We have been coming to St George for 24 years. All but two of those years we have stayed at Twin Peaks! We've already signed up for next year! We are in our eighties now and an elevator would sure be nice!😊

Twin Peaks never disappoints! It's in the perfect location - the home is well appointed with everything you need and Sammy is the perfect host.

This was the perfect place to just chill and relax. The fireplace was an added benefit for the chilly days. We loved the porch which was great for happy hour. The location makes it easy to walk to the store and restaurants. Twin Peaks has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen for a rental property. They even had iron skillets - made cornbread to go with vegetable soup. Thanks for a great place for birthday celebrations and Valentine’s Day.

We love St. George Island! It is not as crowded or commercialized as a lot of beach locations. Twin Peaks is on the beach, clean and has plenty of room! We will be back!

Way too close to public access. They all came in front of the house. Exhibitionist on beach. Pretty much nude all the time and hit on my girlfriend. Almost called police. Terrible location.

This property is ‘Old Florida’ in the best way! Not some cookie cutter McMansion, this place has character! Love it!

We have come to St. George for 5 years now and love this location on W. Gorrie. Close, but not too close to the town center. The only issue location wise for this property is that it borders a public access, so the beach is more crowded than other spots. However, this just means that there are people 20 yards away instead of 40. Still plenty of beach space for everyone. The property itself was as advertised. It needs to be renovated, and I believe there is a plan to do that soon. Even so, it has a terrific deck (partially screened), nice sitting area and everything you need in a beach house to have a really nice stay.

Looking for the prefect beach front vacation rental look no further! This is our second year staying at Twin Peaks and it is prefect for our family of 8 plus 2 dogs!! We will be back next year!

This house was perfect for our family getaway for 6 adults. Relaxing on the porch in the rocking chairs just a few steps from the beach was our favorite part! The house is spacious with ample seating. The AC and all appliances worked well and the kitchen is well stocked. The only somewhat negative part of this house was that it is located right next to a public beach access. It never really got too crowded, but we love quiet beaches so this was an unexpected surprise. Overall, this was a wonderful house and we would rent it again!

The house is right on the beach and well equipped with everything you need for a lovely vacation.

My husband and I, my parents, and two dogs stayed at Twin Peaks in late October and loved the casual, quiet vibe of the island and the big beachfront porch at Twin Peaks. Although there was red tide the first several days, making going down to the water a little less desirable, we were able to sit and enjoy the view and the sounds of the surf from the porch. We had an issue with one of the toilets, but George got someone right over, and they came and fixed the problem without fuss in about half an hour. My mom was impressed by the amount and variety of kitchen utensils and equipment. Really comfortable home, with eating space inside and on the porch, and a nice living room where we could enjoy movie nights. Look forward to coming again!

We loved the view from the porches(screened and not). The house is comfortable. The property manager was great to work with.

St George is nice and this house worked well for our family

Arrived little early Sunday to find the house not cleaned. So, we cleaned the house sanitizing what we could with what we had. We were reimbursed cleaning fee but…well I’ll leave it at that. Great location on the island with spectacular views of the gulf. There is a block of wood on the screened in porch that needs to be removed. My wife tripped over it blacking her eye really bad. The dryer timer didn’t work on any of the cycles we used but it did dry clothes. Our kids did complain about the beds in other rooms but we slept fine on master. Hard to find 3 bed 3 bath on the gulf which this place is. We will consider this place again mostly due to the location! Can’t beat the gulf and laid back area.

Great location, comfortable house! The problem was the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I called and texted property manager. He eventually texted back, and said a cleaner would come the next day( we had already cleaned, and washed all sheets and towels) The cleaner never came! There was an issue with the refrigerator door. A Kevin Brown was supposed to come and fix that, he never came. I am now waiting for a refund of the cleaning fee!!! Other than those issues and the difficulty communicating with the property manager we had a great week!

We enjoyed our stay at Twin Peaks. We love SGI and all that it offers. We love biking around the island and brought our dog & he loved his first trip. The view of the beach and convenience of the home was a plus. Plenty of room for our family. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We love Twin Peaks. We have come here with our small family and dogs many times, and will continue to do so. The only issue we had this time was that the property management appeared to be overwhelmed and the house had not been cleaned when we arrived (at 7:30pm). It took a few correspondences with the manager, and a few hours, before someone made it out to clean. That was very stressful/frustrating after a long day of driving. That said, the house is great, the location is awesome. We absolutely love drinking our coffee on the covered back deck in the mornings, and to be able to walk directly onto the beach. The other stuff can be remedied. Still love this place.

Wonderfully relaxing week. Couldn’t ask for better weather! House had all amenities and was very dog friendly. 2nd time at twin peaks and already booked next year!

We have 30+ years going to SGI and love being on the beachfront. This pet friendly house was adequate but due to issues with current management and apparently short staffing we found the place very dirty compared to standards we've found at other SGI properties. Glass patio doors were covered in hand prints, rug was sandy, black grime around faucet, pet hair on the furniture, gritty floors. Also were missing some promised amenities which were subsequently delivered. We were refunded the cleaning fee after some delays in getting in touch with management. But with all the issues we had to deal with we still enjoyed the island and being directly on the beach. Nice open covered porch overlooking the Gulf as well as a screened porch may get us back there some day. I appreciate the owners willingness to make things right.
