Ladies weekend

My family had a great time with plenty to do!

When we arrived, condo was not clean from prior tenants. Called owners and cleaning crew showed up, wasn’t able to get into condo until 7pm. Had to cancel reservations we have had planned for 6 months. Owner was helpful when getting things lined up. Bugs and spiders in bedrooms, bathroom drains not draining, no water pressure, stairs are dangerous and outdated. Was okay enough to have somewhere to sleep but not for much else.

We enjoyed our stay-the only glitch was dishwasher issue. The washer and dryer were invaluable. The beach was perfect for the kids with us due to their ages! I’d highly recommend this to every one

The owners were very helpful and kept us updated on everything. The Ledges is close to all that Osage Beach has to offer. We will stay again.

It was a great location for boating. The pools are nice. The little beach is so cute. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. There’s enough space for lots of kids to sleep and the teenagers loved the loft area. We had a great time there.

After a hiccup when we went to check in… the owners made it right for us. We got into the condo the next day and had a great stay. A few things out of there control like the 2 roll off dumpsters in front of the condo made it hard to get our stuff up the stairs and the early morning construction was loud and woke up the kids early. But once in the condo it’s beautiful! So much space for everyone to relax and spread out! After a long road trip it was nice to have our own space for a little bit. If we every venture back up here we will be back! Next time not during off season so we can explore the area more!

Overall accomodations were as expected. We did run out of TP and paper towels. Also no sponges for doing dishes. The coffee maker/Keurig didn't work (we did bring our own and there were backups in closet.) The dishwasher took a long time to clean and didn't dry dishes at all. The dryer did not do a good job of drying clothes-- took a long time. The tv size and quality in living room was very poor. The spiral staircase was scary to go up and down and the kids banged heads numerous times when moving around the table and couch. The living room sliding screen door was out out the tracks and fell out completely. I did get it back in the tracks. Fortunately, we had some tools we brought, but would recommend keeping a basic tool kit there. Cooking supplies were good and bbq grill worked great. Beds were fine. We were there for a wedding and stayed over a week and obviously was off season for activities, so we did spend most out time inside as weather was cold/windy and some rain, but did enjoy the sun and southern exposure of the deck/windows and the view. Sorry this review has so much negative, but thought the owners would want to know of any issues. We really did enjoy our stay and thought the Ozark area was incredible. Would like to be there in the summer to enjoy and get to see more sights from the lake and surrounding area.

This property was nice and roomy for our group. The pool was close and nice. The owner, Pat, was very helpful and friendly.

Needs some updating

Great place for my friends and I to stay for a long weekend get away! Easy access to the dock and easy parking! Clean property!

The location, size, amenities and cleanliness were all perfect for our group of six. My wife and I (49 & 50) took our daughter (17) and here friend (17) as well as my son (20) and his girlfriend (19) on a quick three day/two night trip to the lake. My first step planning our trip was to find a four bedroom condo so everyone could have their own room. I was very pleased to find this condo because my son and his girlfriend could have separate rooms and my daughter and her friend had the bedroom upstairs with two sets of bunk beds. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it looked like it had everything needed if we had. The unit was very clean and even has a washer/dryer if you need it or need to dry your towels or swimsuits. We did use the pool that is located on the point and it has a terrific view of the lake. I could go in forever but one last thing… the location is GREAT. Restaurants, grocery store, putt putt golf, go carts, jet ski rentals…. Nothing seemed more than a couple of minutes away. If your looking for a condo with enough room for your family I highly recommend this one!

We spent 2 nights here in August as a group of 9 adults. The condo was big enough where we all had enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The condo had plenty of necessities; coffee, paper towels, propane for the grill, trash bags, solo cups, etc. The weekend was great!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing. The view was very peaceful as well. We will be booking again soon.
