we had stayed in rich & donna’s house a few years ago and loved it, so we were thrilled to come back. the location is perfect, house is big and has tons of space and outdoor decks with views, and rich is wonderful and communicative. highly recommend.

Beautiful home great location. We had a great stay

This house was perfect for our vacation with 2 families. There is a master bedroom with attached bath on the first level and 2 additional bedrooms that we used for our 6 kids (ages 1-7). All of the kids loved the bunk bed room and most nights we found 3 or 4 of them sleeping in the same full sized bed. There is also a living room on the first level. Upstairs has another master bedroom with attached bath and the main living room, dining room and kitchen plus half bath. The main deck is right off the living room and is great for outdoor dining and hanging out. There is a big table with 5 chairs plus a grill. The upper deck has loungers and an additional dining table with more chairs. Sunsets from the upper deck are amazing. You can hear the waves crashing from the deck. There is a ton of space in the driveway for parking additional cars. Beach rentals and an ice cream shop is in the house next door. Sandwich shop across the street. Playground with soccer field and pickle ball right in the backyard. Beach was a short walk across the street making it very convenient for quick trips home with the kids. There are 10 beach tags to use and kids under 12 don’t even need one. Quick drive to fantasy island and the water park. BYO linens. sheets, beach and bath towels and don’t forget dish towels and hand towels for the 4 bathrooms! Rich, the host, was so kind and responsive. We had the best time and can’t wait to be back.

I rented this home for my family and friends to stay while we held my mother's memorial service. We had plenty of space and we had everything we needed to make large family dinners and entertain. There was easy access to the beach and we were close to shopping. Communication was great. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time. The house was perfect with amazing views and comfortable accommodations. Rich the property owner could not have been greater to deal with! This is a place we will visit again!

Great place and location.

My brotgers, sisters, and I met for a celebration of our Mom's life, and a reunion in Beach Haven - her happy place. The house easily accommodated all of us with comfortable beds and lots of parking.

We had a small family reunion and this house was perfect for the occasion. Rich was a wonderful host and made the stay easy. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the few days we had at your beautiful LBI home. It had all the convenience and warmth of a cared-for home and we are all looking forward to returning soon. Absolutely gorgeous and spacious house with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of 14. Clean, updated/modern feel with a great fully-stocked kitchen and large dining area. Multiple decks including rooftop deck were a big hit (and a great place to watch the fireworks). Can't beat the view or the location.

This is a great property. The location to the beach is perfect ! House is more than accomodating and the rooftop deck lends to amazing sunsets and sunrises. It was our first introduction to pickle ball and i highly recommend trying it out during your stay. Would stay here again.

We were a group of 10 friends looking for an easy beach getaway. The house was perfect, plenty of sleeping options and the balconies were awesome. The house is walking distance to the beach as well. Would definitely recommend!

Our family converges on LBI for one week each summer, since 1995. VRBO properties have been our “go to” site. This home was very clean, with well stocked kitchen and ample parking. We found the two living rooms wonderful! We could play with the babies (9 months and 5 years) on the third floor and the teens and young adults could gather in the second floor living room. Just a short drive to Fantasy Island , Turtle rescue center and beach! A lovely, relaxing vacation for sure!

This beautiful, spacious house is great for large families! Plenty of room without being on top of each other! Amazing rooftop views and steps to the beach! The park behind the house with pickle ball and swings was an added surprise! We will be back!

We recommend this house to any group with a relatively large number of people across a wide age range, 13 to 81years in our case. This was a great rental and a great week for the 13 of us who had not spent our traditional week at BH for the last 5 years. The house was clean, comfortable and well furnished. We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach, basically right across the street. Everything worked and worked well. The ice cream store right next store was a very popular feature.The owners were very helpful, particlularly during our planning period.

The house was clean and updated. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach and close enough to the attractions in Beach Haven but also far enough that it doesn't feel crowded. More that enough space for our party of 6 adults and 4 kids. Easily could have had another couple people without feeling crowded.

We had a wonderful stay! Home was clean and conveniently located right next to the beach. Hosts were very kind and provided everything needed for a week in the sun. We will return!

We (3-6 families) have been renting a beach house every Memorial Day the past 13 years (excluding the lock down years). Rich’s house ranks right on top of the list for cleanliness, location and communications. Our teens were off their screen time and on with beach time, pickle ball time, tennis, stroll to the village and shopping time. One of our best lodging to remember and return to. Rich responses swiftly to my text on how and what to do with recycling and the trash collection situation since it was on holiday schedule. Will revisit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was clean, Rich was readily available to answer any of our questions. It was a little further out of town then the areas we usually stay but Ubers were readily available and there was a sandwich shop right across the street which worked out perfectly. Our group was 6 adults in the 4 bedrooms and with the two living areas there was more then enough room. Highly recommend this property, hope to be back!
