6 of us stayed at the condo and had plenty of room. The place was clean, beds were comfy, and the location was perfect. We would recommend this place to others.

Condo was beautiful!! Would stay here again and again. Close to good seafood. Lots of fun for our teens. Hot tubs and pools were great indoors for cooler days. Thank you for fun & the sun

This was our 9th year with 10 ladies taking a trip together. This condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Plenty of room for us all and the balcony view was peaceful and relaxing. We all came from Wisconsin (one from Missouri) and were able to check in a bit early; since we all drove in this was greatly appreciated! We would all stay here again! Maybe year 10? Owners were responsive to questions, and we had no issues with parking.

This was a good experience. We did having leaking water from the condo above in the bathroom but owner had someone there as soon as we informed her and they got it fixed. Broken table chair in closet when we got there and another one was in process of breaking so we removed it. But everything else was first class

Our family vacation was wonderful and absolutely loved our condo. The condo is beautiful, well stocked with all the essentials and the a/c worked flawlessly. We hope to book this condo again. Excellent condo!

Condo was nice enough and could accommodate us for the most part. The view was beautiful. I would recommend wiping down counters and bathtubs before use, and re-wash dishes. The cleaners did such a poor job that we even questioned whether or not we should wash the sheets before we slept on them. Sadly there is no dust pan and vaccuum does not work well so, you're stuck with sandy floors all week. Just FYI, If you broom it off the balcony people under you complain. Most of the appliances in the condo don't work well (especially coffee makers) and the pots and pans are in very poor condition. The wicker furniture on the patio needs to go to the garbage, it is all dry rotted. I was surprised at how little you saw the building being cleaned. Someone threw up in the pool and it stayed there until one of the guests finally complained. The lawn chairs by the pool are in bad shape.. Elevators were so packed at all times of the day, they were nearly impossible to use. We had to use stairs most of the trip. This property is not equipped to handle the amount of guest they allow to stay there. If you are staying here in an off season it is probably more enjoyable but I do not recommend spending your money and staying here during a busy week.

We loved this condo, so clean, but there was a complaining neighbor. We had small children and apparently we were to loud. So be aware and tread lightly.

The room was great, very spacious and beautiful view of the ocean!

This condo was perfect. From the amazing views, to everything you need in the condo, the cleanliness and did I mention the views. The pools for the kids were wonderful when it was a double red flag day. Orange Beach is a great family town and this condo was wonderful for 2 weeks of fun!

Very clean had needed supplies did not like wait time for elevators other wise were satisfied.

We had an amazing time with our family during Mother’s Day weekend, plenty of space for 11 guests, they even have beach toys to play in the sand in the laundry room. The owner is very friendly and respond to your questions very fast. The check in was fast and you do have to pay for the parking. Great atmosphere plenty of entertainment for the kids, will definately come back!

Not only is Mrs. Becky immediately responsive and kind, this place is a gem! It is exquisitely decorated and very comfortable, the staff are kind and attentive and the property has amazing amenities. Winter time is still wonderful and plenty to still do, especially since it’s near the State Park. So lovely and thank you to the Family for allowing our family to stay. We’re definitely going to be back. Thank you!!!

Loved the condo.. there were some issues such as the need for lightbulbs in lamps overheads and in bathrooms. There was a leak in the guest bathroom wash basin. The ac filter needed changing badly as dust coated the hallway door inside and out.. Renovations were being done at the property which affected the first floor, indoor pool, & hot tubs yet we were not told about these renovations... very disappointed but looking on the bright side, this condo was very nice...

I would, hands down, stay here again. The bedrooms were large, each with their own large full bath. It was very nicely decorated, comfy furniture, sizeable patio. Great location. Easy to go from the beach to the pool/lazy river to the condo whenever we got hungry! Good Italian Ice place right by the pool. Plenty of restaurants less than a 10 minute drive. Grocery stores close too! We cooked in the condo most days which made it easier with the 5 kids we had under 10 years old!

Our stay at the condo was overall wonderful! We were impressed with the size, decor and cleanliness of the condo. We were also very appreciative of the “extras” that Becky and Charlie provided, such as games and kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable, minus the king bed in the bedroom near the entrance to the condo. This mattress may need replacing, as it has a large area in the middle that has sunken in. Besides that, the rest of the condo was comfortable and spacious and provided excellent views of the gulf! The only concern was with parking. With 3 families staying, we knew we were guaranteed 2 parking spaces and would need 1 additional spot, but the location of where to park the 3rd vehicle was unclear. Upon check-in we asked the lobby if we could purchase an additional parking spot. Since the condo was at full capacity we were unable to do so. We were told to check back the next day and to reach out to the property owners to find out where we should park our 3rd vehicle for the night. Upon reaching out to the owners, we were told to talk to the lobby. After making multiple attempts in trying to get an answer from the lobby, the owners and even contacting vrbo, we were back at square one and left to ourselves to find an unsecured overnight public parking lot under the Perdido Bridge. This made our checkin experience less than welcoming, and it could have been avoided if this was made clear before booking. We would have done our research to find parking prior to our trip, instead of nearly midnight. We were able to purchase an additional parking spot the next day.

Great condo, plenty of room for family of 9. Balcony views are awesome. Close to shopping, restaurants, groceries.

Everything was as expected with the actual condo! It was nicely decorated and comfy for our large group. The only issue we had was only 6 elevators for the 31 story building; which caused long waits. And I didn’t love the parking garage as it caused some dizziness but once we started parking on a lower level it wasn’t as bad. Overall, the condo was awesome as well as the other amenities!

The condo was great with plenty of room, and the view was amazing. A few minor issues with things not being clean, and no sheets for one of the pull out beds. There were 6 elevators but it sometimes took awhile to get one. Waited 45 minutes for one on the day I checked in. 15 minutes the next day when I left to get groceries.

Really enjoyed our month long stay. Spacious rooms for our family, well appointed condo, nice amenities with this building, love overlooking the Gulf. Owners very accessible when questions arose.

Three ladies shared the condo. It was nice that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Overall the unit was well furnished. It appeared it had not been occupied in awhile as the toilet stools had black water rim stains, ice was old and bad tasting, the balcony furniture was in the dining room, etc. But nothing serious enough that we called the owner on. The owner did not call or email to see how our stay was going. We did have trouble getting into the condo. Future renters please note you have to enter the pound sign before entering the code the owner provided. Also note that you are provided only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no toiletries beyond a thin bar of soap. No hairdryer in any of the baths. On the good side, the beds were very comfortable, and the tv's were big screen. The Wi-Fi was a little weak, but strong enough to stream videos with a firestick. Beware the building is 32 floors, and patience is required with the elevators. Parking is amble, but you may have to go up several floors in the parking garage. The beach and pools were packed with kids. Who knew there is a fall break in early October! This unit is on the 14th floor where two hot tubs are located. Too bad they are not adult only.

Marvelously relaxing...... We had the time of Our life, enjoying meals we shared from the kitchen to the dining table and balcony. Spaghetti, hamburgers, sandwiches just to name a few. We made late reservations, The Huggins were readily and assisted us in making memories.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, televisions, and comfortable beds. Location was awesome and close to amenities. Great view from the balcony. Would come back to this lovely place!
