The view, although if allowed, would benefit from grooming the large shrubby plants that somewhat block the view in some chalets The spa, although jets weren't working correctly Appreciate the complimentary breakfast. Was clean and tidy Has a cozy feel, but offers all the amenities you need Even a washer and drier and dishwasher etc

I do not recommend chalet 1 as the water tank is off the back deck and staff were seen going down there, which takes from the privacy. Also being the first chalet, there was a lot of foot traffic going back and forth past us. Especially from staff cleaning the other chalets, so also vaccum noises etc. This took from the peace and serenity of the location we chose for this purpose and also made everything feel far less private. Upon our arrival for checkin, the staff member on duty told me I was still required to pay, I told them that I paid via booking, that the money had left my account. He said no, that I was still required to pay. It took a lot of showing the money had left my account and confirmations before he said he would look into it, an lo and behold, they had my payment. This was a bad start to our stay, he offered no apology. For our first night, we were unable to use the aircon, as they didn't know where the remote was and it took constant phone calls for them to hunt it down for us. This place was owned by an older couple but recently sold. So while the place itself still remains beautiful, I am not a fan of the current staff/owners who offer poor service and lack consideration. I'm unsure if I would visit again. If I did I would request being placed in a different chalet. I would also recommend that privacy screening be added to half way down the back deck, so you don't need to look over and see your neighbour standing there.

The location was fantastic - great views! Lovely cabins and excellent hosts.

The owners have just sold the accommodation. I hope the new owners live up to the high standard experience we had.

Brilliant location, the view of the valley is exceptional! Bed is comfortable and there's heaps of space. Fireplace is a lovely bonus for the cold nights Hosts were super helpful!

Breakfast hamper could have been a bit better, but it was still very very nice

I could not believe there was no bbq. Every place I have been to had one and it is such an Aussie thing! The place needs curtains as well, as it gets really bright, especially when the sun is up early. On holiday you do not want to wake up at 5 am. More kitchen utensils are needed, otherwise you cannot really cook anything Not ideal if you want complete peace and quiet as the road behind can be a bit annoying

Great location - view out to the mountains is uninterrupted. Close to town and wineries.

Beautiful views and great facilities. Spa bath, loft bedroom and spa bath. Beautiful birds visit every day.

Stunning view. The cottage is full of equipment that you need it. Cottage clean, comfy and beautiful.

Nothing can be better. It was perfect!
