We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was accurately advertised. One thing I missed when booking was laundry facilities. There is no washer or dryer in the suite but the property manager offered to do our laundry mid-week or we could use a laundry mat nearby. We ended up finding alternate arrangements. Loved the cozy Lana’i. Every morning we would sit out there and have our coffee and watch the whales. Parking was tricky if we got in late at night but we were fine 99% of the time. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs or sound machine. The pool area can be quite loud. I had brought ear plugs so it was not an issue. It was lovely to have the beach chairs and beach towels to use. I would suggest having a few more white towels for showers for the week. The welcome gift upon arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

A great studio unit with a great view. Though this is a studio, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Even without full size kitchen, it has everything you need to make every meal of the day if you are wanting to. Ample supplies were included as well as a vacuum to keep the inevitable sand under control. Everything you need to make and take a lunch to the beach or do a full BBQ at the pool. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach towel and mats all there for use. I could go on and on about everything that was good. Would definatly recommend to anyone that doesn’t need a huge suite.

The condo was accurately described. It was convenient to the beach and had a lovely view. The property manager was on hand to change out a beach item for us that day. It was a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is close to everything. Beautiful beach across the street. The pool, hot tub and BBQ are great! Property manager passed along all needed information to make check in easy. Parking lot can get filled up. We contacted security, as directed, they quickly escorted us to another spot in the garage. It was so handy to have chairs, cooler in the room. Our welcome basket was an added treat with delicious chocolate covered macadamia nuts. We hope to be back!! Thank you!!

This condo is in a great location. We were very happy with how clean the condo was and it comes with lots of extra supplies(paper towel, shampoo, etc.) It also has all the gear you will need when you go across the street to the beach. The bed was was comfortable. We would look at staying in the unit in the future.

The apartment has all we needed - with a view of the water from the little charming seating on the small balcony. No cooking capacity other than a microwave but we were fine with that. Close to beaches, stores, restaurants, and quiet at night. We were delighted with the apartment and would choose it again!

The property is centrally located and nestled between mountains and the beach. The premises are well maintained and well kept. Our unit is a studio and is very compact, but serves the purpose of our visit for safe, clean lodging located in lush, tropical surroundings with beautiful scenery and amenities at every turn. A few updates make the unit pleasant and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the downside of staying here is the unavailability of dedicated parking. The studio adjoins to a full condo and the occupant of the condo receives dedicated parking space. We were told by the property manager not to park in slots labeled “owner reserved”. 99% of the slots are labeled owner reserved. The balance of 1% are already occupied. We, as well as many of the guests, were forced to park in loading zones and places labeled “no parking”. We received permission from security on premises to park in these places due to the obvious parking shortage and then received a citation warning us that our car could be towed /booted if we parked in the loading zone area from the same security that gave us permission because of the shortage. We paid a significant amount to stay and should not have to be under the constant threat of being towed or booted while on vacation. The manager of our property acknowledged it was a problem and then expressed powerlessness about the issue blaming the new building management. Because of the parking issue, we cannot in good conscience, recommend future bookings.

Fantastic location, ....lanai great for watching sunrises and sunsets. Suite is well set up for a comfortable stay, and property manager proactive with information and excellent to deal with.

The room was nice but the walls are very thin and I am not a good sleeper with noise but the host was very helpful and contacted the neighbors and asked them to be quiet as they own that unit as well I think. There are lovely views from the condo and for one or two people it's fine size-wise it's not good for more than that cuz it's tiny the kitchen is well stocked even though it's not a full kitchen I took my airfryer because all I eat is meat and that made it very easy. The cleanliness was better than expected because I'm a professional housekeeper and I am very difficult to please. The pool area is very well maintained as is the landscaping the parking situation is a pain in the ass but you can usually find a place to park although you may need to walk a block to get to your building all in all it was a nice place and Maui is always wonderful

Pool and grounds were lovely. Location great. Room fine for a couple. Liked induction cooking plate….perfect for cooking a quick breakfast and extremely safe.

The appartment is very well located, right next to the beach and to a lot of bars and restaurants. The appartment is embedded in a rather large condo, therefore it also comes with access to the pool and BBQ area. The appartment is rather small and although it includes a small kitchenette, you can´t cook anything there. Unfortunately you will hear your neighbour´s TV as if it were in your bedroom, but he anyway spent it at 10 pm. You even have a very small balcony with a lateral sea view and enough free parking available. The communication with the property manager was excellent, Barbara always responded immediately. Ideal for 2-3 nights I´d say.

We just loved everything about staying here. We felt at home and comfortable. We would enjoy a stay there in the future.

All included, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling, a guest gift, and Barb is the best to help us. À pool and spa, barbecue available for you, free parking and more….. will be there back in next vacation at Maui

We had a wonderful stay at the Banyan property. The place is fully equipped so it's easy to cook yourself, but if you want to go out for food it's in a great location as well! Barbara was a great host and we definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect spot in Kihei off Kam 2. Super easy check in and out. Felt like a little paradise home away from home.

Only 2 nights were not quiet because many childrens in the pool.

Just across the beach with lots if restaurants nearby. Also a good spot to get to the airport and other famous maui spots. Easy check in and supplied with all sorts of things to borrow during your stay.

My husband and I stayed here and it was a perfect spot for the two of us. Perfect location. Very short walk to the Kam II beach. Beautiful ocean view from the lanai and even from bed! They had beach chairs and an umbrella. Can’t wait to stay there again!

We had a lovely time on Maui, thanks to the ease and comfort offered by this studio! Well situated in South Kihei, we took advantage of the proximity to the beaches in Wailea and south of there. We enjoyed the town amenities in Kihei and easy access to the highway 5 minutes away helped us get to West Maui or to Wailuku. The unit was clean and in excellent condition, well monitored by Barb, who was a very caring and responsive property manager. The basket of local treats was a generous token of welcome! Free parking, beach towels, umbrella, chairs, and coolers were a great help. The small kitchen appliances and dinner&cookware made for some simple easy cooking at home. Thoughtful availability of dishwashing liquid, paper towels, and little shower toiletries. Pool and hot tub in the complex were a daily treat in the evening after full days of roaming the island. The king size-like bed was a wonderful surprise, much appreciated for great nights of sleep, no AC needed given the top floor location offering breezes through the doors to the small lanai. Overall one of our best stays at exceptional value. Would love to seek out this unit again when we come back!

A great space decorated with tropical touches....perfect backdrop to display my own fresh tropical bouquet I enjoy so much in Maui.

This is a very lovely and thoughtfully laid out studio. Well stocked. The view is lovely. Easy to see the whales. We stayed for 2 weeks and were even able to prepare meals in this space. Barb was also very helpful and kind!

My sister and I loved our stay in this studio condo. It has everything you need, including a view from the lanai of the pool, hot tub and most importantly, the ocean. The unit is close to the elevator and the grounds are beautiful. The communication with the management was great. Definitely a place we will consider staying in again.

We stayed at the condo for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! Views of the ocean from the room, walking to the beach, within 10 minutes of so many fun activities. Also great amenities from a tennis court to a pool/hot tub/grill area

We enjoyed staying here, you can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The property was very well taken care if. The amenities were also great, having supplied beach towels, chairs and boogie boards and some other beach gear saved quite a bit of money. We were located on the 4th floor close to the elevator. Was able to see the sunset from the lanai and the mountain view was also nice. And the welcome basket was a wonderful welcome gift.

The location was easy to get to and right next to a beach. It had lots of items to bring to the beach. The welcoming snacks was a pleasant addition.
