The unit was clean and as it was described online. We were contacted by management to see if we wanted to check out early to avoid the 8/30/2023 Idalia storm. We declined and enjoyed going through as a family.

Parking is tight! Very noisy (on the street side of the unit) at night. Rooms don’t have anything but blinds, so very bright in them.

The checkin process was super quick and convenient, and the property was spectacular! We had no complaints about the property. We have one family member in a wheelchair and the property was easily accessible for him, with lots of room to maneuver inside. Easy access to the beach for everyone, and all the amenities we needed.

We feel everything about the listing was accurate! The only issue we had was parking but we knew that prior to booking. There is a parking lot across the street that you can pay for daily parking. We enjoyed having beach access! We will stay here again!

This place was everything it said. We had 4 families stay and there was plenty of room. Loved the easy access to the beach and enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub. We made use of the grill provided for a couple of meals. We all enjoyed the easy walk to shopping bars and restaurants.

The villa was spacious however a lot of steps to climb. Right on the beach and easy access to the ocean. Parking was very tight. The villa could use some care and updates however we enjoyed being together as a family and staying with each other. We would consider staying again as a family.

We had a wonderful time, the trip was super good.

We had a couple of minor problems, (with the heat and with a tv), the realtor sent someone over IMMEDIATELY to resolve the problem. The only problem that we experienced was with parking. Though we were assigned 4 parking spaces, they were not available. Other tenants obviously used more than they were assigned. My suggestion to this problem would be to paint the unit numbers in the parking lot.

Layout was ideal, was misleading that it wasn't ocean front view

On the beach and a short stroll to just about everything. We did drive to a couple great restaurants and golf but not long drives either.

The property was in a great location situated for easy beach access. There was plenty of sleeping room and eating room. We thought the indoor den area wouldn't be enough, but it worked out fine for the number of people that were in the house at one time. Only four parking spaces was not great for the number of people that the condo would hold, but we made it work. There were a few minor items, like the drawer front panel pulling off and the clothes drier not turning drying well and not turning off.

Very nice property. Plenty of room. Loved being close to the beach and shaded parking.

The property was exactly what we wanted, on the beach with enogh room for all of us.

This was a nice property for a large family vacation! The beach was beautiful! We really needed additional parking…that’s the only issue as there are no affordable places to park near by. We had HVAC issues and property management was very responsive. The issue was fixed quickly.

The property is beautiful. Size was just right for our group. Very close to the beach. We did not find the sauna while we were there. The only minor episode was the shower curtain bar spring was broken in one bathroom and kept falling down on one lady ( this work order was called in). Thank you for allowing use to rent from you.

Was looking forward to grilling but the grills were missing but were 1 of the amenities. Could of been a little cleaner.Nice location

We needed a place for 16 people to be comfortable for a beach week and this fits the bill!

Beds were clean and fresh shower curtains were new washer and dryer works fine. We had adequate amount of supplies for cooking,.with tons of grocery stores super close to buy cleaning supplies and food for our stay. The only thing that I would recommend is buying a few pot holders. We had plenty of wash towels,dish cloths,.dish towels, bath towels all of that... but no pot holders to get hot stuff out of the oven. We had one issue the day we were leaving and that is that one of the girls was going to vacuum her room and have a little spark and burn in the outlet... However that was handled right away when we contacted the rental office.

Overall the property was good. Plenty of room for my family. The only thing that could be improved would be the condition of the condo. Not as clean as it should be and there were a decent amount of repairs that need to be done to the property. Our stay was still great and the property was what we need to make our vacation.

The location was great being steps from the beach; however, the furniture was very old and several of the dining room chairs broke on their own while we were there. Also, the property is barely maintained. The sliding glass doors either would not open or would get stuck open and wouldn't close. The WiFi was awful and we couldn't even watch movies on Netflix on our own devices. The TVs are not smart tv's and the remotes were broken. I tried to plug in one of the TVs in the bedroom and was shocked by electricity. It rained hard one day, the there was a puddle of water on the floor of one of the walls from the rainwater coming in!! The dishes/cookware is very old and barely functioning. It is too bad that this property hasn't been cared for as it has great potential. I would not stay here again.

Everything was excellent! Except that for a 8 bedrooms place, 4 parking spaces are not enough. I know it was memorial and and bike weekend, but when we booked this nice villa, they told me that were not motorcycles allowed and when we arrived at the property after driving for five hours, our parking spaces were taking with three motorcycles in each space. They should have someone checking their parking lot. Other than that, everything else was great!

Imagine sleeping and your friend awakes you to bed bugs crawling on your pillow. It was a mess!! The apartment needs a good sanitizing and cleaning! As far as the rooms and the set up it’s fine, but get rid of the bed bugs!!!!
