Dollar tree was not far away for a few supplies. Having a bar and restaurant on location is a plus. We went off season so having the pool still open and heated was also nice. The pools and hot tubs could use a face lift but very much doable. We were told that coolers were not welcomed at pool, but bar and restaurants did not open till four so I wondered why they wouldn’t be allowed until four but a rule is a rule. Overall I would recommend this condo and stay again.

We had a few things that were not up to par, but these were resolved quickly. The TV remote had dead batteries which were replaced with new ones. There was sand on the floors when we arrived as well as I found several long dark hairs in the master bathroom tub and sink. There was a spoon coated with old scrambled eggs in the clean utensils drawer—I scrubbed this clean. There wasn’t any type of dish for baking so we bought one. But the unit itself was wonderful. It is in a convenient location. The unit has a glorious balcony view of the ocean and beach. The way from the unit to the beach is only a few steps away with no stairs to contend with. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking even though we were only on the third floor. We overlooked 2 hot tubs but the pool closed at 11:00 pm so the noise was not an issue. I will come back again and I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for our awesome vacation!

Resort was clean and lots for everyone to do. It was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The resort even had a good restaurant.

The room and view were very nice. The main bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathrooms were amazing. The 2nd bedroom was really small and had very little storage space. The bed frame on one bed was broken but they fixed it on the 3rd day. The 2nd bedroom does have a balcony with a partial view of the ocean. Having a washer and dryer in the room is really nice; however, the washer worked about 1/2 of the time and the dryer takes 3 90-minute cycles to get anything dry. Everything else about the room was really nice. As for the property, we loved that it was oceanfront. The beach area was pristine. The pools (and there were a lot of them) were nice, but they were a little dirty. We did stay at this property 2 years ago and the activities were very different. Before the activities were very organized and even had prizes for cornhole, the duck race, and bingo. This time, the workers seemed clueless. For example, I bought a duck for the duck race and then came to find out the duck race was an hour earlier. Luckily they eventually gave me my money back. Bingo and cornhole were set up but you can play at your leisure with your family. I will say the shows, like Funkasaurus and the Tropical Show was amazing. The workers for that were amazing. The night that the band played there was a storm coming in so they only sang for an hour. I wish they would have come back on a different night because they were really good. Also wish they had a band or dj more than 1 night. Very good property!

Loved being on the 3rd floor. Using the beach access right beside us made it super easy to get to the beach with our beach wagon. No steps!!!! Room was nice and clean . Got a little noisy with the hot tubs right under us at night. But it was Spring Break, Free entertainment🤣 I didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t really comment on how it was stocked..

We absolutely loved our stay at Baywatch. The location was amazing and we will definitely stay here again.

The access code to the north tower did not work the first night after 7:30 pm, but we were lucky for a another guest arrive at the same time to let us in the door.I called North Beach Realty the next day with a positive result.The indoor pools and lazy river could use a little TLC to update, maybe fresh paint would do.

Adequate space. It overlooks the hot tubs but never once was noise an issue. Elevators are convenient and fast. Check in and out is a very slight inconvenience since it’s offsite but is very close. The MANY pool options are amazing! The walk to the beach is so easy and convenient. Overall nice property

Beautiful condo with lots to do.

The ro was somewhat outdated but overall very comfortable and nice.The tiki bar hours were pretty inconsistent, but inside bar stayed open. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

If you wanna cook in the kitchen you can’t just to preheat the oven the smoke alarm would go off. You can’t cook at all without it going off. We like to cook to save time and money in a trip so It was very frustrating especially with having a 1 year old trying to nap.

We enjoyed our Sister’s Trip so much! We loved being so close to the hot tub and heated pool! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we slept great on the beds! The sunrise was amazing! Thank you for the use of your condo!

But right under the hot tubs! Very loud and rude late teens and 20 somethings. The later it got, the louder they got. We got past it and had a good time. Thank you, would go again. Just Not On Spring Break!

Room was a little dated but clean. Needed a new mattress in master bedroom. Really worn out on right side especially! The tub in master needed recaulking. Kind of hard to sit out on the deck, people outside smoking weed constantly. Unit is part of a resort so there is always music playing not always quiet. The multiple pools were nice. Fees for any lost items were a little extreme. Such as pool passes and room keys. Parking is across the street in parking garage. We would probably stay there again.

We've stayed at Bay Watch resort before, but this is the first time at condo 302. Nice and clean property with a great wide-open view of the ocean. Beds were quite comfy and I really liked the floor plan of the condo. Already planned on renting the same property next year.

We highly recommend this vacation spot for any group or family- we went as a family of three and really had a lovely time. What you don't see in the picture is that both rooms have a balcony (the room with two beds has its own private balcony which was a super pleasant surprise) and the main bedroom has its own door to the many balcony connected to the living room. The condo is tastefully decorated, spacious, was super clean when arrived, and THE BEST PART is the fact that it's in tower 1. Let me tell you- when we first arrived we went to the main tower in confusion and it is an absolute mess there, sand and water everywhere by the front desk and just full of people. Tower 1, where the condo is located, is the last tower amongst the row of three and it is PERFECT in that there are hardly any people, we have our own outlet to two jacuzzis, the beach spots right outside the tower are the best, and its just a whole lot quieter (and cleaner). The resort itself has so much to do !! From the lazy river to pools for kids, jacuzzis everywhere and a little icecream/gift shop I mean seriously, you could just get your groceries and then just stay at the resort and hang on the beach for your entire trip. Con: My only, ONLY con is that there weren't enough hooks around, for some reason that bugged me a bit whenever I wanted to hang something up. Other than that, this place is absolutely worth the price and perfect for families, I highly recommend. We would absolutely come again.

This unit was nice and clean. It is lower level which I love . There are views of ocean from every bedroom with a patio. The check in was a little cumbersome since I used VRBO. The property management is off site but not far. The resort was very crowded but was also July 4 weekend after covid. Parking was tricky. The onsight bar is fun but the food is not great. North Myrtle Beach rentals are right on site to rent chairs and umbrellas which is nice. The banana boat and parasailing are a short walk down the beach. We had an issue with the tubs not draining and they sent someone immediately to fix the problem. If I needed to stay in North Myrtle again in this location, I would rent the same unit.

Overall good place to stay. Kids loved pools and lazy rivers. Unit could have been cleaner.
