Just like the pictures. Del Mar Woods was ideal location for a long stay. Close enough for hikes to Torrey Pines and easy access to DM restaurants. Pool and Bbq were convenient. The unit had everything we needed and the host was very accomodating.

Location was perfect. Condo had all the bells and whistles … quality bedding and towels to dinnerware etc. Other startup supplies from polish remover to stain remover. Full size washer and dryer like new. Kim was just a phone call away whenever we needed her! Highly recommend and will return!

This condo was exactly the way it was advertised. The owner spared no expense in creating a very comfortable vacation paradise. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen very well stocked. We enjoyed many meals at the large glass top table while watching the sunset. The automatic shade that was installed on the balcony was fantastic! It made a huge difference during the afternoon and evening. The balcony was a great place to relax and read a book. My children enjoyed relaxing by the pool and I took advantage of the gym. We really appreciated the two assigned parking spots. Kim was quick to respond to any question or concern. The condo wasn’t exactly near restaurants, but within walking distance. The restaurants that were in the area were fantastic. We liked that we could quickly drive to the Coaster station and ride to either San Diego or Oceanside. This place was perfect!

The condo was so comfortable and Kim is the ultimate hostess. If something is not right, it is addressed immediately. We loved the location which allowed us to hike Torrey Pines, take long walks by the beach or just relax by the pool. We cannot wait to come back.

Perfect location: Walk north to town's many restaurants and shops, either on the sidewalk or on the Cliff Walk trail that parallels the beach. Walk south to Torrey Pines trails and east to Crest Trail and Torrey Pines Extension trails. Also an easy drive to San Diego for city activities. Keyless lock made checking in easy and it was nice not worrying about door key while there. Two parking spots was nice, one in the garage and one outside. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped and designed kitchen. Easy to use washer/dryer. We enjoyed using the condo association pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room.

We cannot recommend this vacation rental enough! The apartment is beautiful, well designed and well stocked in every manner. There is a full kitchen for people that enjoy to cook, all the accessories you can think of for the beach and access to a well maintained pool area. The views alone from the lounge room and master bedroom are enough reason to consider this rental - you wake up to a view of the ocean and can watch the sunset from the comfort of the apartment. The location was great with a beautiful cliff walk to the ocean and 10mins walk to local cafes and the main strip. Kim was easy to reach and extremely communicable and the perfect host. We will no doubt return for our next vacation as we’ve absolutely fallen in love with the area and the rental!
