It was a really fun family getaway! Lots of fun at the house and local attractions. Even caught some tasty blue crabs from the dock!

Perfect home to stay with family and friends for scalloping. It's just a short ride to get the scallops. The house had all the utensils, spices, extra towels, etc. That you need. The communication was great! We look forward to staying here again when we make our way back over.

The house was a perfect weekend getaway for our friend group and very easy to get to both via water and land. The new upgrades to the house were great and well received.

This was the best vacation ever. The house was perfect! The location was perfect! Lots of room. Several kayaks and a canoe. On a beautiful river canal. The owner, Jimmy, checked in to make sure everything was good. Just plain and simple...don't go anywhere else.

We had so many plans for this vacation but wound up spending most of our time happily on kayaks in the canal that was right in the back yard. The house had plenty of space for our group of 12 and was gorgeous! Owner was a text away to answer all questions. If you're considering this spot for vacation, consider no more. BOOK IT!! You won't regret a thing.

Booking was easy and our host was very quick at responding and helpful. The property is amazing and offered even more than I thought. Amazing dock on the water, kayaks, fire pit, and an amazing backyard space. All of this and an amazing interior and space for sleeping, cooking, and entertaining, I would definitely book again and recommend to all my friends!

The property is the perfect place unwind. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. We would love to stay there again someday. Jimmy was available to ask questions if needed.

This was the perfect house for our family getaway. 5 adults, 5 kids. The house is very comfortable, I cooked 3 meals a day all weekend, plenty of cabinet and counter space, brand new fridge. Screened in back porch was the bomb keeping the skeeters away. Kayaking was a blast & my granddaughters (8, 3 & 1 year old) we’re in awe of the mermaids at the park. House is very well stocked, has a nice fire pit. We did S’mores 2 nights. Really nice grill and a plush grassy backyard. We really didn’t want to leave! Take your groceries and personal hygiene stuff (shampoo & conditioner, soap etc.) Nice washer and dryer so we left with no dirty laundry. Extra beach towels were helpful just because we went through lots of them kayaking and at the springs. Wonderful memories were made, cherished time for sure when we all get together with kids, spouses & grand kids. Our one & only challenge were the mattresses. The bedrooms are nicely arranged and work great for 3 families but we all had sore backs by the last morning. Also, there are a lot of stairs. The babies made me nervous around them but we kept a very close watch. The stairs are well lit at night and safe but we all had sore legs at the end. I’m considering that a bonus because we obviously needed the exercise, lol. Would definitely stay here again if the mattresses are upgraded. This place is in a great location! It was perfect for us having a boat to go out scalloping. The house was nice and clean and the property owner was easy to deal with. Would definitely like to rent this house again.

House smelled really clean on arrival, it was well stocked, and plenty of space ! Owner was really great we had a few crazy happening unrelated to the stay and Jim was easy to deal with and happy to help. Will be back !!

The home was perfect for our family and activities like scalloping snorkeling and fun. The property manager was very polite and helpful. The neighborhood was full of friendly people.

Our crew has a great time scalloping over the long weekend. The house was extremely accommodating to our large group and very close to the scallop grounds. The house was very clean, had everything we needed from a gas grill to cooking utensils to extra towels. The pictures do not do the property justice as the house and property were gorgeous. One of the bigger pluses was the canal being completely fresh water making the boat easier to clean and refreshing to cool off after a long day in the salt water.

Everything about this property was great.

This was our 2nd Thanksgiving at this home and we loved it so much. Got to see some manatee, schools of fish, a bald eagle, and crabs. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Home had some upgrades since the last time we visited.

We had a great time! This home is perfect for family and friends. We brought our 25' ft boat. The dock was perfect and the parking in front of the house was great with plenty of parking for our boat trailer, cars, truck etc. The canal is deep for an offshore boat, but definitely watch the tides to get through the skinny water before you get to the Bayport Ramp. The House has pretty much everything you need for a perfect stay. We cooked in and used the grill. The down stairs refrigerator was great to store drinks and prepped food for the grill. We used the kayaks and paddled up river under the bridge to hospital hole. We found out from friends that you can kayak from the dock and head right toward the end of the canal and it will take you along side Shoal Line Blvd directly to the bridge and skip kayaking against the current, LOL, Oh well, the exercise was good too! The house is perfect. Nice neighborhood, nice neighbors, Clean, Spacious and for teens and young adults...Wi-Fi. We will definitely return to this home in the future. Thank you Jimmy!

we had a great stay. The house was well-stocked, spacious and ready for us. The location was super convenient - we were able to launch boats right off of the dock in order to paddle up the weekie wachee river. It is about a 10 minute paddle to get to the clear river water, and then another 4-6 miles upriver to get to the state park.
