Very comfortable for six. Everything you need. Kitchen needs a small flat bottom non stick frying pan, if you like to cook eggs in morning. Walking distance to everything in the Grove.

The property is as it seemed on VRBO... it is fabulous! The windows, natural lighting, balcony, ease of ingres and egress. Only complaint is that it seems a bit outdated...A/C is pretty noisy, downstairs bath tub plumbing needs new drainage as the water pools and takes hours to drain when you take a shower. Outside of those issues, the property is beautiful and ideal for a group of people. The staff is helpful and courteous

Incredible property on the 22nd floor looking over all of Coconut Grove in the Miami area. Great location, wonderful restaurants nearby specifically the bakery for your morning pancakes, French, toast and eggs for the keys for the wall do meatballs, bread and anything else on the menu. great communication with the host everything was as expected highly recommended.

I can't say enough about this property and the managers. They make check in easy and always respond.

Overall, we had a great stay. Great location, great view, great apartment. Unfortunately, there was construction(major) going on next door which made for a lot of loud noise during the day. And construction workers were constantly coming and going on the balcony to smoke which made sitting on our balcony less than ideal. Other than that, I would definitely stay again, as long as no construction was in progress.

Great communication!

High end and elegant. The home, especially the upstairs primary bedroom was exceptional as it had the most spectacular views of Miami I’ve seen. While downstairs had one Bedroom and could serve as a primary due to its privacy, you will have tough choice to make. Upstairs has a second bedroom, good for small children as it has a twin beds. Huge upstairs bathroom. The view however had the wow factor for us- both upstairs and downstairs provided a night view that made you want to stay in. There are no restaurants at the hotel, however coconut grove has no lack of choices for any cuisine desired. It’s not cheap, but the host made this home so pleasant (beautifully decorated) you will want to treat yourself again.

We’ve stayed in this unit several times. We always look for it’s availability. This is our preferred place to stay

The place was amazing and looked better in person. Everything was great, the hotel staff is not very helpful but that is no fault of the owner I am coming back and tried to book the place a second time and they are booked. This will always be my first choice when traveling to the Miami area

This apartment was exactly what we needed during our week long stay in Miami. The apartment itself was lovely and provided nice views, the location was great, and having a parking spot in this busy area was extremely helpful. We will certainly stay here again!

PH 7 beautiful condo, great location. The condo had a lot of dust, air condition filters and grate ( not changed or cleaned), top of door frames, pictures and baseboards. The cleaning crew could do a better job. This is a comfortable place to stay for a family.

We love this place. The views are multiple - city and sea. The outside space - both a lanai and a wrap-around balcony - affords you an opportunity to take in those views, to get fresh air, and to just relax. The layout for the living space affords a family or friends the privacy that you'd hope for. But it is the location in Coconut Grove with its natural beauty, parks, bicycling, boating, restaurants and shops - all within walking distance - that makes us wonder how we are so close to all that downtown Miami has to offer as well as a short ride to the beaches and yet be in paradise.

Very stylish penthouse with tons of room and very well appointed. The building amenities were great. Great location and we were able to walk everywhere. Everything about our stay was great.

As a local Grovite, my family and I needed a place while we remodeled. We could not have picked a more perfect place. It felt like home, it is walking distance to the heart of the Grove. Amazing stay!

Great location and great space!

We spend 3 days in this beautiful penthouse. It was my husband birthday and he was impressed and that’s all mattered. It was easy checking. We had parking permit and access to everything. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The penthouse exceed our expectations. It was clean and comfortable for a family with 3 kids. Lots of personal/private spaces (important for our teenaged kids). Beautiful views from every window, balcony and lanai. Rental agency was great to work with--absolutely no issues at all. The building is older but well-kept. Greatly appreciated the 24-7 security at this hotel. The pool (on 8th FL) is nice--but not private (restaurant guests look over the pool). But we liked the complimentary towel and chair service at the pool. There's lots of construction in Coconut Grove -- hopefully, they will not build a sky scraper close to this hotel/condo or else it will compromise this penthouse's view. Place is an easy drive to many other areas of interest in Miami (i.e. Little Havana, Wynwood, South Beach). Would highly recommend this place and this rental agency if you're staying in Miami.

It was amazing clean and fun What a bargain

This penthouse is truly amazing. The management and hotel staff are extremely professional and the house was sparkling clean. I would recommend this to any one.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in this lovely condo at the top of the Sonesta hotel. The unit was very clean an comfortable, and the Sonesta is very conveniently located for exploring Coconut Grove and all of the Miami area. The roof top pool has a great view over the Marina. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant, but did try many of the area restaurants all within a short walk. Our only complaint is that the A/C was quite noisy.......

Perhaps I should entitle this review a Piece of Heaven instead. Either way, this was a delightful place to spend some time in the Miami area. We enjoyed seeing the sights and visiting other parts of Miami, including South Beach, but we were sooo very happy to return to the peaceful setting that is this glorious penthouse. The condo is perfectly outfitted, and we lacked for nothing. The rooms were spotless and well-organized for our purposes. Having the master suite on the second floor afforded us perfect privacy. And, we especially loved the outdoors lanai - even in a rain storm! There are so many places within walking distance of the condo that we rarely took the car out of the garage. Finally, I would like to commend the staff of the building who were - without exception - very accommodating and helpful - from the valets, to the front desk personnel, to the restaurant servers, to the garage attendant. We cannot wait to visit again.

We stayed for a week with our two boys. This was a wonderful condo in a wonderful location. Everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this beautiful condo at the Sonesta. The sunset every evening was amazing and the property is very well equipped. Kitchen has everything you could want or need.
