Great property. Alan was a great at communicating. Our favorite part of the vacations was renting a boat from the naples bay resort and marina. Super great price that we ended up renting it for 2 days! Highly recommend this place. Location was perfect for shopping, dinning, night life, beach and boating!

Absolutely loved the location, which I felt was the best feature. However, the owner's attention to detail inside the cottage was quite disappointing. The "guest bedroom" fan light was missing a light bulb, as was the "guest bath" light fixture. Small items, but quite significant to me. Also, the interior pictures of the cottage and lanai on the VRBO website do not accurately reflect the current state of the furniture, draperies and wall colors, which appear worn and outdated. This was so very disappointing!

We had a relaxing, fun-filled stay! Amazing fitness facility and beautiful pools, with great service! Close to so many wonderful things to do in Naples. Communication with Alan was great.

The property was very nice as was the condo we stayed in. Alan was helpful as it's a little confusing checking into the cottages but it wasn't a problem. The location was great with places to eat very close by including at Naples Bay Resort. Bayfront Village is very close and downtown is a few minutes away. Communication with Alan was easy and he was helpful. The pools were great and they are on the cottages side of the resort. There is a resort amenity fee of $50 a night and $200 resort admin fee which seems high to me to use the pools but it's Naples. I chose the location because of the nearby restaurants and pickleball at East community Park.....

We had spent the week before our stay on the beach, so we were. Looking for a pool oasis, which this property is. Adult only lap and swimming pools, paired with a hot tub. Childrens / adult swim pool, and lazy river were all excellent. Chairs, towels, water station and on-site food delivered to one’s chair made for relaxing afternoons. The unit was well appointed, comfortable, and spacious. A full kitchen, elevator to second floor ,and airy porch were great amenities. The owner of the unit was very communicative and helpful.

Our family had such a wonderful time staying here. The cottage is in a perfect location- we could easily access various things from food to mini golf without traveling far. The resort itself was beautiful and provided for tons of entertainment for our family- the pools and tennis courts were our favorites! Alan was also great with communication which helped with ease of travel! Definitely book this for your next family vacation- we will be back!

My wife and I had a fantastic time staying at the Naples Bay Club. Our cottage was perfectly equipped for our 10 day stay. The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The facility itself was great in all aspects. The location is just off 5th Ave where you can’t find better dining. We are looking to start planning for next year! Thanks Alan.

Looking forward to a family vacation. Our group included two couples and two children. The day before our arrival Alan contacted me to say that the master bath shower was not working but should be fixed shortly. This was disappointing since I had picked a property with two full baths. Alan assured me that the master did have a tub even though I preferred having two showers. He also suggested I send me guests to the pool showers. Seriously I would never suggest they go to the pool showers to get ready for their day and evening plans. The first night we used the master bath for the children. And that was the last. The next day and for the remaining trip we had no hot water for the master bath. As for the master shower, it was never fixed. This was an inconvenience but there was no time to find another rental. The private bath that I had promised my guests was now used by all. The condo was nice. Well stocked. Nice kitchen. I did receive a small refund of $145.

Great experience at the cottage in Naples. The location and amenities of the cottage and resort were great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Just a short walk to the family pool area with food/bar service, lounge chairs and cabanas. Spent lots of time by the pool enjoying the sun! 4 pools on the cottages side but 2 of which were adult only 21+. Shuttle access to shopping and beaches is a plus!

The resort was beautiful and close to everything. Shuttle to the beach was great.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this property and booked again for next year! We love the location and nothing can beat the amenities at Naples Bay! Alan is awesome at responding back quickly with answers! We stayed a month and really didn’t have any issues!

This condo is lovely and right next to the tennis courts. Would definitely rent again. Alan was very responsive and the listing is accurate. The walk to downtown is a noisy but the resort has an hourly shuttle. Close to some wonderful restaurants.

Our overall experience was wonderful. Alan was super helpful and responsive to our pre trip questions. The cottage was clean and comfortable. 3 adults stayed in comfort. The unit is a close walk to the back entrance of the pool. The pool, amenities and resort staff were great! Can’t say enough positive things. It was a wonderful week and I would stay in this unit again!
