This condo is beautiful and perfect if you’re looking for a great family friendly location. The 4th floor was awesome, not too high and parking garage level convenience for unloading and loading car (luggage, groceries, etc). The indoor pool was a great back-up for my grandkids on the couple days the weather wasn’t so great. The locked gate security is also great for making sure little ones can’t just walk out without someone who knows the code. The on-site grills were great and many used them, the pool furniture was very nice (not cheap) as well. Overall we loved this condo. My only complaint, and my fault for not reading the detail clearer, is the number of beds do not match the Room and Bed Detail section of this VRBO. I booked based on 2 Queen beds in Bedrooms 2 and 3. In the detail and in the pics it shows King beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms (I missed this) so in order for this condo to sleep 10 comfortably (we had 8), you would have to sleep 3 people in the King beds or on the living room couch. I have informed Management but the VRBO remains uncorrected. Overall, my family and I loved this condo. Perfect location and would recommend.

The condo was very well maintained and clean. had all the necessary items to make the stay comfortable. excellent location. located directly on the beach with gorgeous views from the condo. loved the indoor swimming pool since we went during winter. would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a great place other than the dryer not working and also the dishwasher broke. We hand washed the dishes, but they did get there to fix the dryer. We would rent again, but feel like they should have made sure all apply are working before renting.

Unit was depicted accurately. Beach and neighborhood were nice. Last day and a half we could not access the beach because of restoration. If that was mentioned in the ad, I did not see it.

Arrived at condo not cleaned from precious renters Elderly people , pregnant mother and small child had to wait 2 hours before the unit was ready felt like needed to be refunded more for the unconvinced for all the couple that travelled to be there on time and had to wait they were very upset Unit was nice and great area .

Loved the slide at the pool for the kids

Our only complaint was the dirty floors when we got there. Our little grandson’s feet turned black from running around the condo.

We had a group that had an age range of 88 years old to less than 2. Not everyone in the group is able to walk or stand for long periods, nor are they always steady on their feet. This property was perfect for us because we could park on the same level as our room, so no stairs getting from the parking garage to the room. Also, my parents were able to watch the great grandkids play on the beach and also some of their outdoor pool activities while they remained seated on their balcony. We were able to rent 2 units side by side so we could visit frequently but each group could also have some quiet time when needed.

It was great to be able to park on the same level as the condo - and we were on the 4th floor! The view was fantastic, and getting to the beach was so easy. My grandkids loved the beach, but they also loved the indoor and outdoor pools. We forgot to pick up our wristbands, so the security guard gently reminded us to go register and pick up our bands. He was very nice. There was only one thing we didn't like about our condo: the bedrooms that had windows looking into the lighted front entrance, and the curtains weren't enough to block the bright lights. The beds were comfortable, the unit was laid out well, the washer & dryer were full size, the kitchen was well-equipped, and who could possibly complain about the beautiful views? We would definitely come back!

Our condo was the perfect stay for our family! Great location, gulf front and an amazing pool. Our grandkids loved the pool slide and having both and indoor and outdoor pool available. The condo was exactly as described. Checking in and out was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was as awesome as expected. Access to parking, pool, beach and grills could not have been better! It would have been helpful to know what a starter pack included. We had only 1 garbage bag, zero dishwasher soap. Location of parking pass in front windshield causes a reflection. This location is near The Hideout, but nothing but rentals to the west. We did not know the main road was going to be blocked off for a music fest as this was our first time in Gulf Shores. Property manager did not reply to my first inquiry about the daily rate, only after paid in full.

Wonderful property, communicative host, well stocked, overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The weather was perfect, the condo was everything we needed/wanted! Check in was smooth and easy. We have stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores in the past and will return each year!

Excellent condo. Condo was clean, spacious, and convenient to parking deck. We loved the indoor, heated pool.

Just as FYI carpet in living room needs cleaned. Tile floors could have been cleaned better. Our feet were constantly black on bottom. Fridge top bottom drawer was broken. Third bedroom shower curtain rings need replaced, not enough to hold up curtains.

First time for our family visiting Gulf Shores. Beautiful beach and resort, both very clean and easy to access. Will be looking forward to going back!

The condo is decorated beautifully, so spacious and had everything we needed. So convenient to park on same level as room. Close to the best restaurants. Easy beach access, kids loved the two pools and slide. Never had to wait on an elevator. Will definitely try to book this condo again!

Neither the front desk or manager really cared, the manager telling me sometimes the condo cleans up old stuff left behind by guests. Our things were all newer and the security people said they don’t throw anything away unless it’s obviously been there for months. We were disappointed with their response. It would have been nice if they offered to pay for chairs/umbrellas for our last day but WE had to. We would stay at this condo again, but not at risk of having things stolen.
