The condo was more than sufficient. The decor was great. I give a big thanks to the owner for having a great place to stay. The location of the condo was perfect. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing location! The beach and pools were amazing!! Great trip!

We arrived at the property to find a beautifully maintained complex. We got up to our room and it was exactly as described in the listing. It was dark when we arrived, but WOW, when we woke up to the view of the Gulf in the morning we were blown away. Our 4-year-old said, "I think I can see to the end of the World!" The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed for our week stay at the beach. Elevator access was great, and we never had a long wait for it. beach access was a short walk past the beautiful pools the property has to offer. Beach chair and umbrella rental was easy and affordable. You'll definitely want to rent the chairs and umbrellas because if you use your personal chairs/umbrella, you're required to set up further back away from the ocean. The beach was clean, and beautiful! The pools were clean, and very nice. We used the gas grills to fix fresh seafood, and the grills provided at the property were very nice. All-in-all, it was a great week, and a beautiful property. We will definitely be back!

First time in Destin. Pelican Beach was great. Condo was very convenient to local eateries, boat tours and shopping. Amazing view from balcony. Elevators close by room as well as self serve laundry. Condo was as described, clean and stocked. Good linens and bath towels for 2. No problem with check in. Host communicated very well prior to arrival. Good hot water, cold air and fridge. Property easy to get around. Pool convenient and easy beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best condos I've stayed in! Communication was great, made the stay super easy. The unit is immaculate - very clean, neat and beautifully decorated. It was easy to find everything and plenty of space to store our items. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location is amazing. I accidentally booked our trip a day short and the second I contacted the host she was on it and within a few hours our stay was updated to include an extra day. Very good response times and very helpful. Condo its self was very clean and smelled great. Views are awesome. Would rebook!

This was a great price for stay for me and my small family. Right on the beach, more than one pool, hotel was close to elevator so it was convenient for my little ones, great taki bar was delicious, and outside the hotel was target, McDonald's, Starbucks... great location! I will definitely stay here again if the price doesn't increase too much! Only thing I would recommend is to provide more trash bags. Other than that it was clean, didn't see any bugs, and easy check in!
