We had 2 couples and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great (right off main street) and walking distance to all of the restaurants we went to as well as the train station. The unit was well equipped. The only minor issue was that the mattress in the main bedroom was a bit stiff.

WOW! The place was perfect for us. We had a quick trip with lots of stuff to do. Refrigerator only had water in it. Main Avenue had so many great restaurants right in walking distance. The apartment: bedrooms, very nice. I believe there needs to be another dresser in the guest room instead of the chair. But, I used the chair as my dresser. The bathroom in guest room was functional but small. Master bedroom was a little bit bigger. The patio, so much fun to sit and have cocktails and people watch. AC was used and each room had its own split level AC unit. Perfect!! Had no problem checking in or checking out. Parking a large truck in our spot was easy. Back it in!! Parked the other car on 3rd. No problem again! We will be back. Already looking at dates. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Wonderful property-parking was crowded

In the middle of downtown, central and convenient. Dedicated parking spot a plus. Really nicely finished condo and we'll furnished. A little bit of noise from the restaurant below in the early morning.

Overall the property was great! The 2 exceptions were the cleaning of the restaurant below which started daily between 5 and 5:30 am. It was a wakeup call wanted or not; and the parking is very tight. Don't think I would have been able to park in the reserved spot had someone been using the space next to me which was reserved for another unit.

We enjoyed this place very much. Used the balcony overlooking Main Street a couple times. Short walk to the train station to take ride on the steam engine train. We ate at Derailed. Very good!

This place was perfect in every way! We were 2 couples so the condo was awesome with 2 bedrooms and a bath in each room. Lots of room inside, nice balcony with grill, everything was equipped very well!!! The location is also perfect! Everything is walking distance and so many choices of food, drinks, and shopping, as well as grocery stores nearby. Our one and only complaint was the small parking spot for this unit. It was hard to get in and out of because of its size and being in the alley with dumpsters all around it. Luckily we drove my Highlander and not my husband’s pickup….it would NOT have fit!!! LOL We had a great time in Durango and absolutely loved this condo!!!!

Don't know where to start! There is a HUGE difference in management companies in Durango because this unit was outfitted and cleaned as if we were staying at the Ritz Carlton! (as compared to the unit we rented last summer) It had EVERYTHING imaginable you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bedrooms! We were a group of 3 girls but the house could easily fit 6 people with room to spare. We had a minor issue with plumbing/hot water and the management company had someone there in an instant. When speaking to the management company they were cheerful, happy, and accommodating in every way! The unit says it is stocked with a starter kit for things such as paper products, dish soap etc.. But it was stocked for our entire stay, including a variety of spices, laundry soap, etc. The patio is HUGE and the BBQ will thrill any bbq king! The unit is right on Main Street yet during the week it was super quiet. The weekend was a bit loud but we loved it! We made an error on our check out day and thought we were supposed to leave Sunday...but we were booked until Saturday! The management company was very understanding and gave us time to pack up even though we interrupted their cleaning process for the next guests. Overall we all felt we stuck VRBO rental GOLD!

This condo was so cool! Being right on main street was so fun. We honestly did not want to leave! I felt like I was at my own home with how comfortable it was. We have nothing but positive things to say…we loved it!

Beautiful place and location. Durango itself was amazing too!!! Check in was not smooth and the property manager was pretty rude to us when we called because we were not given all the information needed for check in. It felt like we annoyed her and it was not a pleasant exchange. But the property itself was great! Had everything we needed and more! We are grateful the owner opened his or her space to us.
