Loved our stay at Sea Dunes. Great view of gulf, clean, roomy, great location. Everything we needed. Beautiful inside and out.

My spouse and I spent 10 days in early January. The condominium is as advertised. It is clean and neat right on the beach. The management company was easy to work with and responsive to any concerns. This is a perfect place for up to 5 people to stay. There is parking under the building and it is easy to get to. Location was good. About 2 miles from the Gulfarium and 8 miles from Destin. Was a great value for the price. The balcony overlooks the beach and we spent lots of time on it. The only minor complain is that some of the furniture, couch and chairs, were older and somewhat uncomfortable.

Our family had a fantastic time on the Emerald Coast! The location was perfect and the condo was just what our family needed!

Very nice and clean- experienced some problems but property management was more than helpful.

Cons: The floors are damp and sticky The kitchen sink does not drain and the garbage disposal does not work Bathtub does not drain water and quickly collects shower water Both bathroom doors do not lock, very annoying and against privacy The hallway to the main entrance was flooded and no one cleaned it up and it was quite gross Pros: Excellent view of the ocean Easy access to the beach Beach comes with an umbrella and 2 seats Covered parking if you’re lucky Not as busy as pcb or Destin area, great for fam time Good internet connection Has elevator Suggestion for future rental: Bring own trash bag, laundry detergent, check the bathroom door locks and drainage issue’s immediately after going inside. Enjoy!!

Condo was just as described and perfect! Busy area but still a great place with lots of things for families to do.

We loved the property and the walk to the beach was close and easy. The balcony view was so beautiful and we could hear the waves. The only thing I did not like was we could not smoke on the balcony. So at night we had to go down, in the dark. There was no smoking area, so when it rained, we had to stand in the rain and there was no place to put the butts. I feel like I paid to stay and there should be some accommodations for smokers. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Great place.

We have stayed at Sea dunes before so we knew that the pool was heated and it has a nice hot tub even though the listing doesn't show it or talk about it. The kids loved it, it has great views, has everything we needed for us and our two kids. Very spacious. Great view of ocean, 2nd floor was nice because we took stairs and didn't have to wait for elevator. Covered parking. We would stay here again.

This property is in an amazing location. It is beach front, so we had amazing views during the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay with great ocean views!

It was my wife's Birthday and 3 sisters who have not been together since 2006. All from the mid-west, My wife and I live here.. It was a great place to have fellowship and relax. Fun time had by all! Thanks

This was a beautiful place to unwind with our grandkids. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and ease of check in and check out. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

I wanted a large condo, right on the beach and this property checked all of the boxes. Great view from the balcony and the sound of the waves combined with the warm breeze. The property was large enough for our entire extended family for our Thanksgiving holiday vacation. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay.

Was very good. A little hiccup getting in as the instructions were 3 rd floor west side which in reality was 2 nd floor east side. This is the first place that there was no extra trash bags and very little TP but we did buy some. Loved the location and the beach. Most of the people in the building were nice.

My family came from Wisconsin and my oldest daughter drove from Georgia to celebrate two family members birthdays and a retirement. First time my 83 yr old mother was in Florida. Great accommodations for her mobility, grandson loved pool, parking was easy, great views. We all want to come back again. Fabulous time had by all.

Great experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this location. It was everything is stated in the pictures and looked exactly as shown. If I could critique this place, it would have been nice had we had some cleaner to clean the counters with, etc. Something like 409 or an all purpose cleaner to maintain the home while we were there. An overhead range light in the kitchen would have been nice. looks like one is there but not working. And possible night lights throughout the home. And the vent in the bathroom could use a cleaning But aside from these small nitpicking’s, place was exactly as described, and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back! thank you so much!!

This property was very clean. There were several things that needed fixed: bench seat at table falling apart. Also stools were very wobbly so could not utilize. The kitchen could use a few more dishes and cookware. All in all, it is a nice place to stay.

Great view as promised with pictures. Had a fantastic time while there.

Condo was as described in the listing. It was clean and had all of the basic necessities.

Great location and property for our family of six. Beach experience was fantastic and plenty of things to do in the area.

It was great on the beach building could use some updating but it worked. They did fix what needed fixing in a timely manner!!

Great vacation!! A couple of things to note: the 3rd bedroom is Tiny! You cannot walk between the foot of the bed and the wall. That room also is very warm compared to the other rooms and does not have a ceiling fan. We used their box fan and another fan and no blankets the entire trip. Would be fine for kids. Fridge also takes a long time to cool down. We had a great time, condo building was small and not very crowded. Condo was clean with plenty of linens.

Great location! Rooms and layout were a good size and the management was great. We had an issue with our coffee pot and we contacted the property manager and they brought over a new one a few hours later. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I was very happy with our decision to stay here. The condo is very spacious! What I loved: the large balcony with nice outdoor furniture, private entry/ocean view from the master bedroom, quick access to the beach, two full size bathrooms, nice kitchen appliances, full size washer/dryer, TVs in every bedroom, comfortable beds and pillows, box fans provided, an accessible vacuum to sweep up the inevitable sand every day, easy checkin/checkout procedures, the included beach chairs/umbrella, a large table for family meals, a small but nice pool My suggestions for improvement: The condo could use a fresh coat of paint in most rooms and a thorough deep cleaning (sweeping under furniture, wiping baseboards, washing/replacing curtains - esp in master bedroom, organizing/cleaning master closet - not usable as there was a funky smell that transferred to our clothes - not sure where it was coming from), etc, updated dressers (some of the drawers were difficult to use), better access to the closet in the bedroom with queen beds, mats by the front and balcony doors to help clean your feet from the sand. These are things I noticed during our stay but none really had a major impact on our overall experience.
