This was our first time staying on Lake Fontana and we loved every minute. We loved the golf cart to take us to and from the lake. Thank you for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay on Lake Fontana! The kayaks were fun and the hot tub was relaxing. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager was available for any questions we had. We would stay here again, and would bring our kids next time.

Great house on Fontana Lake. It was well stocked with household items including paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, garbage bags etc. I have stayed at houses where these items did not exist or were minimal. Kitchen was well stocked and house had plenty of seating inside and outside. Very comfortable beds and I loved that it was 2 Kings and then a room with 2 queens. Not a large or fancy house but very comfortable with a wonderful deck area and gorgeous view. Dock area was very nice and we did use a boat for the lake from there which was really nice. We had something come up on our original dates and we were able to change our dates to another available week. We would definitely rent this house again.

The house was a great location for our Thanksgiving vacation. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and close hiking trails. Everything we needed was provided!

Our family enjoyed our long weekend away in the mountains. The cabin was well equipped, spacious, and in a peaceful, beautiful setting. Our kids loved the kayaks and board games and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I took some of our best friends and family away this weekend and we truly loved staying in this home while away! Everything was beyond prepared and stocked for anything you could possibly need and more than equipped for everything our family could’ve needdd.

The house was located right by Fontana Lake. Really nice views, large porch with all the amenities we needed. The private dock was a nice treat and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The property was amazing and was exactly what it was depicted online. The owner was extremely communicative and helpful with recommendations for restaurants. We are definitely looking to visit again soon!

All in all it was a nice stay. This house is down a gravel road. Unfortunately, the housekeeper was still cleaning when we arrived at check-in time. We came back an hour later and she was still not done but almost so we started unpacking our things. Access to the house is easy. The deck is wonderful. It has a great view of the lake below and has plenty of seating and dining area. The grill was in good shape. The master bedroom and bath was a nice size. The bed was comfortable enough but I thought the sheets and towels smelled a bit musty. There were very few hangars available. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Unfortunately, we could not use the boat ramp. There is a considerable hill to get to the dock and ramp and we did not feel comfortable navigating it with just a regular pickup truck. It’s gravel and steep and there were a few ruts. The “ramp” itself is not concrete and there was some debris we would have had to clear away. Given all these negatives, we opted against unloading our boat there. Good thing because just taking the boat back up the hill from the house we had to gun the truck to make it up the hill. The dock itself was in decent shape, with lots of chairs bolted down on it. Having use of the golf cart was great. It made it so much easier to go back and forth to our boat at the dock. We didn’t have any communication with the owner so I can’t comment on that. The lake is absolutely beautiful! We found a few places we could tie the boat up and hike - and we found a waterfall we could sit by on the boat. With the mountains surrounding you, it's just stunning.

We arrived at night and had a hard time finding 25 Oakleaf. We need a sign at the top of the hill at the Y. Had a great time, easy location to Bryson City and Gatlinburg, Tn. Would stay again!!

We prepared Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was better equipped than I could ever expected. We had a small issue that didn't affect the house but George came and corrected the issue on the holiday weekend. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. It was easy and wonderful vacation.

The dock, fire pits and kayaks were absolutely amazing and the golf cart to get down to them!! Make sure you check on water level in the area in the winter months but it is still so beautiful even as it is lowered!! We will definitely come back again!!

The lake and hot tub were amazing. The dock entry pad was off when we went down and I told the property manager and he was amazing and had a new one the next day! The house needs a good cleaning but I am a very fastidious clean person so most people probably would not notice.

We are so glad that we chose this place! It was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked. We enjoyed having the golf cart to take things to the private dock and spent most of our time there. We were able to dock our boat also and that section of the lake is lovely. We certainly plan on returning!

We loved staying on Fontana lake, wonderful property, great location! The jacuzzi was wonderful to come back to each night, loved having the dock, the kayaks and having my morning coffee on the deck!! Would definitely recommend!
