Loved the location very cute room and the staff were amazing and very helpful.

I didn’t like the rooms were so close to one another.

Nothing, a dead end of town with no facilities at all, apart from bar and lunch. Winter it seems shuts this place down.

That no staff were around and atmosphere felt lacking particularly due to public holiday and their days of operation of the winery.

Stayed here for a night as we were attending a wedding at Mount Tamborine. The room itself was nice, but the bathroom was quite small.

There was no shower door or curtain, so water went EVERYWHERE. Not the best design. Also there was nothing special about the room for the price paid.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Access from the car park to the studio was down a steep driveway, and the nice views could not be enjoyed from the rooms. The tiny kitchenette was sparsely equipped. The room was well overpriced for what was essentially a motel room without direct car access. Because of a date change, we had just moved from a larger, cheaper, more attractive place with much superior facilities.

very comfortable bed, friendly staff, location was great, check in and out was very easy.

could not start the fire with what was in the room, adjoining wall to the other cottage is very thin - could hear all our neighbors activities late at night. recommend ear plugs.

The property was well maintained and tidy.

Our bed was way to soft and there was no plug for the bath.

The room was nice & clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant wasn’t open for lunch or dinner and we couldn’t get room service. We have to drive around to get lunch and dinner.

Parking and check-in was easy. The welcome glass of wine was a lovely touch. The room was well equipped with lovely decor. We loved the little fireplace for ambience.

The balcony hadn't been swept. There was no view from the balcony or room. The bathroom would benefit from a deep clean. There was only one bedside table.

Spa bath!

we had a reservation via booking.com (non-refundable) but on the day of arrival, our cat got sick and we spent the whole day at the vets. We rang up Hampton last minute to see if they could defer our booking and we even offered to pay a cancellation charge, but they graciously moved our reservation without fuss and without charge. The lunch was fabulous and the room was well beautiful and delightfully well appointed.

just a note for management, room 5’s aircon rattles and could be serviced.

amazing location, beautiful rooms and outstanding staff.

Loved the staff, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The venue is very beautiful and scenary gorgeous. Accommodation was nice but quite basic.

The painted over doorway in the room was a bit unsightly (different colour to wall). Just a suggestion to look into possibly covering it up with a picture or something not so obvious? Minimal linen (no facecloths), no dishwashing liquid, and even though bed was very comfortable the springs were gone in the middle causing us to roll together🙂. Possibly update the mattresses in each room as well (other family members staying in other units also had the same issue).

although we arrived b4 the 5pm closing time there were no staff there at all at 4:40pm - we were the only people there on site.
