This home is lovely and has many comforts. We enjoyed Las Cruces and remain haunted by its natural beauty. If you have never been to New Mexico or to this area in particular, GO! You are in for a true enchantment. The property manager was really responsive to us and we were so appreciative. The back yard and expansive porch were beautifully done and made the quietude of the neighborhood especially more private. My only suggestion is that the bedding in every bedroom seemed to be quite past is product life should perhaps be considered for upgrade. Little touches like adding fitted sheets or dust ruffles to the boxsprings would be a tailored refinement to an already elegant space. There is the need for a few subtle repairs, but they are minor (window treatments and a jiggly master bath commode flush handle). Nothing major. We had a great time.

This is our third or fourth stay and we hope to return in the future! It’s the perfect home base for our adventures. The house is comfortable and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard so tranquil!

Very nice house for the location we wanted to be in. Had an issue with the grill but the manager will resolve the issue by reimbursing us the cost to fix it. Would definitely suggest this place to anyone staying in las Cruces!!

My three nieces and nephew who attended my son's wedding loved your home. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated and had all the comforts of home, including spices and other treats. Mardi was a gracious host and responded to every question immediately, including where she bought items in the house. I wanted my nieces and nephew, who are very special to me, to have a lovely stay--they enjoyed the interior, as well as the yard. I will definitely book this place again if the need arises.

The house was even better than we had expected. Very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Mardi was very quick with all communication. Highly recommend this home to others visiting the area.

This was a wonderful stay for us. Very homey decorated with class. Just like the owner walked out. So many places are blank walls. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Beds were very comfy. Back yard was pleasant with the relaxing recycling pond. Very quiet and safe area. Our dog enjoyed it also with room to roam.

As you approach the neighborhood, you will see the awesome Organ Mountains. When you drive into the driveway, you will see a quiet neighborhood and a beautifully landscaped front yard. As you enter the house, you will feel comfortable and uplifted by the skylights, big windows, and lots of New Mexican, French, and local artwork. Finally, as you walk onto the back patio, you will see a private rock garden sanctuary with a fountain, trees, and a well-appointed patio. Unbelievably beautiful! Such a tranquil, relaxing place for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening access as it has landscape lighting on some areas of the backyard. Both the owner and the manager are extremely responsive. We are enjoying Las Cruces and this Sonoma Ranch Hacienda so much that we have extended our stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Cooking was so easy as this home has everything from cookware to seasonings that we have at home. Loved the southwest decor and the abundance of bedding and towels. Comfortable home for family gathering in a walking and bicycle friendly neighborhood. Check-in was easy and the owner was very responsive to questions. We are already booked to come back!

This was our second stay at this lovely, well cared for home. As before, we found it as delightful as 3 years ago. Beautifully furnished and even some items in the fridge for coffee in the morning. Appliances had been upgraded in the kitchen, and new mattresses in the bedroom. We have stayed in over 6 VRBO'S over the years and this one is in the top 2. Thank you to Mardi for letting us enjoy once again her wonderful home.

The house is a beautiful little resort. The decor was amazing, the yard was incredible, great porch to sit out in and enjoy. The house was extremely stocked right down to every little detail. The beds were really comfortable we all slept very well. Refrigerated air kept us nice and cool. The property manager responded fast with any questions we had. Great neighborhood. This house will be a go to place when we travel to Las Cruses again to visit our sister.

We were in Las Cruces for a graduation. The house was perfect for our family. The kids loved the backyard. We all loved the outdoor space.

The house had everything we needed. Furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen was complete for home cooking. The dishes were good quality and colorful. Nice art on walls and shelves. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood as well as on hikes at various parks. We had a perfect stay.

The house was everything as described and more. The kitchen was well-stocked with the types of things you need but don’t think about packing. Everything was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The backyard is outstanding! The house is also conveniently located to stores and activities.

My kids and grandkids have stayed here many times because our nearby home is not large enough for everyone during holidays. It is ALWAYS exceptionally clean, well maintained and stocked, with amazing decor, fireplace, working fountain and pond, spacious kitchen and dining area (with generous kitchen utensils, pans, appliances and dishes) and quiet, well kept neighborhood! Nothing needs to be changed—REALLY! Property manager are always responsive and friendly. Couldn’t be more pleased!
