodating and kind whenever I had questions. Honestly, the home and community are prettier than the pictures.

Beautiful house in lovely community. Our large group of 12 were very comfortable. The only issues were that the dishes were all put away filthy. We had to run everything through the dishwasher. The gas grill was a disaster and could not be used. It was so covered in grease that it flamed even after propane was shut off.
