Loved the keyless entry to the condo. The condo was perfect for our family with plenty of room to gather. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were suppled with everything we needed for a great stay. Also great communication with the management!! Responded quickly when we were having trouble with the keypad on our arrival. We’ll definitely return!!

Loved our summer family vacation in 409!! The rockets on the balcony were just perfect after a Long Beach day. The dual head showers felt wonderful. Only thing we’d change is replacing the pillows in all rooms they are super flat zero head support. That’s all! Bring your pillow and have a wonderful time making memories.

The place was just ok, but we've stayed at Turquoise Place. The balcony was nice but description made you think the wrap around was huge, it was not. I'm just not one to complain. We had a very good time, very good time. The slide at the pool was a hit for the grands, and I love the beach..... so there. Would I stay at 409 again? No, not for what we paid. We've stayed in a different condo before and was way better. But...... again, we had a great time.

We came to Orange Beach to play in a tennis tournament. We were arriving at different times so the easy check-in made it convenient to come in as we arrived. The condo was well stocked and looked exactly like it was advertised. The view from the balcony was beautiful!

Very spacious, stunning beach views, tastefully decorated, well stocked. Couldn’t ask for more. Not the owners fault, but we got told 2 different prices for parking. The first person told us a nightly fee that was very pricey so we only purchased the first night. When we came back the next night after finding nowhere better to park, a different person told us that the fee is the same no matter how many nights you stay there. They offered to extend the pass we had for free, but we had thrown it out already. So we paid for another nightly fee but received a pass for the rest of the 3 nights we were there. Not sure which price was correct since it is run by the building HOA and not the condo owner. Also the outdoor pools, water slide, and lazy river were not heated and too cold to use at the end of Oct. My kids had a blast in the warm indoor pool and hot tubs and luckily the ocean was still fairly warm too.

Very nice condo. Only negative for me was the noise from the pool area(slide) when sitting on balcony.

We had a wonderful stay. Two "comments" (not criticism) 1. Parking was definitely an issue with our large group. 2. Bunk bed room mattress needs replacement. Of course we had adults sleeping on the bottom where it was an issue. So... Thanks for sharing your place. We had a wonderful experience and we will be back.

We had a fantastic time. We came here to do a memorial for my mother-in-law who passed away last year on the 4th. She had always wanted to go to Orange Beach, but they never did because she got sick. This was the best place to do it at and we are booking again for Spring Break!

The rental process, check-in, and check-out were super easy and streamlined.

My staff and clients had a wonderful stay. Best place we have has in a few years. We will visit again soon. Thanks for the upkeep and beauty of your place.

Overall very good experience. Could use a few additions to the property. A few more cooking pans and cookie sheets could be helpful along with some plastic cups for kids as all were glass. Also a little more extra bedding as far as sheets and blankets would be nice. Had a great time and would rent this unit again.

We had a great time at this location. All the amenities were open and the staff was great. The management team was very easy to communicate with even when we had a couple maintenance issues which were resolved quickly. The location is great and this condo itself was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was great. I will say though, the guest bedroom beds were not the most comfortable. But overall I’d recommend this place.

The Unit was absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the gulf. My granddaughter said this was her best vacation ever! We will be back!

The 409 condo was amazing. Excellent views, wonderfully decorated. It was exactly as pictured and we will be back.

This is a beautiful property! Just needs new beds and a furniture refresh.

The condo was basically what it is advertised to be. It is spacious, clean, and features gorgeous views of the Gulf. Simply put, it is a beautiful property that will most certainly meet the needs of your group. However, the two negative points that are worth mentioning: 1) You have to pay for parking. By the time it was all said and done, our group had to pay quite a hefty sum just to park for the weekend! VRBO literally won't let me list the price for parking, but just know it was egregious. We found this to be totally unacceptable and an unfortunate surprise upon our arrival. 2) We completely, completely understand that Covid restrictions are in place. However, do not advertise that the property has a working hot tub without placing an asterisk or some type of mentioning about it. Again, the property was overall great and we would recommend it, but we were very disappointed with the aforementioned speed bumps.
