We booked the property for a much needed vacation and it was perfect! The property was just like how the pictures looked and was above our expectations. It’s located in a great spot and the traffic on the beach was next to none. The hosts were fantastic and kept us updated about the bad weather from the tropical storm before we even came down. Definitely would stay here again!

Great condo that was right on the beach and was nice & quiet. Susan & Mike were great hosts & made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. If your looking for a place that's not super fancy, but right near the beach & super quiet, then this is the place for you. Keep in mind there are stairs (no elevator) and no pool or hot tub, but if your coming to the beach you should go to the beach. Thanks again Susan & Mike! I will def. come back & book your condo.

The condo is steps away from the beach 🏖️!! Parking was perfect. The condo community was clean and safe. We loved The Beach House restaurant across the street.. had delicious fish tacos! Waves grocery store is also right there.. no need to drive just walk. The condo was comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Thank you Susan & Mike. We can’t wait to come back, Diane & Eric

We loved our stay. The host made sure to great us during our stay and make sure everything was satisfactory. The other guests in the condo were exceptional as well. This is a great option for families to enjoy the beach while also having a homey atmosphere to return to at the end of the night. We look forward to going back.

We had such a great time, from the moment of booking until the ease of leaving. Everything was great for our stay and easy access to the beach and shops when we needed to go.
We have every intention of staying again when we visit Gulf Shores next time!

The condo was perfect and we enjoyed our stay more than I can say! The perfect area, quiet and peaceful. Close to our favorite restaurant! The whole reason we come to this area is to go to Tin Top, we stumbled upon it once when we were here about 5 years ago and keep coming back just to visit! We had dinner on our way in Friday, again on Saturday night and then brunch on our way home Sunday! The perfect weekend!!! We will be back VERY SOON!!!! Absolutely loved every minute of our trip! Sure hope we were not too loud for Ms. Dena! You are so blessed with a slice of paradise! Thank you so much!

The PERFECT place to stay! Steps to the beach, owners are WONDERFUL, weather was unbelievable!! Great restaurants, steps to a little store, ice cream, seafood shop and restaurant, coffee.....and the beach is RIGHT. OUT. YOUR. DOOR. No crossing a street or finding access to the beach. It is RIGHT there! Enjoyed SO much learning about sea turtles from the owner! Very VERY knowledgeable and shares with ease. We are hooked! Thank you, Susan!

The property served the purpose we were looking for. On the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. Would recommend to others looking for the same thing.

We found the condo clean and functional- it is not fancy but very usable. The 3rd floor access is tough as we age, but the immediate access to the beach is such a plus. Have stayed 4 times in this complex and all units have been very acceptable. Obviously 2nd floor on the end facing the beach is the best location if you can get it.

Our stay at this complex and unit was exactly what our family wanted to get-away together and enjoy the beach. The unit's coziness helped us enjoy being kept away from the beach for a day by rainstorms. It was just as pictured and described on the listing and we had a lovely stay! We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a great stay here - you can't beat the location! Washer/Dryer broke before our stay but the owners provided great communication and was super accommodating to allow us to use one of the other units for laundry. Look forward to coming back and staying here again!

This property was exactly as described. Perfect for the three of us. Just a few steps to the gorgeous sands of Gulf Shores. Hosts were fantastic, and condo had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go again next year.

Our second stay here. Great getaway for Thanksgiving. Daily walks on the beach. Close to favorite restaurants. Everything we needed in the kitchen and comfortable beds. We will be back!

Clean, convenient, and cozy! We would absolutely stay here again. Great property with amazing hosts! Susan is delightfully quick to answer any questions you may have. My family of 3 called it home for a 2 night stay during a sports tournament and it truly felt like super inviting and comfortable.

Meet the owner Susan when we arrived. She was super sweet and helpful! It was nice to learn she was from Memphis as well originally since that is where we’re from. Condo was super close to the beach. Just a wonderful location. Condo was really clean and nice. We had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend! We will be booking this condo again! Thank you to the Susan & Mike for making this such a memorable trip!

This is a nice unit and it was exactly as advertised on the website. The owners live nearby and are very nice people and are quick to respond if there is a problem. The view of the Gulf is good.
